Coblin, 41, of Boca Raton, was the president of Delivery Technology Solutions Inc., a domestic and international delivery company catering to corporations. Coblin was charged by information in September 2011 and pled guilty on March 8, 2012 to engaging in a scheme to pay kickbacks to a hedge fund fiduciary to induce the fiduciary to misappropriate money from a hedge fund in order to buy restricted common stock at inflated prices. Sentencing is scheduled for July 13, 2012.

I think we just gave up on this company hoping some day it will surprise us with a update...I know yeah right, but that's what I mean I have some where like 15 miles shares for about 3 years now..really hoping something will happen but not at all holding my breath.

That's the mystery about this thing: why does Coblin pay to keep it active? Could it be that allowing it to be discontinued would open him to certain legal liabilities, even prosecution (again)? Is he only paying the renewal fees to keep from paying potentially much larger fines?

At least the SEC hasn't stopped trading completely yet. Most of my pinks are completely gone.

Creative PR...i ve done that myself many times. Copy n paste a pr from some other stock and just change the dates and the comp name...u cant fool a fool....try harder next time....my broker wont let me put a sell order on my shares anyway....and no i m not buying anymore
