DFW Health & Fitness is a monthly publication, majority owned by Cabal Communication Corporation of Delaware (a private company). The publication is due to launch in the first quarter of 2010.
 

Spectrum Broadcasting Corporation is an electronic media Company owned in part by Cabal Communications Corporation (the public company).

Spectrum announced in December of 2009 that it had entered into an agreement to purchase its first FM radio property, KZAM-FM, Wichita Falls, Texas.

Spectrum plans on acquiring additional radio properties over the next five years.
