I've speculated this several times now, a real head scratcher for me >>

Forget about the delinquent 10-K for 2023. He did the same last year -- six months late to file the 10-K for 2022. But this year he deliberately neglected to file the NT extension request on May 15 for the 2024 Q1 fins. WTF? That couldn't have been an oversight. Why would he do that? It's a simple one page report filing. That's like telling the SEC "Hey, come after me, designate me as severely delinquent, revoke me." The only conclusion I can come to >>

He's finally accepted taking the bull by the tail and facing the situation. You know this Train >> if there was even just a hint of positive financial health in the company, fins would have been filed long ago. The S-1/A filed in February told the story. DPLS is broke and hanging on by a thread. >>

He screwed this up big time, many examples. The short list >> Optilan, the GSD SPAC fiasco, losing the manufacturing space in Tempe Arizona, Dr. Catalino and Ken Davidson no longer showing as Directors on the company profile on the OTCM site. It looks like one employee >> Dennis. And he's not taking salary any longer because he can't afford to pay himself. >>

So maybe he just wants to be done with the whole thing -- let it go to expert market and abandon it to work his private companies -- the pizza shops and candy company. Maybe go back to guiding tours. He's over 60 now...maybe gonna retire??? >>

I'm sorry if you lose all your $$$ here Train. I hope it's not a lot of $$$ if he does abandon the company. But again, my opinion could very well be wrong. If there is some miracle that happened over the past several months and If I'm wrong, I'll eat my words. It's just that things are NOT adding up to a successful turn around -- says me.

OTC Markets FILINGS 7-4-2024 DPLS form 8-K/A RECEIVED. Seems they entered required forms. And fired their accountants recently. Good news???. Hopefully they clear delinquent symbol and hourglass warning next week.

Market Makers don't normally hold an inventory of shares in an OTC company, especially a ticker like DPLS where the future is uncertain (flirting with SEC suspension???). >>

If a particular MM had decided to hold inventory but came to the realization it was a mistake due to lack of demand/ask slapping, they would take the path of least resistance >> many small order trades (dumps) instead of one or two large order trades. Just a guess.
