this will be huge we are at the start now we need to get labs open
The partnership that HEMP INC. and Digipath Inc. have is a smart move to capitalize on the Hemp legalization while we wait for federal laws to change for THC.
remember once again all will have to be tested $$$$
Retailers are allowed to sell CBD products in Illinois and Chicago if the products are derived from hemp and have less than 0.3 percent of the psychoactive cannabis compound THC. The products sold at Walgreens will not contain THC, the company said.
Walgreens will also sell the products at stores in Oregon, Colorado, New Mexico, Kentucky, Tennessee, Vermont, South Carolina and Indiana. Walgreens will start selling the products in the “near-term,” Faith said, though he said he didn’t have an exact date.
Malls are also getting in on the CBD action. Ohio-based cannabis company Green Growth Brands announced plans this year to open shops selling CBD-infused beauty products in eight Chicago-area malls.
A number of boutiques, natural food stores and clothing stores in the Chicago area also sell CBD products, which as recently as a couple of years ago were mostly sold online and at vape and smoke shops
good info hope thank if one lab opens soon this will be huge
Digipath expansion plans include ; "independently to California, in Humboldt County" ....so looks like California is also coming soon as well as Colombia and 3 HEMP Inc. labs....Orgeon, North Carolina, and Arizona. https://digipath.com/current-projects/
yes we have time I just want to them pull it off it would be huge Joe Bianco who passed away his estate still holds 500,000 shares he is the biggest share holder
Digipath Inc. CEO Todd Denkin's Upcoming Visit to Hemp University to Talk about Hemp Lab Testing
Definitely real potential with Digipath. The partnering with HEMP to open more labs was a smart move. Opening a lab in Colombia is an equally smart move.
if this goes big I will be $$$
It will happen soon. Digipath has made some good headlines recently. This is a good place to be in. Simply need patience and the market will come around to it. Digipath will definitely be seeing higher revenue in the near future.
I Just want to see one lab open and would like an update with the project in California we will go from 90,000 to 250,000 authorized shares I don't see any insider sales of shares in the last 12 months this could be good
Fifty billion here, $10 billion there—estimates of the size and the growth of demand for cannabis, cannabis research and other marijuana-related ancillary products and services differ only in guessing at just how huge weed is going to be, everywhere, for everybody. (Amazing; this is just what investors want to hear!)
Now comes sweet music for the ears of anyone involved with a marijuana-testing lab: cannabis testing is poised to become a $1.4 billion market by itself, according to a new estimate.
Cannabis lab testing for potency, purity and detailed information such as terpene counts was worth $866 million in 2016. With rising demand for medical marijuana throughout the world, and legalized recreational cannabis available throughout more and more of North America, testing labs will be worth $1.4 billion by 2021—a year-over-year growth rate of more than 10 percent. Which is to say: pretty huge.
The estimate includes the cost of equipment and computer software used to test cannabis—expensive liquid and gas-chromatography machines—as well as the cost of hiring skilled and trained humans to run them and interpret the results. This is one area where growth may be inhibited; according to research analysts, there is a “dearth of skilled professionals” working in marijuana lab testing.
This is all according to an estimate from Markets and Markets, an India-based “global research firm” founded in 2001 that is also a veritable report factory. This estimate on the cannabis testing market is but one of 60,000 market reports the organization claims to publish in a calendar year. (Reading the full report will cost you several thousand dollars; this is all per the perfunctory introduction.)
It’s safe to say that there will be increasing demand for accurate and reliable marijuana testing and the subsequent clean cannabis, following a string of contamination scandals.
Two of Health Canada’s officially licensed marijuana companies were recently found to be using a banned pesticide in product delivered to patients—some of whom say they are now more sick than they were before as a result—and in California, an immuno-compromised cancer patient died after acquiring a fungal contamination that may have originated in smoked marijuana.
One area where lab testing is absolutely set to expand significantly is California—the largest single producer and consumer of cannabis in America—where none of the marijuana is subject to state quality-control standards and may be sold as-is until Jan. 1, 2018.
According to Berkeley, Calif.-based Steep Hill Labs, one of the labs mentioned in Markets and Markets’ report as a key player, much of the marijuana sold in dispensaries in California would fail safety standards in other states.
Of particular concern are the CO2 cartridges used in vape pens. More popular than ever as a discrete, clean and easy way to consume cannabis, cartridges use oil distilled from raw cannabis—and any contamination in the starting product is concentrated in the resulting oil.
Some vape cartridges may also include chemicals including polyethylene glycol, which is classified as a carcinogen. Does yours have this nasty stuff? You probably don’t know! Though you’d like to—and hopefully you will, well before the industry that’s telling you becomes worth seven figures.

