Total liabilities at 9/30/11 were $12.38 Million.
Nowhere on DTRO's financials does it say Total Debt of $4.4 Million.
The Derivative Liability does inflate Total Liabilities as that is the value of the shares that will be required to pay off the Convertible Loan.
The Derivative Liability has increased even further with the further recent slide in DTRO's PPS.

I think its also time to extinguish this debt nonsense of $7 or $10 million and label it factual.

DTRO has on its books as of the last filing, Q ending Sept 30 2011 Liabilities of $11.8 million and Total debt of $4.4 million. These figures come from the latest update from Reuters posted on April 6, 2012. This is that section taken from the Reuters report. I am sure there are some here that when it comes to reading a financial report are not up to speed on the difference between Liabilities and Debt... so there may be some DD needed for those folks. If you want to see the full report DD Reuters and anyone can look it up.

I agree with you on that one ofspring... the penny market is wound tight, if not for the TOU rule I could list a half dozen stocks that have expolded in the past 2 months on news that much less significant then the naming of a F 500.

And trust me everyone of those stocks has debt that far exceeds the $7 million we showed on our books from the last Q

This is still a good bet in my opinion and as the PPS has dipped I for one have been picking up shares here and there...GLTY

Well lets see I would say by the nature of the term PENNY STOCKS almost all penny stocks are closer to sub penny then dollars... and DTRO is a Penny stock...that has not been under a penny for close to 7 months...but its been noted that they could go sub penny on several occasions by a few here... so wrong again I would say.
