Actually BF as the DD progressed and I now know they are still in business... all I see is they are updating the web site to include more info on both of their subsidiaries .... that's just my opinion.

I also think the contact info is down because they will be adding more areas for folks to contact them thru and about.

So I see this as a positive... as far as the PR's go thats the way it works at this level.. the newer a company is when its in development... remember when all those PR's were coming out Blu Vu was just brought into the fold. Its customary to put out PRs like that...as they moved forward they see that the development takes a bit longer, and things move slower, thus the PR's slow down. Very common they are past the development stage and on to the results stage...even though we have yet to see any they are all set up to deliver (hopefully)

I think the filing they put up on their web page and these developments we are much closer to getting this stock moving... All just my take and opinion on it. Time will tell.

One other thing the volume has been dead but imo the mms are manipulateing the price to get buyers or to make a market so take advantage or wait what ever so desire i will wait for a update.... dtro

Iam not so sure about being scamed there was or still is potential for profit and gains for stockholders... could buy afew and wait for a update.. when was the rs ... six months to a year is pretty common to wait to get gains back on rss..... imo i think there waiting to have a real update to boost us up but in the meantime we will just have to wait... what is your choice why sell now until the end of the year and take a writeoff if so desire... dtro

I believe it's time we ALL ban together and put our differences aside just in case we were screwed by Larrucea and Crimi. We should pursue ALL avenues to STOP this from happening again.

I'm not jumping the gun but we need to be prepare.

I personally will pursue Larrucea and Crimi through the legal system if I was mis-lead by bogus info released by Larrucea and James J. Crimi.

I hope there's no need for me to act but I'm prepared to.

I just called him and he is leaving their street...says plenty of cars at the building...out front and parked in the back... drove thru the lot and there are open bays and the trash bins have trash in them...

He says its an active place, sign out front still says Elasco and there is nothing to indicate they are not still in business... try calling this number and push 233 (or maybe 223 not sure, but it will be for the operator) when you get the list... I cant right now... 714) 891-1795

Well EDS is null and void as they were acquired by HP in 2008. So the only other company I can find that meet the criteria is 3M

Called TDG about the Blu Vu BOV, they told me it was still in final testing for changes made for the second time.

Here is what I have so far... and their is no way to tell if this is good or bad...so beware of what you will read following this post.

Deltron's web page http://www.dtro.com/ has shut off the links that take you to both Elasco and Blu Vu. They have also shut off the link at the top of the page for contacting them.

On that web page they have posted a report that lists being sent to the IRS, but its also a report that the DTCC wants for clearing up the Chill issue.

So what we are left with is this...have they shut down the links because they are re-doing the web pages... answer is no, because if you access either Elasco or Blu Vu via the web links in the I-Box you can still get there.

Are they shut down because they may no longer be a part of Deltron and they have been sold... no way to know that...

Are they shut down because the Delton web link is simply under going normal maintanence... again no way to know.

One this that is obvious, Deltron its self is still open for business. Other wise why would they just shut down those two links and not the entire Deltron Web site.

I also called Elasco and all I got today was the answering machine, so I am asking my friend in Orange County Calif, where the Elasco plant is located to pay it a visit. When he gets back to me, if nothing as come out from Delton by then I will post what he has said.

Well Duh... but that still has nothing to do with Deltron, and as I said there are over 30 new ones for LED lights... I still dont think you fully understand, its not a Deltron patent... they are just putting the light into a polymer casing that they make... the F 500 company ships the lights to them and they put them into the casing... so knowing there are new LED patents out there tells us NOTHING about who is manufacturing the end product.

The PUMP was on for the past 2 years then came the DUMP. Then the R/S for cleaning up share price which is now down 90 % post r/s.

The flood of 23 pr's in 2010 and only 4 pr's since.

The dreaded contract that's almost 2 years old.

The rebreather expo that's almost 1 year old.

The DEFAULT of paying the annual filing fees.

The DEBT of more than 7 million dollars.

All these issues raises by personal concerns.

*sigh* I have and I have found over 30 new pattens for LED lights for different F500 companys...

The actual problem is they do not list, nor are they required to list, how these pattens are manufactured, what exact industry they will use them in or when they will become available to the public.

There are several sites that you can look at, I used to look often, but as you point out its been two years.. I am sure the patten has long been issued...its a needle in a hay stack trying to find it.

Also the last pr which was awhile ago stated they made several batches for distribution.

Knowing you and how good you are with DD I would have to believe you have researched by now.
