NO zero volume today, lol 2000 sold shares

For those following along, here is the explanation on the debt Deltron carried for 2011.
This information is take off of page 13 of the 10 K which is for the year end of Sept 30 2011. Note the highlighted...
As of September 30, 2011, we had an accumulated deficit of approximately $11.0 million, and
as of September 30, 2010, our accumulated deficit was approximately $3.1 million. We incurred
operating losses of $212,737 for the year ended September 30, 2011 and $189,532 for the nine months
ended September 30, 2010. We incurred net losses of $7,894,159 and $360,590 for those respective
periods. We expect our net losses to continue for at least the next couple of years. We anticipate that a
You see that for the year period of Sept 30, 2010 to Sept 30 2011 the debt went from $3 million to $11 million which is a total increase of 8 million for the year.
This increase did not come over the span of one quarter but all four quarters. Again to fully understand the extent of where that 8 million came from you need to read the Q. If you do, you will see that Elasco had over that time period an increase in sales...but those increases could not match the loss that occurred with trying to build Blu Vu into a profitable business.
Hope this helps any of you who are following and have questions.
Try reading the damn Q and not just posting what you see others write... the debt did not double... it was at that number... your posts were in constant reference to the 3.5 mill from the tech CD they sold and that remained the same from the one quarter to the next ... the last Q showed the year end debt, which included the Blu Vu R&D debt and all of the Elasco expansion debt for the gear up on the F500 manufacturing...
Unlike what you do and say... I can and do read the Q's when they are filed. The debt for Dtro has not doubled from the Q filed for those two quarters.
And ANYONE who has read them knows that... you think that because in Q 3 when they listed the 3.5 mill they showed for the debt on the technology they bought then the debt for the YEAR end showed the debt for 7 mill...you seem to think those are one and the same... well here is a bit of info for you..they are not.. the Year end shows all of the DEBT the Q3 shows the Quarter debt... again, unreal.
Thanks for that email addy. I am not sure if I should write him though, I am more than a little irritated with our Dear CEO, and tend to let my agitation flow when I feel it. :)
I would be interested to know if you ever hear back from him though, and I will be saving this email addy for a later time. LOL
Prior to last quarter financials I said it would much higher. You diagreed and what was it,doubled the previous quarter.
How can a company not go further in debt without substantial revenues coming in ?
I live in the real world and FACTS unlike several on this board. I take whats in front of me provided by the company and assess my opinion on that info.
I would love for DTRO to prove me wrong but thus far they have supported my opinions unlike you.
jmpo
Those are concerns all investors would and should have...but the bottom line is...when you place Deltron up against almost any or all pinksheets with similar problems...and you have no idea how many of them out there are in the same boat...
But placed side by side... if Deltron and any other were to fix any or all of those concerns...which stock do you think would have the best chance at major success...the one with a proven track history of being in business for over 20 years and has proven actual product and revenue or the one that fixed the problems but as of yet can not show a history of being in business, let alone a history of growth like Elasco has...
And just for your information, the debt that Deltron is saddled with, does not effect Elasco... their books are seperate from the parent company..the debt belongs to Deltron not Elasco as far as accounting is concerned. Just as with Blu Vu their debt does not effect Elasco..it only effects Blu Vu accounting and is then put on the Deltron books...Elascos revenue and profits are put on the Elasco books and then moved to the Deltron books as well.
So if Deltron wanted to sell Elasco for what ever reason, the 7 million in debt you talk about, would not be a factor in determining the price for it.
As far as the DEBT,it's outragous to have a debt of this amount for a fortune F500 cxompany but for a penny stock it's crippling.
There's absolutely nothing of any FACTS dtro can overcome this DEBT.
jmpo
What concerns me is :
1. the debt of over 7 million dollars and maybe much more.
2. in default on paying annual filing fees
3. a contract that's going on 22 months with an UNKNOWN F500 company
4. Elasco with a debt
5. placed on the chill order list
6. and NO communication from Larrucea to explain anything.
JMPO
What does DTRO really have going for it ? Really, thats a question you want to ask on an open forum. I mean why would anyone be interested in a company that has been around since 1979...almost 25 years...making skate board wheels, along with other products... why would anyone want to take a chance with a pinksheet stock that has proven they can survive in some of the worst economic conditions this country has seen since the depression... when those same investors can invest in countless OTC stocks that dont have a SINGLE product to offer...what a brilliant question... a company that may at this time be down...like 60 or 70% of all small business are...but that has survived and in its last two filings has shown that Elasco's revenues are up... that company vs the 100's out there with nothing to show...yea why take a chance on this one.
Also its common in business for companys to have debt...the key is what they do to handle it and pay it down thats important...
Elasco, Inc. www.elascourethane.com (from the elasco web site)

