That's not huge float, lol! I've seen some run much higher than this with a lot more in the float, like a billion or more. The market cap appears very low along with the SS here, jmho:) Have a nice weekend!

Nice! Bids starting to come in. As low as the SS is here, it's not gonna take much to send it. People should be looking at the assets and not the news flow with this one. To me, it's undervalued and that's what we look for, imo ****

the property was jsut appraised at 108 million dollars last year even in the recession its worth well over 75 million now perhaps they have a buyer?
either way market cap is 1 million think about it foat s28 million about to get crazy imo the price is speaking
