Nice move. Where is it going to end up
Sure, but the wrong way
Why did you pump this like that, misleading people so you could short?
Why isn't any one posting here any more?
Were the news good enough for .04 to .05?
has lots of head room hopefully .4-.5 tomorrow
Where is this headed? Have an idea?
looks like fairly strong resistance there on the chart- could take a few tries,
its all over the news, we'll see if it translates to interest here,
Guess no body pushed it thru .02
This is a BK company ,aren't shares being cancelled?
The big block (resistance) was at .02...but someone took it out not long ago...400k+...it goes up as long as the volume continues with that hurdle gone.
I think we see .04 today
has nothing to do with that report! P&D!
Its gonna be a big-time mover now

intentional run-up?
saw on stocktwits and yahoo there is a planned run-up on this over the next 48 hours. yahoo appears to have deleted the post already.
any truth to this? I may gamble a bit since shares are so cheap.
it looks bad now but ive seen some of these emerge from bankruptcy and the common stock is re-instated...seems like a long shot but it is ch 11 not 7..they will continue to operate..just depends if the common shares get wiped out jmho
DAKP: effective Dec. 23,2016 DAKP will change to DAKPQ, bankruptcy:

Going slowly to zero, I've lost bunch in this one
Yea bankruptcy
DAKP... good news coming soon!
Posting daily price targets are fun but often times useless. So, for the fun of it, I think we touch .048 today on around 345k volume.
I agree with the price target you sent over PM.
At the end of this train ride we should see this go above $.50
If not we will end in a train wreck.
What do you think the outcome is?
This should be wrapped up before end do month.
Are you saying a filing is coming soon because of the specified date (11/18) in the latest 8-K or have you found some new information? When do you think a filing will show up? What do you think the news looks like? A sale? Debt reorg? Something else?
Please explain more about the secondary uses for equipment. Are you saying there is a strategic shift in operations?

Management
In 2009, Dakota Plains completed its initial acquisition and build out of its New Town, North Dakota transloading facility. In 2011 we doubled the size of our facility and brought the on-site tank car capacity to 160. The transloading facility is connected to the Canadian Pacific Class 1 Railway. This means of transportation to end-markets reflects Dakota Plains’ and the industry’s expectation that Williston Basin crude oil production will continue to grow for many years.
Dakota Plains has repositioned itself from a passive holding company to a company providing management oversight of the construction and the operations of the Pioneer Terminal, a 192 acre site with two 8,500 foot loop tracks each capable of 120 car unit trains, 180,000 barrels of crude oil storage, a high speed loading facility that can accommodate 10 rail cars simultaneously, and transfer stations to receive crude oil from local gathering pipelines and trucks. Nameplate capacity has increased from 30,000 bpd to 80,000 bpd as a result. This expansion will also allow the Company’s existing 2,500 foot tracks to be used for inbound oilfield commodity supplies, such as sand. The interior of the loop will be utilized as an industrial space, with 70+ acres available for build out.
Dakota Plains executed an agreement with UNIMIN Corporation to construct a 750,000 ton per year frac sand automated terminal. UNIMIN is the world’s leading producer of quartz proppants, and this project will connect its largest frac sand mine, Tunnel City, Wisconsin, with Bakken E&P activity. The facility be funded by UNIMIN and will comprise 8,000 tons of sand storage, four new ladder tracks and capacity for 70 loaded railcars, with Dakota Plains providing management oversight of the joint venture operations.
The Pioneer Terminal has over 70 acres of industrial-zoned space within the double loop track and would be ideal for a laydown yard or bulk storage. Access is via a secured entry/exit point and the land has been brought to grade. The land is raw, ideal for building to suit. The space is available for long-term leasing, and ideal for shippers wanting access to rail. The Pioneer Terminal’s four ladder tracks, representing 10,000 feet of useable capacity, had previously been used for crude oil. With the Pioneer Terminal expansion (double loop track) now complete, Dakota Plains is ready to utilize of these ladder tracks and build out the industrial yard.
