http://www.wallstreetreporter.com/profiles/TorbayHoldings.html
TRBY expects sales to be at least 3-4 times that of the last quarter's report.
Global appeal: there is a sales force "World Wide". This means there are several markets which could take up the slack from a weaker market or period of demand. We could easily see over 1/4 million dollars worth of sales in the third quarter provided all goes well. . .and over a million dollars in the fourth quarter. "Cash positive" was a BIG thing to be hearing.
The company has a REAL product that IS selling. It continues to be covered by credible write-ups and publications. There are really very few OTC BB companies that surpass this milestone.
Torbay's motto could be, "Just Try It!" The ergonomics of the Quill are not only comfortable for the hand. . .they are appealing to the overall appearance of one's computer system. It is a regular conversation piece for anyone that views its form. Every person that has seen my Quill has commented on its appearance and they have wanted to try it out. There has been nobody who hasn't liked it. It is extremely user friendly and effortless to adjust to. As long as one can move their arm they can operate the Quill with very minimal effort.
Marketing Plan: Focus on the "market in need" and then infiltrate the mainstream markets. This is a very prudent move and reveals a conservative focus of cash. Along the way, the Quill wll begin sellng itself. It appears that "six months" is the timeline to begin hitting bigger markets. However, at the present rate of growth/sales the Quill product will probably hit the mainstream much sooner. I've never had a problem with my wrist, and don't particularly wish to have any problems. I have a great deal of clinical charting that needs to be done on a daily basis and cannot afford to lose the function of my hands. I look at the Quill as an "insurance policy with a one time incurred expense of 100 bucks" to protect my hand from future damage. That's a LOT less expensive than the possibility of dealing with RSI or carpal tunnel!
In short, it would be a very wise decision for investors that are interested in the company to try the Quill out. Some may believe that purchasing the stock would be a wiser allocation of funds. However, having a more "firm" reason to consider buying the stock is the line of wisdom. I'm 100% satisfied with my Quill. And there's NO tracking ball to have to worry about cleaning! On the standard mouse products that are sold with standard computers. . .I never used the scroll button (the round wheel on every mouse). On the Quill, I always use the tracking wheel!
I took a close look at the competition (but didn't try them, mind you). There isn't another mouse product that has the "resting trough" the Quill has on both left and right handed versions. That "trough" is an important part of alleviating the pressure on the arm and hand. It positions that hand and provides a "resting place" for the hand, that no other mousing device has. Just using the mouse puts the hand in a "handshake" position. . .that doesn't require any effort whatsoever. So the concerns about another company infiltrating the market for the Quill are really a nonconcern. There really isn't another mouse out there like it. . .and the extra expense to purchase the Quill is not a concern. Anyone who worries about spending a few extra dollars on a device that could save them thousands of dollars (perhaps tens of thousands) probably shouldn't have bought a computer in the first place. Computer users will find it is an expenditure that is well spent.
And of course. . .anyone that hasn't noticed the recent stock charts on TRBY should take some time to review what is taking place. Depending on their view, they could see that this stock is very "news" driven. Knowing that sales have tripled in the recent quarter should be a signal to consider. Also knowing that a sales team is in place and distributors for the Quill are increasing much better than expected should be an early indicator for consideration. Once the news is out. . .well, you know the story.
