I wish they would announce something. It's trading like something is in the works but needs more volume to really run. To me, it looks like insiders are trying to scoop shares at lower prices while they can.
Gotcha, thanks. Trading is solid which might be a good sign
If they actually can close a deal, this price is very cheap! but big IF
It sounds like you have been around here the longest. What do you think the upside is if they actually land a joint venture? I’m just buying on value of the asset, but a jv would be icing on the top! But I have no idea about where they are at with deals etc.
I do understand that casino stocks have high valuations in general, so I think multiple dollars are realistic.
With the DHCC float so tiny, it looks like $1.00 is coming faster than I estimated.
Like I said, the buy is back from his long weekend
It doesn’t take great contacts to determine that the stock is undervalued. Unless your eyesight is very poor and you’re talking about contact lenses. It’s a dollar a share just for the land and that’s before there’s a shovel in the ground.
Quite the opposite today .26/.265
I think we hit another JACKPOT this year.
DHCC = JACKPOT
lmao. Couple of weeks ago it was even wider....as wide as a Macedonians arse.
.1301 v .215 -- that's a wide spread
Wider than a greek arse!
And maybe it's all hype from someone making too many telephone calls to prospective investors.
Maybe they just want to see if there’s any shares available under .20.
.20 bid-----weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Honestly, I am hoping some long term shareholder somewhere looks at their account and decides to sell this stock that has been hanging around in the pennies for so long. I would welcome some cheaper shares than this.
should be a good buy all the way up to .50, lots of room to run
It has been behaving like something's been in the works, maybe soon we'll know something. We finally have a reasonable bid/ask spread, now all we need is volume and this could run.
youre probably right, so I will keep it light thanks
selling way too early. IMO
This has been great. Starting to see if I can sell small amounts from .195 on out, fantastic.
Well it wouldn’t take much. And there was a $1.2 billion casino just announced near this property. So it’s game on in Mississippi!
With the real estate being valued well over a dollar a share, this seems like a no brainer even if they file bankruptcy we win at these levels.
And for those who care to look, the property taxes have been paid by a Board of Director. That tells me it is still in play.
I can't help believe that something big is in the works. I've been holding for years and this is the first time (since Arneault's deal) I feel like something's brewing. imho
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Well the bid is at 6.6 cents, the ask is that .20. LOL, this thing will run like crazy if they ever put out news.
there is a buyer today, what's up wit dat?
Looks like interest is picking up
I should've kept it to myself. Now its @ .10 and I didn't buy all the shares I wanted :(
Quiet assassin in the making! $DHCC
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
It means people see the underlying value here. Of course the risk being that they are behind on their financials. But that is giving us the opportunity to buy at absurd prices. One twentieth of the value of the land and that’s without a single shovel in the ground.
What does that mean?
looks like there is a buyer
Hopefully there’s some more cheapies out there but it looks like we cleared everything out below five cents.
Looking good today!
There has been 1 million share bid at two cents for months. 944,000 actually at this point. And the CEO has options at $.17. And they can’t sell any shares underneath $.45 because of one of the liens. This might be one of the safest bets on the OTC. But they do need to get their filings updated. Thats the main concern.
Sorry i had a decimal off there. 17.5 million....
I think your estimate of vehicles passing the property is overstated. Only about 50K pass the property each day according to MDOT reports That's about 18 million per year. Even so, the gaming approved acreage of the 400-acre property alone is worth $1.5 - $2/share based on other casino projects' land costs and given 35 million DHCC shares. IMHO
The company has gaming site approval.
The property has 400 acres with two miles waterfront and two miles of interstate 10.
175 million cars pass every year.
Directors have paid fees and kept the share structure clean as a whistle! Working with deferred payments.
I added today.
Who says that?
The risk vs reward would be great in that case.
