is management aware of the changes in the trading status of the
stock and when will they be filing the delinquent financial reports
to bring the filings up to date and restore the market for the
company shares..with the current price of oil this company is worth far in excess of its stated .10/ book value so i am in no hurry to sell but i would very much like the company to restore a normal market for the shares...thank you... be well
Congrats on your buys. I have also accumulated some more.
NEW FILINGS FOR DWOG posted today so obviously the company will
survive and move forward ..even though Mr, Shaw seems to be" missing
in action " the company has answered my questions by its actions
ALSO a big THANK YOU to the total morons who sold me almost 200,000 shares for about 100 dollars...WOW..how can anyone be THAT STUPID and still remember to breathe ...i hope the money along with your welfare check will enable you to get a happy meal at Mc Donalds
What else have they said? Can you give us more details

thank you for your reply and for all that you have done over the years to benefit fellow shareholders...i have traded this for years caught many swings and have done extremely well ...i recently got back in with a relatively small position ( 150,000 shares ) at an average of about 0.015 and have booked profits far in excess of the cost of my current position over the years ...i have always believed in the huge underlying value of the asset and appreciated that management was shepherding this asset until the company could unlock ultimate value for all shareholders ..my ONLY CONCERN is with the new rules of engagement for maintaining a quoted market that if the company falls too far behind in their filings the stock may no longer have a market ...is management aware of the new S.E.C. rules for maintaining a quoted market and will they act to protect their shareholders ???....thank you again best to you always
A little more patience is required. They have not forgotten shareholders. I have recently spoken with them.
hope your travel was safe and rewarding..i look forward to your response when you have time ...thank you
I will be back in country Saturday or Sunday and will post a reply
Mr Shaw Thank you for all the diligence you have posted on
this board...i ,like you , believe this company has a huge asset that eventually be worth far more than the current market capitalization...in the past you have been able to communicate with management and have shared those communications with this board..question...are you still able to communicate with management and, if so, what is their vision for the future of the company and why have they again become extremely delinquent in their S.E.C filings
thank you again ...a fellow DWOG investor

DWOG is not even the operator of the project and can not on their own decide to start production. When the partnership decides it is time, they will do so. Fortunately the vast majority (if not all) of DWOG operating expenses are being reimbursed by one of the partners. They have a proven asset, and they will either eventually put it back in production or sell it to someone that will.
Mr. Shaw,
No stress here. My shares were long paid for when they issued the distribution a few years back. However, I get the impression they are sitting on this and milking time while being paid. Oil is up to stay and if you wait to see what it will do, you will never execute the business plan. Just looks suspicious sitting still this long when they could have been pumping.

This company should start asap with oilproduction
Oilprices will stay at high levels in the coming months/years.
At more than 70 bucks this company should make a profit imho.
Dear boardmembers start your business plan and make your sharehoulders happy. It's a win win situation for all of us. Time is ticking!
An unhappy shareholder that will not sell his shares at this ridiculous low price!
If I were not happy, I would simply sell and relieve the stress. I am not doing so, but anyone is free to.
The summer is sliding away Mr. Shaw. Been above 70.00 for awhile now. Getting time to poop or get off the pot. This thing has been stalled for years. Time for them to decide to be a company or not.
Who are you referring to with the following statement? "READ PROFILE SOME HEAVY DEBTNESS & TRYING TO CONSOLIDATE DEBTS." Unless I am missing something it would not be DWOG.
If oil holds above 70.00 FOR A WHILE (and I believe it will only go higher) I think we will hear news on restart of production. JMHO
I am not understanding your post.

I have followed this position for years. This stuff is old, but still pertains. When Mp sold their interest the contracts remain in force and they are paying Dwogs operating expenses up to I believe it is $32,000 a month. I would have to look it up to get an exact figure, but that is very close.

Here is a blast from the past. SOR of 2.1 is phenomenal and far surpassed the projections.
Deep Well Announces SAGD Project Update
February 24, 2016 – 08:00 ET
EDMONTON, ALBERTA - (Marketwired) Deep Well Oil & Gas, Inc. (and its subsidiaries – "Deep
Well" or "Company") (OTCQB: DWOG) is providing an update for our Steam Assisted Gravity
Drainage (“SAGD”) oil sands project at Sawn Lake, Alberta, Canada.
DWOG holds a 25% working interest in the demonstration project, which commenced in 2013
located at Sawn Lake. The demonstration project consists of one SAGD well pair drilled to a
depth of 650 meters and a horizontal length of 780 meters and the SAGD facility for steam
generation, water handling, and bitumen treating. Steam injection commenced May 21, 2014,
production commenced September 16, 2014, and the steam chamber reached the top of the
Bluesky sandstone formation in October 2015.
This project is a significant step towards establishing a commercially viable SAGD project at
Sawn Lake and to demonstrate that the SAGD process works in the Bluesky reservoir. It is also
providing an indication of the productivity of the reservoir and the amount of steam injection
required to produce the bitumen, which are key components in assessing the potential for
SAGD development at Sawn Lake.
The demonstration project commenced production in September 2014, and has successfully
captured the key data associated with the objectives of the demonstration project. The
demonstration project has:
• demonstrated that the SAGD process works in the Bluesky formation at Sawn Lake,
• established characteristics of ramp up through stabilization of SAGD performance,
• indicated the productive capability and ISOR, of the reservoir and
• provided critical information required for well and facility design associated with future
commercial development.
Production in 2016 at the Sawn Lake Demonstration Project has reached a steady state
production level over the past six weeks of 600 barrels per day (“BOPD”) (150 BOPD net to
DWOG) with an instantaneous steam-oil ratio (“ISOR”) of 2.2 from the one SAGD well pair.
Production, on a 100% basis, averaged 596 BOPD with an ISOR of 2.2 in January and has
averaged 620 BOPD with an ISOR of 2.1 during the first 21 days of February.
They will restart production when they feel it is the right time. There is a discount for heavy oil and that affects DWOG. They should not restart production until they have a good margin with some cushion for fluctuation in oil prices.
Still no restart of production...
Oil is still rising.
We as shareholders can't wait forever!
For christ sake dear boardmembers wake up and take action!!

Lol, what kind of news are you expecting? Would you like them to make some up. There is no news, because there is no news right now. There could be soon though. That is called speculation. Speculation could be right or wrong but does cause volatility.
Not really - no news
This is from Feb 2016 :"Production in 2016 at the Sawn Lake Demonstration Project has reached a steady state
production level over the past six weeks of 600 barrels per day (“BOPD”) (150 BOPD net to
DWOG) with an instantaneous steam-oil ratio (“ISOR”) of 2.2 from the one SAGD well pair.

Not true. They can restart what was the test program and be back in production very quickly. They would then build the expansion. I am not saying this is their plan or that they even restart at $60.00. but it could happen. So to say they have a lot of work to do to re-start is questionable. Keep in mind their test program greatly surpassed on both production and steam per barrel. Only one company producing in the Alberta oil sands has comparable numbers. Production for them is not if but when IMHO.
yes i see my friend 'Deep Well Oil & Gas (DWOG)'
If you want to see this stock rising above 0.05 we need more than just an increasing oil price.
Dwog has still a lot of work to do - unfortunately....
