This info will come in handy if these guys SCAMMED it's shareholders with mis-leading info.

I just called him and he is leaving their street...says plenty of cars at the building...out front and parked in the back... drove thru the lot and there are open bays and the trash bins have trash in them...

He says its an active place, sign out front still says Elasco and there is nothing to indicate they are not still in business... try calling this number and push 233 (or maybe 223 not sure, but it will be for the operator) when you get the list... I cant right now... 714) 891-1795

Well EDS is null and void as they were acquired by HP in 2008. So the only other company I can find that meet the criteria is 3M

The only F500 company I can find that meet the criteria "with sales exceeding $20 billion and operations in more than 60 countries" is EDS.

Called TDG about the Blu Vu BOV, they told me it was still in final testing for changes made for the second time.

Here is what I have so far... and their is no way to tell if this is good or bad...so beware of what you will read following this post.

Deltron's web page http://www.dtro.com/ has shut off the links that take you to both Elasco and Blu Vu. They have also shut off the link at the top of the page for contacting them.

On that web page they have posted a report that lists being sent to the IRS, but its also a report that the DTCC wants for clearing up the Chill issue.

So what we are left with is this...have they shut down the links because they are re-doing the web pages... answer is no, because if you access either Elasco or Blu Vu via the web links in the I-Box you can still get there.

Are they shut down because they may no longer be a part of Deltron and they have been sold... no way to know that...

Are they shut down because the Delton web link is simply under going normal maintanence... again no way to know.

One this that is obvious, Deltron its self is still open for business. Other wise why would they just shut down those two links and not the entire Deltron Web site.

I also called Elasco and all I got today was the answering machine, so I am asking my friend in Orange County Calif, where the Elasco plant is located to pay it a visit. When he gets back to me, if nothing as come out from Delton by then I will post what he has said.

Well Duh... but that still has nothing to do with Deltron, and as I said there are over 30 new ones for LED lights... I still dont think you fully understand, its not a Deltron patent... they are just putting the light into a polymer casing that they make... the F 500 company ships the lights to them and they put them into the casing... so knowing there are new LED patents out there tells us NOTHING about who is manufacturing the end product.

The PUMP was on for the past 2 years then came the DUMP. Then the R/S for cleaning up share price which is now down 90 % post r/s.

The flood of 23 pr's in 2010 and only 4 pr's since.

The dreaded contract that's almost 2 years old.

The rebreather expo that's almost 1 year old.

The DEFAULT of paying the annual filing fees.

The DEBT of more than 7 million dollars.

All these issues raises by personal concerns.

*sigh* I have and I have found over 30 new pattens for LED lights for different F500 companys...

The actual problem is they do not list, nor are they required to list, how these pattens are manufactured, what exact industry they will use them in or when they will become available to the public.

There are several sites that you can look at, I used to look often, but as you point out its been two years.. I am sure the patten has long been issued...its a needle in a hay stack trying to find it.

After all it's a F500 company and supposively for led light. That does narrow it down.

Also the last pr which was awhile ago stated they made several batches for distribution.

Knowing you and how good you are with DD I would have to believe you have researched by now.

Do we have MM manipulation continuing? Who in their right mind buys or sells 500 shares for $.012? That is $6. Unless it is an MM, the cost of the trade for most people is more than that.

TJG, I hope you are right, I really do, but so far what you and I thought would happen with this company when we first bought shares has not come to pass, in fact just the opposite has happened.

When I first bought this stock at .0018 I didn't think it would fall to .0001, nor did I think there would be a 1000 = 1 rs nor did I think the stock would be trading at a 93% loss in value from my average pps, but here we sit.

To be honest at this point if we dropped down to .001 from here I wouldn't be suprised, I will be more suprised if we actually go up from here, heck I might have a heart attack from shock if we actually get some positive news out of this company.

I have been quiet and keeping my thoughts to myself, and after this vent will go back to that mode, but to say you don't think it will go 3 ticks lower and go to .009 from .012 is kinda funny to me, and I find it far more likily at this point than hitting .1 never mind .5.

and to be totally honest I am actually suprised we haven't gone below a penny already, especially after the pump and dump and the bag holders from that. It has suprised me to not see a big sell off from them to get out while the getting is good.

and based on the details in your post there is no reason we have been trading below .1. Yet here we are today at .012, below a penny is just 3 little hundreds away, while .5 is .488 away.

It's been more than 6 months since the rs, still no news. The bs about doing it to generate more interest at .10 or greater has proven to be just that bs. The longer we get nothing from the company the lower this will go.... unless we get another pump and dump and have some roll in and make a quick 100% while the rest of us keep holding a bag full of worthless stock.

At this point I would be happy to see .2 again so I can get my cash back, but I am under the impression this will be a big tax write off for me next yr.