The company fuels growth by developing products that can be made lighter and perform better with their polyurethane formulas.
GLAD, I ONLY HAD 300,000 SHARES, AFTER DILUTE 300 , COST MORE TO SELL THAN WHAT WORTH, GOOD LUCK GUYS.
Don't be so hard on Larrucea, if the company has nothing to offer what do you expect him to do ?
Larrucea did a GREAT job in 2010 with releasing 23 pr's to lure shareholders in and now you are condeming him.
Larrucea is doing his job we just don't like what his motives.
jmpo
What does DTRO really have going for it ? SPECULATION is all I ever read. No signed contracts, NO real revenues pouring in, just alot of promises and false hopes that are pumped by a select few.
On the otherhand a vast amount of DEBT.
jmpo
thanks brusmith... I did the same... he may be as I told him, tops in his field when it comes to R&D...but as a CEO of a public company he needs to be replaced...
As a share holder I sent Henry an email asking for his resignation. Here is his email address. h.larrucea@elascourethane.com
It took 2 trading days longer than I thought it would, but here we are again back at the .02's..... yee haw, got love the way the DTRO ceo and staff looks out for the shareholders!
What a gift they keep giving us. Wonder if we will make it back to .0001, that would be one heck of a gift!!
Yea...got to be die lution... since out of the total volume today 80,000 of it has been sells and when you average them out...that means todays die lution neted must over $1700.00
yea its dilution... NOT!! just retail selling from the stupid buys they made during the stupid pump...

I see it as a huge opportunity and tripled my shares!
Mr. MOD...
Why play games? Are you saying that it is not against the rules to repeat posts over and over? If so, OK I was wrong!!
The pumpers also took other shareholders with them or is it DIE-LUTION ?
Cheap shares at discounted prices but I think they'll be even cheaper with time and no JUICCCCCCCCCCCCCY pr.
jmpo
What's going on here, we are getting slaughtered. We are going down fast.

My pleasure to serve you as always.

Placed on " chill order list " which can be costly to be removed and time consuming.

Default status on annual filing fees
jmpo
DEBT over 7 million and probably much much more
jmpo
NAMELESS F500 contract going on 22 months old.
PRE PUMP and probably much much lower, GO DTRO Might see pre r/s prices soon too.
jmpo
And now we are back to pre PUMP Bid and Ask prices... the day before the PUMPERS arrived we closed at .025 Bid and .03 Ask...
Looks like the last of those who bought have now left town and we are left to ponder what could have been... and what can be if the company ever lets us know what is going on...

Response from IR
From what I have been told about not being deficient with the State of Nevada, "this was an oversight related to payment of a filing fee". "It is not a problem as long as they get caught up over the next few months".
As for BluVu they will be launching the BOV first then the re-breather will come afterwards. They are working with some distributors such as Titan who have expressed an interest in the product. Deltron plans to issue a follow up about the BOV. I do not know when that will be, hopefully soon!
The $3.15M debt is a convertible note with Kaleidoscope, this is a friendly transaction between both parties. Meaning that Kaleidoscope will work with Deltron as it relates to repayment of the note. The terms are that the note holder can convert anytime after 6 months with a 30% discount. The conversion will be done in tranches of less than 10%. Ultimately it is up to Deltron to approve the conversion an issue the shares, Deltron does not anticipate any problem with Kaleidoscope or the note.

Here is the date of the Forward Split, which is posted on Pinksheets.com
Security Notes
•Capital Change=shs increased by 100 for 1 split Ex-date=05/03/2010.
Ofspring..my point was the poster was saying in one sentence that the information we were getting from another poster was never accruate and was mostly lies...
Then he turns around and says the company and its CEO have yet to produce the new PR firm... which the company has never said was coming... there is no official release of a new PR firm ever having been taken on by DTRO...
So we dont know if the info was accruate or not...
TJG, was the forward split after Nov. 16, 2010? Because on Nov. 16,2010 DTRO traded 169,721,022 shares with a high of .0029 when you div.the shares by RS 1000 to 1 you get 169,721.02 shares at a high of @2.90 price. one of the things that would change this is if the forward split was after Nov 16, 2010.I might have been in error when I bought shares at .0008 because this is one of the things I looked at. But I am ok now because my avg. is .0331 so am in for the long haul.
I thought that was from a email from the ir dont remember who it was.. Dtro
Ask yourself this, what knowledgable investor would invest in a company ( DTRO ) that has doubled their debt in 3 months ? The original debt of $3.5 mill came to DTRO when they bought the tecnology back in March of 2011, so the debt has risen from 3.5 million to 7 million in over a year, not 3 months.
Over 7 million dollar debt isn't easy to overcome for any company nevermind a penny stock company like DTRO.
Only speculators and wishful thinkers like us that has believed the garbaged released by Larrucea. Till date NOT one thing released by Larrucea has come to life. There have been 3 PR that have talked about the increase in Revenu from Elasco over the past year, all three are supported by the 10Q that have been filed. Larrucea has also stated that the BOV was presented at show in Nov of 2011 and by calling Titan and by looking at the Deltron Web page we can see this is true. So many thing Larrucea has stated have come to pass
Vital ( supoosively ) info comes out by a member of this board ( Latrod ) and not Larrucea. makes me very suspicous of that info. no offense Latrod but past history is an indicator of present and future behavior. Most DD from investors is found by them and then posted on boards...with the exception of an investor doing cut and past on a chart or a quote from a PR, most DD is information that comes directly from investors
Anyone know the name of the new PR firm ? it's more than a month ago we were told Larrucea was hiring one ? Please produce the PR or link that shows we were officially told this, as I can not locate it. Thank you
jmpo

Good news if it's the truth and based on FACTS.
agree. i would be more happy if the debate goes on some thing else instead of the routine..
IMO
Better than no posts! LOL
I find them somewhat entertaining...however, the bottom line for everybody here is that WE NEED SOME COMMUNICATION from DTRO!!!
