the bid/ask has come down a bit as could be expected since the original deadline to receive money has past. I continue to believe we have something here and are working thru some logistics though I have no idea what that could be, as sending a wire transfer (assuming) isnt rocket science.

And I’m not selling when this stock is easily valued in the multi dollar range with any decent sized JV.
This little 10% buy in would be a great start. I still think it’s happening, based on the trading. Seems smart money trusts it’s real.

If there is going to be a big rush to buy, it will be after the money arrives. At this point everything is just small potatoes and I wouldn’t try to read into lower volume on this stock. It could be thirty cents on $20k selling.

The near term price is pretty irrelevant as long as they execute, at which point we head to multi dollars. On big volume.

But selling at $.50 sure would beat selling at three cents!

More investment in the area. I guess this Buc-ee’s chain is a big deal. They hold the world record in biggest convenience, store, biggest car wash, and other stuff.
It looks like this location will be about 15 minutes from the Diamondhead property.

Well the way I see it is that they are getting a percentage of future profits from the casino or other developments on the property, and also riding the rise of common shares.
Which should eventually be much higher than their buy in price of $1.

I think it's interesting that the buyer is seeking shares of both Mississippi Gaming Corporation, the company that holds the site approval for a casino, and the parent company DHCC. Yet, they are NOT getting an option to purchase any land on the gaming-approved site. Unless that's plan B for later, once they get their foot in the door? Either way, this is great news for DHCC.

And the stock wasn't at pennies in the last 6 months. It was trading .30 to .50. Any volume at all would pushed this way over $1
