Pamola1, keep in mind that the options are free or rather for .01. Even if exercised at .08 the "Consultants" stand to make a whack of money. The only thing keeping my hopes up is the no/low volume. AT least that should make it a tad bit harder to dump options even if it does go up to .08. I sure would like to find out if Mike Meyers is the US O & G consultant being paid in shares. If it turns out he is, he could be in very big trouble for his glowing reports to MSEV.

Okay Ladies and gentlemen what's your take on the 10Q? The thing that kept poking me in the eye was the large numbers next to the Consultants. IMO Jason seems to be compensated more than generously, he should at least have the good grace to make a feeble attempt at the apperance of doing something to earn that compensation. At the very least the patronizing azz could learn to write a decent email!

Talked with Jason today...

I asked him when they would be breaking ground, and his answer was "Not until we know for sure that the first one is a sure thing."

I asked about other projects, and Peru specically, he said they are still looking at Peru, but had no more info he could say at this time, when I asked for some to explore.

He said he looks at 5 or 6 potential projects a day, and there are many opportunities MSEV will be exploring down the road. He is looking forward to an income begining from Z-1 to help fund future wells and projects, and keep the process moving towards becoming a successful O&G company.

Also, he assured me that Photon and CFgio are not affiliated with himself or any of the companies he is consulting for. He also said he looked into them, and warns that they "could appear to be using the board to solicit investors, and that could pose legal issues to them", but other than that, they were not involved with MSEV other than as investors.

Lastly, he said "Hang in there". Don't look for quick riches or profits. This is a long term project, and you are disappointing yourself if you expect too much in these early stages.

Now, I have repeated our conversation here for the benefit of all investors future and present. I am not quoting him word for word, but giving everyone the gist of the conversation in my own words. If I missed anything, or didnt explain it properly, let me say this. I called him back, he called me first though. I asked all I could thing of, and repeated it here as best I could. If anyone here is losing money, you are not alone, but you wont be alone if we begin to see success, unless you are no longer here!

I agree, wait patiently, be careful of others on here, and be patient some more! If you invested money you can not afford to lose, you should re-think why you are here!

I know just about everything there is to about this

yvrislandgirl - He is rude to us because we want it in writing! I always email him. In one phone conversation I had with him he me on hold 5 times! By the time he actually stayed on the line long enough, I was so angry, I didn't ask him everything I wanted to. I ended up emailing him later.

By the way, I would have told you earlier where Photon & Cfig0 were but you didn't have an email address on your RB account member page. I quit posting there when things were getting out of hand. I got tired of all the crap. BUT, I was ready to take a chance and post to you to ask you to email me so that I could give you the information when low and behold you came up with post after post as to where and what they were doing. You were great!

Cfig0 referenced IHUB in one of his posts a long time ago. I just followed his "lead". :) Does that make me a "stalker"? God I hope not!

Speaking for myself, he has been open, polite & curteous with me except for our last few phone chats, whereby, I have reached my limit and when I hear his voice its seems I can only yell at him, so its me being the non-curteous one actually.

Yes the high for MSEv was .59 and they did many million share days i believe they even did a 4.8 million day.
Remember however this was when California was in their energy crunch and natural gas was $12 to $14 a unit.
I hope jason can pull the rabbit out of the hat. His forte is promotion and marketing, they were actually amazing working with only a 5% wi and then later only a 2.5% wi.
If one calls him he keeps mentioning that this month their europeaon investors will enter if the z1 is commercial.

after all the delays we are in new territory..i.e. how much effect a bulletin board can have on a stock pps.
and most certainly the longs are long in the tooth!

we shall see.

Its true this Jason has shown IMO he doesn't understand what Management skills entail, how to be proactive when needed, how to implement somekind of damage control when necessary, how to be informative & transparant to instill confidence with knowledge, etc.. etc.. because its obvious he can learn from the way Diamond A is approaching things, whereas, the "Best is Yet to Come".
Meanwhile, let the Flows flow as we are hoping for good results. We are overdue for even a "relief" type rally.em

Pamola1, I think you are giving Jason far too much credit for being possibly young & inexperienced in IR. He is a director of Habenero Resources which has 10% WI in Z1 and Green Ranch and I think he also sits on the board of First Goldwater that holds the other 5% WI. I'm not sure if you ever had a chance to speak with him, when he called me one word kept rolling around in my head as he spoke at me - SLICK. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that he at one time sold used cars for Jimmy Patterson and he does hold some kind of degree in Physcology (sp?) and was broker for some highly "visible" Vancouver based brokerage houses!

IMO - I agree that MSEV has not handled this venture very well with it's PR's. Jason appears to be young and inexperienced as an IR. But then again, how many IR's DO we trust? :) I also believe the PPS will be far greater than 14 cents. Many watch the RB & IHUB boards, but that is only a fraction of the investors out there. I could be wrong because I did not go through the Coalinga adventure as many others have, but, oil is oil, gas is gas and there is money to be made in both. Coalinga got up to 59 cents if I remember correctly, didn't it Photo or C?

That's why IMO, MSEV's PPS won't get much higher no matter what the results are from the Z1. No one trusts this Management and this operator. I'm sure it would have instilled a heck of a lot more investor confidence, if they had just given us the truth right up front. I mean eveyone knows that sheet happens, so if there was a money problem, I'm sure most peops would understand, instead now we are suspicious. Again, as soon as the bid hits .14, I'm out! I will also make darn sure that I alert as many folks as I can to the goings on of any of the companies that Jason is involved with! Jason needs only to peruse Diamond A's website to see how one should treat their investors!

only conjecture and my opinion...
money is most likely..imo.
they recently as stated have been waiting on equipment..the pump jack, it is now being assembled. Then they have to get the ng powered motor installed and as cfig0 reprted will take about 6 hours after arrival.
then.imho they have to pump the water out..how much ..who knows i believe they have contracted to sell the water.

now of note.....
as i stated on the poison board of rb msev any day now msev will release its quarterly.
they usually do a nt form (notice of late filing) then release on the 20,21 but they can do it any moment.

and imo as i posted, they have brought in conrad clemis and fgd secretary as a director and their (msev's) corporate secretary from fgd. Also bernie has not been (documented) compensated.
i would hope they bring in this well frist before any options or whatever are released..we shall see.

(but remember we don't know anything.LOL)only exactlly what is going on.

Sounds like all the delays were directly related to obtaining the pumpjack, installing it and the motor. (cash call) I'm sure the floods had some effect on their ability to get to the site, however, it would have been better policy for MSEV to be more "specific" as to why we were having delays. Jason should consider hiring Diamond A!!

Confirm 160 grasshopper lufkin pumpjack
with a one year warranty, there are two
winch trucks with two guys out there
installing it right now, no motor as of
yet but should be in today and it will be
NG powered motor which will take about 6
hours to install it, all this as

BowwRow Pipe suppy is installing a rebuilt Lufkin 160 grasshopper pump jack on the well as we speak.....
it is natural gas fired as no electric is at well yet
tomorrow they are installing a watchekaw engine (ng power) to the pump jack.....

this vendor believes they have a pretty good well we shall see..
it is finally happening!

if anyone wants the phone numbers etc. to call the Company that sold and moved in the pump jack please e mail us at our address at top of DAEC forum home page.

this was a repost from earlier today with corrected spelling, we got excited there was something happening at the well for the Z1.
