Ask yourself this, what knowledgable investor would invest in a company ( DTRO ) that has doubled their debt in 3 months ? The original debt of $3.5 mill came to DTRO when they bought the tecnology back in March of 2011, so the debt has risen from 3.5 million to 7 million in over a year, not 3 months.

Over 7 million dollar debt isn't easy to overcome for any company nevermind a penny stock company like DTRO.

Only speculators and wishful thinkers like us that has believed the garbaged released by Larrucea. Till date NOT one thing released by Larrucea has come to life. There have been 3 PR that have talked about the increase in Revenu from Elasco over the past year, all three are supported by the 10Q that have been filed. Larrucea has also stated that the BOV was presented at show in Nov of 2011 and by calling Titan and by looking at the Deltron Web page we can see this is true. So many thing Larrucea has stated have come to pass

Vital ( supoosively ) info comes out by a member of this board ( Latrod ) and not Larrucea. makes me very suspicous of that info. no offense Latrod but past history is an indicator of present and future behavior. Most DD from investors is found by them and then posted on boards...with the exception of an investor doing cut and past on a chart or a quote from a PR, most DD is information that comes directly from investors

Anyone know the name of the new PR firm ? it's more than a month ago we were told Larrucea was hiring one ? Please produce the PR or link that shows we were officially told this, as I can not locate it. Thank you

I understand your frustrations, although the message you are replying to was deleted so I don't know the context of your statements. You know my position...we need all the good news we can get posted for all to read (particularly any new invetors).

I'm still a believer in DTRO...I mean they actually have products that are selling!! LOL Most pennies are trading on promises and speculation so this one still feels good to me. Obviously, they don't know the meaning of PR/shareholder relations. If that strategy, or lack thereof, ever changes, this puppy may start to jump!

When you are defending the false information that was put out by penny general for thier pump, it appears to be an attempt to justify what they claimed, heck even the Ihub 2 yr chart doesn't come close to implying this stock ever came close to 2.00.

Yes I agree that we are sitting ducks waiting for the company to get off the penny and put out. Like I said before I don't like getting screwed over and right now, this company has done nothing since the rs in October to indicate they aren't screwing us over.

Yes, if and I stress if, what you found out and shared comes true we might actually see a rise in pps, how much will be determined on how many sales actually acquire in this economy.

However, after 5 months of restored trading we still haven't heard a peep out of DTRO themselves about what is going on, and I have a hard time defending someone that based on available evidence seems to be screwing me over.

This company needs to put up, that is the bottom line, and so far all we have seen is a pump and dump, which to me implies we will be seeing more of them.

You are trying to compare apples and oranges to make the numbers sound better.

Bottom line pre rs we never would have reached the value we are at now. trying to justify false advertising of the pps high a yr ago is wrong.

well there is a difference between a pre rs high and a pre rs low.

On the one hand, since actual numbers don't compute to an rs high unless you never had any shares pre rs. And on the other hand, since the stock is currently trading lower for those that had shares pre rs, than it would have ever been possible to trade at.

You can continue to ignore the fact that the reletave value of our shares is less than it ever would have reached prior to the rs, if you so choose. I can't.

The rs was 5 months ago, I am still down 80%, the company has still not released any news, the stated purpose of the rs was to keep the pps above .10 to attract new investors, also not fufilled.

Bottom line is I try to be realistic in my assessment of situations, and so far DTRO has done nothing but screw over it's investors. I am not going to make excusses for someone that screws me over.

And turning this into a pump and dump stock has continued to screw me over.

I would love to be proven wrong, something I have said since the rs, and I am still waiting for them to prove me wrong, all the speculation in the world isn't doing that.

What I find even funnier is how some folks...in particular two here.. like to rant about how the stock is doing so badly since the RS and they always compare the PPS today to where it would be pre RS...

Well when you do that you must also compare the high to the post RS...you cant just go one way with out going the other way as well.

But the best thing to do is to just ignore the post and pre RS numbers and focus on the actual currnent numbers... since this was never over two dollars a share and never was the low just .01

Folks buying in since Oct are looing at what they paid and the stock will move off of that... not what any of us paid pre RS holders paid...and it still wont move until they put out some news...so all we can do is wait....and listen to the reruns that get played here... which for the most part are 99% inacurate as we all know.

no it wasn't. I have been in DTRO since the 29 April 11, and it was never at 2.00 plus in the time I was watching it and I was watching it for a few days prior to buying in.

Unless of course you are recalculating using the new os pps, then maybe it was at 2 for a breif moment in time. I first bought in at .0014 and almost sold when we hit .0024, but bought into the hype on the board that it was going to go higher so I held on and bought more, what a mistake that was.

My first yr of trading has been a learning experince if nothing else.

I find that General's page a little disengenuies (sp)I have been in for almost a yr and I don't remember this hitting 2.60 within the yr prior to my buying in, for that matter I don't remember us hitting .40 after the rs either... unless that was during the time period when we couldn't trade shares for 30 days.

I will say that I am not suprised that no news came out of your email. Based on everything that has happened over the last 11 months with this stock I think I will be more suprised if something is ever released to move the pps to a point where we actually break even never mind make anything off of this investment.

Rod...read the paragraph under the Elasco name on the partners list. It tells you what they provide, poly products no LED.

I don't believe Elasco/DTRO would be involved in the lighting finished products, they will just provide the poly components...could be wrong, been awhile since I did my DD on this dog! LOL GO DTRO
