When companys dilute it costs them a chunk in commissions...there is no way they would be diluting at this small share number... IMO wouldn't be any money to be made in doing so...

My guess is it would be some holders who just want out after the RS from Oct and just want to get the hell out.

Nothing happens until something gets sold. Even with a 3M agreement in place, something has to get sold before it affects anything. No sales and the agreement is worthless, except for a limited information PR that might encourage you to buy stock based on future hope of sales. (Oh, oh, shoot me now!!! All of my buys in the past 2 or 2 1/2 months have been at the BID .... if patient they will fill your order... I have also learned that its best to put in AON or they will partially fill ya and then let the rest sit and you end up paying commission twice if you follow back up the next day.

I found out the Thin Flex Lighting and the 3M tape lights have been discontinued. They never got a chance to take off. The Precision Lighting Elements is what we are looking at. PLE is basically just decorative, so it will likely only be in the upper scale vehicles that can justify the additional cost.

Unfortunately this leads me to believe this is going to be a hard sell with a slim chance of offering any real profitability to Elasco/ Deltron.

Nice job PoorBoy2... I also think your correct on the fact that the product(s) them selves need to be sold into manufacturing by 3M before Elasco can reap the benefits of making them.

Maybe I will grab a few more shares today... take some of my profit from some wine I invested in a few weeks back and flipped out of and put it here today... Just wish this company had a better person at the helm when it come to shareholders, and doing the things a public company needs to do.

I'm a mechanic and work on the new stuff all the time. Interior,tail lights and now Audi has headlights all LED. All the marker and tail lights on new big trucks and trailers are LED also. Going to be a huge market very soon!

Looks/sounds the same as the 3M Precision Lighting Elements. If it is not the same, it sounds like there will be some stiff competition for a large new market. How large? I found an article from 9/30/2008 saying "Currently LEDs constitutes 28 percent of overall global automotive lighting market with revenues of $720 million. Driven by more efficient technologies the overall LED market is anticipated to grow."

Both the Thin Flex Lighting and the Precision Lighting Elements make sense. The Precision Lighting Elements are made of polyurethane in the US.

Even if Elasco is making this, there is probably not much volume yet. If/when 3M gets this specified with a major auto maker, then we will probably see some changes in numbers for Elasco.

Now if you can just put up the BK filing we can all read it.. and while your at it, can you put the link up that shows how much they debt has grown...since its been stated it was higher then $7,000,000 and if stated it must be fact, cuz there is no speculation in your posts, which we are all grateful for.... not a problem, if the number would have been active I would probably drive by there today, but since it isn't active it makes me question whether or not there is still a business there.

I hate driving in Seattle, and go there as little as possible. Especially the Lake Union area where it seems that is. Lot of traffic in that area all day long, and parking is a pain as well.

It would have been nice to talk to someone face to face associated with Blu Vu or Deltron to ask what the F is going on.

Sorry maybe I did not make my self clear... what I was saying is if they declare BK they would most likely have to sell of Blu Vu and turn those assests over to the creditors...

But if they dont declare BK and sell Blu Vu they can then use the Blu Vu sales money to pay off all or some of their current debt... hope that clears it up ....

If they were to sell off assets like Blu-Vu, they would likely need to wait at least a year before filing BK. Otherwise the BK judge could bring the sale into question and possibly undo it for the benefit of the remaining creditors. It would have to look like a pretty shady sale though. Significantly undervalued sale, tremendously increased sales and profits shortly after the sale, etc. Especially if any kind of current ownership ties remain.

Looks like that may have been an old address. It used to be a Mailboxes Etc./ UPS Store and could have been a P.O. Box that was being used.
