There is a bigger question!
When did the 5B shares come into play that the ceo and vp own?.
shorts you are sadistically sarcastic!
Anyone read area51 at rb.
Well, I think what we need to wonder about is WHY now for this r/s?
There is a reason Shupin and Pelligrino are/have been converting the 10k shares of preferred stock to common and holding such huge amounts of the O/S. My *GUESS* would be some sort of buyout to a larger company where the value of this after the split is going to jump. With only 19 million shares out after the split, IF they address and lower the A/S along with it, their revenue alone will dictate a rise in price.
Why are you amazed at a R/S? First off, Shupin said it was a possibility which usually means it will happen, just a matter of time. And there are 10 billion shares. What they need to do, if they want to add value and give people a real reason to buy and to make the pps rise, is to cut the authorized shares 500-1. IMO
You got that right. K
i dont own this but im amazed at an R/S..no one says anything...These guys are crooks..
Think the Q will be delayed due to the R/S news or any other behind the scenes goings on? Was it due today?
Tundra, my post was made earlier when there was no coverage. I have seen the jump since then. thanks.
mtgman, was commenting on gator's post #3163 from earlier
Stockman
we have a bid/ask 1/2
Allied tech also looks like a company with big time contracts and connections, just one question, how did a tie between the two come up? Was it just the name similarities?

L2 has no MMs following DDSI?
allied tech looks like a good candidate especially if they had wanted to go public.

how long have they had these shares????
Ah! Thanks! missed that one!
this is due to the filing DDSI made today:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/927454/000114420406046580/0001144204-06-046580-index.htm
Why is everyone assuming there is a reverse split in the works? Volume would go down as opposed to up.
A change to 'Allied Security Innovations, Inc'
Anybody suppose they are going to be bought out by someone else? www.alliedtech.com - thoughts as a candidate? Same field, a divisional type name change?
mtgman, that only goes so far. It is rare for a penny, but a r/s with a name change is the pinky shuffle. Hoping for the best but expecting the worse.
the one thing they have going however is that this is a REAL company with REAL products. Hopefully that will help. Doubt it though.
The problem with the pinks is that ANYBODY can get a company listed on the exchange as long as you can find a MM or 2 to follow it. The wild wild west.
What are they going to do next, move the incorporation to Nevada.
Yes I admit it is real easy to sell paper on the pinks to make a living!
good luck,
shorts
yes there is nothing like going through a rs split.. The problem is the company will not reduce the AS and then go right back to selling more paper.
So you are right that the price will probably go back down after the split.
I also believe there is still a ton of CD out there and that is why they have no other choice but to RS.
just glad I bailed out of this nightmare a couple of month back..
good luck,
shorts
Thank goodness for that. Sure would hate to see Tony suffer. lol
And then this will work out about like PHBT did this morning, But you will have to admit, that the bosses are PRETTY well compensated for their efforts.
And with my luck, drop back to .0001 very soon after. :( Oh well, win some lose some.
I see the RS party will commence very soon!!!
1 for 500 not too shabby! Stock should start trading around a nickle!
regards shorts
well, not what everyone was hoping for....but in the past they have said, as I recall, that they wouldn't do that without reaching profitability and in hopes of moving to a different exchange.
I think Shupin needs to address the A/S count along with the reduction in shares, so that the investment community can at least see they are going to stop the dilution.
