DTRO is a empty shell... any reading or DD on the company that used to occupy this shell will not produce anything of significance for any current or new shareholders.

All we are waiting for is news that this shell is going to be involved with a reverse merger of some sort. As for Deltron itself, what ever they do as a company will no longer be put out in the form of a PR since they are no longer part of this shell or part of a public company.

I just saw how much it costs to have financials audited, they paid 30-60 grand per audit! Ouch, I cant believe it costs that much to audit financials! No wonder most penny stocks dont think about doing it!

does anyone know about the rebreather? Has there been any updates? I saw they are no longer a full reporting stock, I havent checked up on this one in a very long time. I know they were doing all right, before they took on the rebreather, just read last audited financials, and they were operating at a loss of 7 million! Ouch, they need revenue from the diving equipment fast!

Saw the Market Value is dirt cheap though, chart dosnt show much dilution, I just saw that the market value is only 50 grand. lol!

Also, just looked at Google Maps, their company manufacturing site has cars all around it, and it appeared that a lot of folks were working there, that is per 2011. Even the unloading dock looked very busy. Are they even still in business?

LARUCCEA and CRIMI had stolen your monies with the help of a few on here. LARRUCEA and CRIMI pumped it up with blanted intentions to decieve shareholders to believe in DTRO with fraudulent PR's dating back to 2010.

LARRUCEA and CRIMI are sitting very comfortable on your monies as a direct result of their misleading shareholders with bogus and untrue PR's.

If you allow LARRUCEA and CRIMI to get away with it, it's just a matter of time you will sucked into another well orchestrated SCAM unless you ban together and contact the proper authoroties.

It's easy to prove especially with CRIMI 's background with ILLEGAL and FRAUDUALENT past in the stock market.

I notice that there are people here still talking about DTRO as if it were a public company... Deltron the company that makes skate board wheels and owns Blu Vu is not affiliated with DTRO the stock any more.

DTRO stock has no actual business in it, its an empty shell...until it does a reverse merger into a new company anyone with shares in the symbol DTRO owns shares in nothing... What ever the old management did or did not do, weather or not there was a Fortune 500 company...none of that matters any longer since none of it is relivant to the present.

As far as empty shells go this is an attractive one...based on the share structure...but it also carries debt with it which will have to be dealt with if someone wants to merge into it.

2. contract with UN-NAMED F500 company

3. contract going on 20 months old

4. NO eveidence of a patent or even an application filed.
please show otherwise ? After all " retro fitting for
" MASS PRODUCTION "was announced as per Larrucea.

5. rebreather being tested in a foreign COUNTRY for safety.
Let's hope safety standards are the same as the good ole
U.S.A.

6. UN-ANNOUNCED R/S, reason " clean up share price "
and keep it at 10 cents to attract new investors
PPS is under 2 cents. PPS is down more than 90 percent.

7. failure to pay filing fees, come on what company would
intentionally not file ?

8. 23 pr's in 5 month peroid in 2010 and ONLY 4 FLUFF pr's since
November of 2010 to present.

9. PR Crimi speaks not only with " fork tongue " but was involved
in criminal activities in the stock market ".

Henery is the majority share holder, since there has not been any filigs to indicate other wise... but the Shell is controlled by the new management, Stephen Vlahos who is President, CEO .... Elasco and Blu Vu no longer are a part of the shell...