Digipath Inc. has the opportunity of a lifetime right now. Shareholders would be wise to stick around for the ride.If I think as new labs become opperational, Digipath should take a stab at an uplisting to a major exchange. Cannabis/hemp testing labs are absolutely ignored right now.
Digipath, Inc. (DIGP) supports the cannabis and hemp industry’s best practices for reliable testing, data acquisition, cannabis education and training, and brings unbiased cannabis news coverage to the cannabis industry. Digipath Labs provides pharmaceutical-grade analysis and testing to the cannabis and hemp industry to ensure producers, consumers, and patients know exactly what is in the cannabis and hemp they ingest and to help maximize the quality of its client’s products through analysis, research, development, and standardization. Digipath, Inc. and Hemp, Inc. has entered into an agreement for Digipath to install a state of the art testing lab in all of Hemp, Inc.’s locations starting with the Medford, Oregon Local Processing Center. CEO Todd Denkin is also scheduled to speak at the upcoming Hemp University seminar.

they are doing a good job sitting on the bid. we will see now is the time for digp to grow so far it sounds good I want to see a new lab open soon
California and Colombia are key to Digipath growth strategy. Nice to see that their new subsidiary is located in Colorado....a huge market for cannabis (GroSciences Inc | 1434 Spruce Street Suite 100 Boulder, CO 80302)
Somebody really trying to shake the tree today. Digipath CEO seems very confident that expansion plans are full steam ahead in 2019. It is a huge opportunity here.....if they can execute the plans. I think they can.
look at the spread today bid sitting at its best this will move soon
If this agreement is still happening it looks non-dilutive to me.
LAS VEGAS, Sept. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Digipath, Inc. (OTCQB: DIGP), an independent cannabis testing laboratory and media firm, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a joint venture with Mr. Don Ashley, an experienced real estate developer and cannabis entrepreneur, to establish and operate a cannabis testing laboratory in California. The joint venture, Humboldt Botanical, LLC, will conduct business under the name "Digipath Botanical Testing" and will launch Digipath's entry into the largest cannabis market in the United States.
Pursuant to the joint venture agreement, Mr. Ashley will contribute up to $2 million to fund the build-out and equipping of the testing laboratory, while Digipath will be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the laboratory. Digipath and Mr. Ashley will be entitled to receive 40% and 60%, respectively, of the joint venture's cash distributions, provided that until Mr. Ashley has received the return of his invested capital, distributions will made 75% to Mr. Ashley and 25% to Digipath. Digipath has also provided the joint venture with a non-exclusive license to use its intellectual property in connection with the operation of the laboratory. Digipath has also been granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use all cannabis data generated by the joint venture, further adding to its growing portfolio of cannabis testing data and related intellectual property.
The joint venture will reimburse Digipath for its expenses incurred in connection with the joint venture and pay Digipath a monthly administrative fee equal to 10% of those expenses.
This new testing laboratory will be part of a larger, three-building cannabis industrial park that is expected to include an R&D facility, oils/concentrate manufacturing center, health and wellness center, distribution and processing facility, tissue culture nursery, hemp clothing outlet, and coffee bistro
An acquisition or Joint Venture would be a smart move for Digipath in the California market rather than starting from scratch. California is a huge market.
In the interest of growth Digipath would make out fine if they need to raise capital to fund their expansion plans. Long-Term gains in the cannabis industry comes at short-term pain with capital raises. All about growth. DIGP can earn revenues of $9to $18 million per lab. Growth is coming for this underappreciated company. Buy any pullbacks.
Digipath wants to acquire or JV lab in California and open a lab in Colombia. They said they will expand through revenues but this proxy filing means they want to have the ability to raise capital....not diluting yet.
. To approve an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation increasing the number of authorized shares of common stock from 90,000,000 shares to 250,000,000 shares do you think we will get diluted
Important words from Digipath CEO regarding potential revenue estimates; Cost to open a high-end testing lab= $2-2.5 mil. Potential revenue per lab per year = $9.5 to $18 mil. Best market would be California and Colorado for revenues. 6 total labs would bring in alot of revenues for Digipath Labs.

Digipath Labs has been mentioned in multiple articles lately alongside heavyweight companies like Perkin Elmer, Inc., and GE Healthcare as industry key players. Digipath was recently named a top ten testing lab also.....and much to the surprise of their own CEO, Todd Denkin.....he said the recognition was much appreciated.

this would be a good time to buy once they get things cleared up it will bounce I remember when that happened to digp
Quality over quantity. One reputable lab (Digipath) is worth 8 shady labs (EVIO). Digipath recently named a top 10 testing lab....not surprised ...and they are expanding their model testing lab to at least 6 total labs in the next year. The Nevada site will be a training lab for their expansion.....accotding to Digipath CEO.
