And for form 4s, what do they have to do with anything at this point in time? Insider have plenty of shares/upside and likely exhausted from this multi-year trek. They would neither be buying or selling in that case. They will make out just fine when the time comes.

Are you talking about the CEO that has led the Company since the price was three dollars to now where it is at .30. Or the CEO that use to brag there were no liens on the land to now where there are about 20 liens on it (mostly hers). Or the one who has committed to issue more shares than the company is legally authorized to issue? I'm confused, can you help me out?

Anyone criticizing this company for a CEO who has kept this dilution basically minimal for the past 20 years is beyond dumb. Compare this to the rest of the CEO’s on the otc who turn companies like this into money printing machines.

picked up a few shares today, it appears to be drifting downwards so good to be prepared for a downward spike on tax selling if it happens, no guarantees either way. But the more it drops the more of steal it becomes.

how dare you make such statements. Why do you continue to egg on here, it's completely unnecessary. What is not clear to you? They did what, 7 filings in 6 months to catch up, you think that they just did that for nothing? Im confident they are doing what they need to do, albeit not in any one of our "timings", so be it. Sometimes these OTCs spend a long time in percolation, a long long time, but when they are ready, look out.

Sounds like they have kept our valuable piece of real estate safe, the company current, and set the table for valuable casino business while hopefully entertaining righteous bidding/offers for it. A matter of time and I agree with those who are rooting for the right deal.

It won’t impact. We have good ideas. Just need to get right JV partner. Also, 2 years plus to build a casino but the stock will go up at various milestones. If done right this is $7-$8 stock in my view within 2 years. The key is not being desperate but finding the right partner. I don’t know much about Canadian gold mines or Mexican Natural Gas Pipelines but do know a a lot about casinos.

Even if they started building a casino today, it would at least be 18 months before it was up and ready. Short term casino stock prices are irrelevant, IMO.

Also, hopefully they have an eye towards e gaming and/or sports gaming. I did find out recently that sports betting is legal in Mississippi but not in Louisiana.

Anyway, it’s been a disappointing year here but my confidence is high that they get some thing soon.
