bid .0022 .0015 .001 .0007
asd .0027 .0031` .0037 .0038 .01 .01 .025 .11
DANKY! Wow! 1.4 million shares! I can't wait to see the accumulation indicator!
Extremely thin.
Just as I was considering another 200K shares, someone got nearly 900K shares at .0028. Definitely some acccumulation going on.
bid .0018 .0015 .001 .0007
ask .0028 .0031 .0032 .0038 .01 .01 .025 .11
Nice support today. Was hoping to get more in the 1's to average down my 100K buy yesterday. Watching.
I just checked Pacer. From what I can tell, the BK case has been dismissed as of today (no details available in regards to the shell or NOL). Maybe this is why we have seen some large buys? $10K in three days still is not enough volume though. Maybe covering although I thought someone posted on the board that this was not being shorted.
I realize it is thin in both directions, but that ask is really thin considering we might be early to this story.
i have L2 but on a different computer than the one i use for iHub...i can post updates though....ask at close today as follows:
.0028 .003 .0031 .0038 .01 .01 .025 .11
The accumulation indicator is going to look nice!
Good. Someone dumped 436 shares on my bid, lol. I wonder how many are left until .01.
If someone has L2, please post on a regular basis as much as possible. I'll post a chart tonight.
some nice ask slaps in the past few minutes...maybe the word is out!!
Thanks so much. I'll post a chart later tonight.
Ok you are added
I am hoping the ask comes down to .0016 again.
Volume yesterday was 3x avg. volume and today is only 800K from yesterday's volume.
I cannot post a chart right now. Can anyone post one with accum., and the 50/100/200 avg's and rsi?
Someone is outbidding me now.
Ok, I will wait until we see more support. Super thin!
by the way, in answer to your query, i did average down this morning...glty
perhaps you should hit the ask now to make up for it....hehehe
Sorry guys. Someone dumped on my 5K bid @.0016. I wonder how many I could get if I bid again. This must be terribly thin to allow me to get some at a 40% discount.
I wonder how many folks are thinking about averaging down on DANKY.
How many shares? Wow. Wish I had that kind of powder. I'll buy 5K here and there to build a stack.
Something going on with this? PM me if so.
Any specific reason?
buy at the ask folks...lets move this puppy up and out of the double zeros!!!!
IT WAS ME i am buying for last 2 days
No clue but moves on air!
been holding here for a while...just got more at ask...spread the word folks....post on your favorite boards that danky is dandy!!! lol
Wow! .003 up! How thin is DANKY?
Volume continues! 1.3milj. hit at the ask!
Hi Verycareful, I have no clue what is going on.
Bought this one a while ago at 0,003
There was a time I wanted to sell this, just to get rid of it and taking my loss.
For some reason I still had a gutfeeling this shell would come back to life, so I still own DANKY.
Last couple of days more volume came pouring in and also the PPS went up.
I still think that with the right volume this could go!
The only thing we need is more volume to get this baby running.
In my opnion it is very thin.
2.4 million BUYS vs. 56K SELLS
The techicals were looking great on Friday when I chose this on the Alerts board. A few had commented on the choice and I have been watching for a few months since the 95% drop. I wonder if this is a mult-board play.
Any idea what the specific NOL amount might be? My other one, PFOB, was just purchased for a mere $30K and a $27 million NOL attached. So, DANKY could be huge especially given the expiration of the convertibles and the short positions.
I'd love to get some more of the history and NOL when/if you get the chance.
VC
hmmmm something up?? getting volume!
It's about time this will bounce to higher levels!
LOL! I agree. I hadn't thought of it quite like that. It could be worse. I noticed a "sell" for one of my stocks went through at 0 this a.m. Must have held there a while. I'm glad I didn't see it! Now THAT'S STANKY!!
I wish DANKY would not be so STANKY and stop dropping below support each and every day!
Just waiting...patiently....quietly
OK.....monday morn, someone hit the ask!! That'd be a 6,450% jump!
I can see that. Sat on the sidelines today. My interest has been sparked here.
This trades very thin.
I may try for a few at this level.
Hmmmmm....New company??? The stock has been under accumulation for the past month or 2, ON THE CHEAP...mind you. I wonder if the new OWNERS of the "SHELL" feel like doing anything WITH it?
You know what; i feel SAFE....Buy'n here!!! With this being the "REAL DEAL" at 1 POINT, leads me to believe endless, POSSIBILITIES, from CURRENT PP$!!!!
IMO past pps history is no longer a consideration. The value of DANKY is in the shell. Expectations for the future should only be based on the "new" company that takes it over....could wind up being much less or $$. JMHO

Ramsey, N.J. - June 27, 2008 - Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta), a leading provider of advanced imaging and networking technologies for the desktop to the print shop, today announced it has completed its acquisition of Danka Office Imaging Company (Danka), one of the largest independent suppliers of office imaging equipment, software, support, and related services and supplies in the United States.
Under the terms of the $240 Million agreement, the former Danka group will be known officially as Konica Minolta Danka Imaging, and will begin immediately to market Konica Minolta's award-winning lines of office systems, production print systems, network printers, and application solutions.
As part of this strategic acquisition, Konica Minolta Danka Imaging will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta, and will maintain its current offices in St. Petersburg, Florida. Ikuo (Indiana) Nakagawa, the current Executive Vice President of Corporate Planning at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., will lead the new operation as Chairman and CEO. The current president of Danka Office Imaging, Bill Troxil will remain with the organization as President and COO, and will report directly to Mr. Nakagawa.
"Konica Minolta's acquisition of Danka Office Imaging Company influences and alters the competitive landscape, putting us in a position of significant strength in the highly strategic color and production print markets," said Jun Haraguchi, President and CEO, Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. "Konica Minolta Danka Imaging allows us to fulfill a key piece of our overarching growth strategy with our independent dealers and branch network, and we believe the combined strength of the new organization will be beneficial to all of our customers."
"While Konica Minolta benefits from Danka's strength in technical service and its customer base, Danka benefits from Konica Minolta's experience integrating companies and access to strong product technology. This deal is also very timely for Konica Minolta given the industry's direction to build or acquire direct customer channels", said Angèle Boyd, GVP/GM, Imaging/Output Solutions & SMB Markets.
On April 8, 2008, Konica Minolta announced a definitive agreement to acquire Danka Office Imaging with a goal of accelerating the growth of its enterprise customer base and the increase of distribution market share in the United States.
