Couver stocks have a history of boiler room tactics. Miami as well. Not all, but I am not surprised. It was an ongoing long investigation. Currently, this is all around ugly. Alot of time and resources went into this investigation. And from what I read; they were following. Might have been a tip off. Ya never no.
Strange that the SEC picked this out of thousands of OTC stocks? Probably nothing.
What's so strange?
it's important to note that digaf is also a defendant.
good news this week i promise
What is the current status? Where is the news you said was coming last week?
Just curious about what the inside joke is but if you can't share no worries I get it. Good luck.
Hummingbird2,you're welcome. good detective work always pays off
Something strange going on with this ticker.
LMFAO. That's a very funny and explains a lot.
There’s little to no chance this comes back. I likely have more on the line than 99% of this board $ wise. Not trying to make this a contest but I’m likely going to lose it all. I’ve read about suspended stocks and yes, you are correct. Basically no chance. Hope I’m wrong.
Something fishy going on here with this ticker. DD is needed.
These facts proves something very fishy going on here.
that is complete and total nonsense. study the history of any suspended stock and you will notice a precipitous drop in the stock price. this stock is no different and certainly not special.
You beat me to your presentation. Cannot agree more. I have always said the guppies keep getting eaten by the sharks. Sharks wait for weak hands to fold then chomp. Too many weird things happening here. I have seen this movie before then boom. Not saying that something may happen of course do your own DD but worth the gamble here. Look at bitcoin and its craziness and what if one day it hits over 100,000. Remember before it hit 60,000 many said no way but it did. It's easy for people to knock a company when it's down and but difficult to stand up for it at its lowest. That is when an individuals true character comes out. Either way good luck too you and let's see what happens. I'm in it until the wheels fall off.
I Didn't say SEC doesn't have evidence. My point is he still has to present his side of the case.
We can't just assume 100% that the case would be in favor of the SEC in court it still up to the judge.
Look into the case of Ripple....
Judge Sarah Netburn denied the SEC's motion Judge Netburn called the SEC's litigation tactics a "hypocrisy," and slammed the agency for putting its own goals before the "faithful allegiance to the law.".
Of course nobody gives a shift when it comes to smaller fish. Look at the facts of all these suspicious activities. On June 27 the SEC got the ticker suspended this stock closed 0.0014 on July 12 When the suspension were still active 5000 shares were dropped at the price of 0.0001 to closed down 92%. Then On July 19, the stock closed 0.001. On July 20 When the market opened negative activity started to scare off smaller fish. These facts proves something very fishy going on here. Yes I agree it would be a while before things settle down. Meantime all cheapies worth a gamble.
No offense but if the SEC started an investigation (which led to a stock suspension) I doubt they don’t have ample evidence to support their claim. They know this hurts investors so I’m doubtful this does anything positive. Could be wrong and this will likely go on for months… doubt it ends well given history of OTC stocks like this.
It's not over yet. SEC is just one side of the story.
The presumption of innocence is a legal principle that every person accused of any crime is considered innocent until proven guilty
presenting a negative side of the story consistently is always full of BS.

Is this company still suspended? LOL
lolololol. well, good luck with that.
Who cares what market it Trades as long as we make money.
Useless arguments.
lolololol. the point is "so what"? it now trades on the grey(expert) market where it will remain as long as it still trades.
you are incorrect. the continuing enforcement action is in addition to the suspension. it does not just disappear once the suspension is over. you would understand this if you read the entire complaint.
bla blah blah. the point is, the company is not suspended
Wrong. That's just how security And exchange communicates For fraudulent activities.
It's simple. It's all up to the board now if he gets replaced or come out clean everything would be fine.
the suspension and the continuing enforcement action are two separate things. this is very basic stuff.
The company being sued? By whom?
lololol. see sticky post.

Unbelievable LMFAO.
Also perhaps securter might just make this happen. But you know...
let me repeat, no company that has been suspended to fraud has EVER returned to normal trading. that is a fact.
I second that question with a SpongeBob and Patrick laugh. Use your imagination.
Is the company still suspended?
