DEEP GREEN Waste & Recycling (DGWR) Acquires Aable Environmental, LLC.
St. Simons Island, Ga. (April 27,2022). DEEP GREEN Waste & Recycling, Inc. (OTCQB: DGWR), a sustainable waste and recycling services company for commercial customers, today announces that it has acquired the assets of Aable Environmental, LLC., a commercial environmental remediation, abatement, and testing services company based in central Tennessee. The assets of Aable Environmental will be operated by DGWR subsidiary Lyell Environmental Services, Inc (“LES”).
“The acquisition of Aable Environmental is our first acquisition for LES in the Nashville market. The assets include highly specialized test equipment and processes for the testing, abatement, and remediation of lead and radon in the mid-south commercial market. In addition to the acquiring the physical assets, we have appointed Larry Pittenger, former owner of Aable Environmental, as Senior Manager of our lead and radon division at LES”, said David Bradford, COO of Deep Green and President of Lyell Environmental Services, Inc. “This is an important step for us in the expansion of capacity and market reach in the mid-south for DGWR and LES. Mr.Pittenger brings specialized experience and knowledge in his field and as a long-time player in the Nashville commercial market”.
