I Didn't say SEC doesn't have evidence. My point is he still has to present his side of the case.
We can't just assume 100% that the case would be in favor of the SEC in court it still up to the judge.
Look into the case of Ripple....
Judge Sarah Netburn denied the SEC's motion Judge Netburn called the SEC's litigation tactics a "hypocrisy," and slammed the agency for putting its own goals before the "faithful allegiance to the law.".
Of course nobody gives a shift when it comes to smaller fish. Look at the facts of all these suspicious activities. On June 27 the SEC got the ticker suspended this stock closed 0.0014 on July 12 When the suspension were still active 5000 shares were dropped at the price of 0.0001 to closed down 92%. Then On July 19, the stock closed 0.001. On July 20 When the market opened negative activity started to scare off smaller fish. These facts proves something very fishy going on here. Yes I agree it would be a while before things settle down. Meantime all cheapies worth a gamble.
No offense but if the SEC started an investigation (which led to a stock suspension) I doubt they don’t have ample evidence to support their claim. They know this hurts investors so I’m doubtful this does anything positive. Could be wrong and this will likely go on for months… doubt it ends well given history of OTC stocks like this.
It's not over yet. SEC is just one side of the story.
The presumption of innocence is a legal principle that every person accused of any crime is considered innocent until proven guilty
presenting a negative side of the story consistently is always full of BS.
Is this company still suspended? LOL
lolololol. well, good luck with that.
Who cares what market it Trades as long as we make money.
Useless arguments.
lolololol. the point is "so what"? it now trades on the grey(expert) market where it will remain as long as it still trades.
you are incorrect. the continuing enforcement action is in addition to the suspension. it does not just disappear once the suspension is over. you would understand this if you read the entire complaint.
bla blah blah. the point is, the company is not suspended
Wrong. That's just how security And exchange communicates For fraudulent activities.
It's simple. It's all up to the board now if he gets replaced or come out clean everything would be fine.
the suspension and the continuing enforcement action are two separate things. this is very basic stuff.
The company being sued? By whom?
lololol. see sticky post.

The company being sued? By whom?
A10 days temporary suspension.
Now it's trading.
The company is not suspended any longer from trading.
................................................................................................
no company that has been suspended to fraud has EVER returned to normal trading. that is a fact.
...................................................................................................................
Unbelievable LMFAO.
Also perhaps securter might just make this happen. But you know...
let me repeat, no company that has been suspended to fraud has EVER returned to normal trading. that is a fact.
I second that question with a SpongeBob and Patrick laugh. Use your imagination.
Is the company still suspended?
LMFAO..
Something like that could be in the making.
We just gonna have to sit tight And grab Some of them cheapies while manipulation is in full swing.
ha: Well DOCUMENTED Mark it.
Probably because there are no contacts, just fantasy bullsh!t.
$DIGAF

Read this entire article. You can literally plug in DIGAF’s name. “There are no good outcomes for suspended stocks.”https://www.securitieslawyer101.com/2021/the-sec-just-suspended-my-stock-now-what/
no company being sued and suspended for fraud has ever "made it back". this will not be the first.

Who is "they?"
$DIGAF
They are working on the details to purchase
digaf. brad is out. this can be good for us.
finra will not approve changes for a company that is not in compliance with rule 211.
I’ve always thought Securter should buy DIGAF and change the name so that gives them a tradable security, immediately. This would probably take some time (which they’ve had) so….. maybe this is perfect timing if they can even do it? Anybody have any knowledge or thoughts on this?
The entity own's a share in Securtur 15% right?... Did we not also fund a lot of the forward progress?... We should be able to come back under new leadership no?
Looks like DIGAF is trading again.
If someone does a sell order Etrade put it in the chat please.
Only cards in the deck delivered. Agree.
Stay tuned I guess...
So is this a case of a Former CEO with nefarious actions VS a viable product. Question? Is there a White Hat to the rescue.
Funny how that works...
DID I READ THIS CORRECTLY???
DIGAF, was up 900% return to .001???
Right with you on your outlook.
Not online. It says for assistance, call. I haven’t tried. I know it won’t let you buy.
So will ETrade let you sell some shares?
Like I said a short while ago. Something weird happening here. Some trying to shake the hen house to weak hands. Taking a gamble is what it is all about. If Securter works out, and other things fall in place who knows. Again weird how Brad got in trouble now instead of back in the days. Maybe someone is viewing an opportunity here and trying to scare the weak hands. It's not the game is how you play it. Do your research here and figure out what may happen if handled correctly. Going till the end here. Good luck all.
yes your right i continue to
buy
That will have to be after DIGAF is relisted and trading somehow. Let's see...
