I understand. I recommend getting outside and away from it for a while, then coffee and brownies.
Works wonders in my experience.
Yeah, maybe. But my mind's a little muddled what with following the election results.
I just like to hark back to the good ol' days once in a while to remind folks that nothing has really changed.
"And the acquisition before Colotraq required...'
I think you misread, but my statement could be convoluted.
Well done, Maria. It's certainly beyond my abilities to accomplish something like that.
Less the photo, of course, all my handiwork.
LOLOL! No, I didn't catch that.
Did you notice the title of the holy book?

It's like trying to communicate with a parrot. All it does is repeat the same thing over and over.
Some people are just too obtuse for intelligent conversation. (Not meaning anyone on this board.)
It's because he was the agent; now it's the Boyer Law Firm.
And neither is really agent for World Oil Group. That would be Nathan Hall, former CEO and forever convicted felon.
That's interesting. I wonder why Adam Lovell isn't listed as agent rather than his website.
If you want a good SOS filing error chuckle, note the registered agent and then take a good look at the Reg. Agent Change filing on 8/14/20 for World Oil Group. It's actually rather fitting since the "previous" (correct) agent (Nathan Hall) is a felon. I considered informing sunbiz? writeaprisoner.com? but then I thought, "Meh. Let's see how long this stays here. LOL"
https://dos.myflorida.com/sunbiz/
I haven't bothered. It's probably something minor and not worth spending time on it. All I checked were the numbers which are the same.
Have you found the reason AHIX revised their filing? I'm sure I'll feel really silly when it's pointed out to me, but I'm not seeing it...
Yeah, it's not exactly a word I'd expect a 4 year old to know the meaning of. She raised a good question though. Why DO germs come around when people don't want them to? LOL!
Re the little girl's meltdown, yup. We're all feeling it, but bless her heart, unlike many an adult, she can correctly pronounces "frustrate," so hooray for her parents!
Way too much stress. I could never do it.
I lost $26k day trading. I had some good days, but I just couldn't let go of a loser until it was really painful.
Most I made in a day was $3500. Most I lost was $12k. Thankfully, I was ahead by the 12k when I lost it.
I was down almost $25k once and it turned around to make a profit. That one was crazy. Rose like a rocket and fell like stone. I took a short thinking it would collapse at one point and kept averaging up. Eventually I lucked out, but it could have gone horribly wrong.
Day trading on 4X margin is CRAZY.
I don't actually trade much anymore
Best way I know not to lose money. (-:
I'm planning on holding for trial results. I may flip some shares on a crazy pop over the flu if it happens but I doubt it.
I don't actually trade much anymore.
Good luck. I recall a lot of action when the avian flu was a big thing.
I see from a word search on "coronavirus" that VDRM, INO, AEMD all had really good days today. If ATHX should put out a pr mentioning it, you might get a nice pop to sell into.
I've been holding ATHX for awhile. Figured I'd drop a bird dog on it since it has a chance to go big pretty soon.
They have a trial going on in Japan treating ARDS. ARDS is a complication of pneumonia and pneumonia is one of the complications of Coronavirus.
There is a active discussion going on Reddit. The ARDS trial is open label and expected to be enrolled later this year.
https://reddit.com/r/athx
I'm not a big advocate for sticking our neck out and trying to treat Coronavirus. I think it's a risky idea to get involved with something that has a high mortality until our trial is completed.
The CEO of our Japanese partner has been Tweeting about the new flu virus. Their stock Healios has been rising all year and even more since Coronavirus has become a situation.

They do come up with some interesting terminology. That no one understands.
BTW, I really, really liked the "thought leaders" portion of that AHIX PR.
Sheesh.
"Tell us again, HOW MUCH did you pay for Colotraq?"
"Would you like some cheez with that whine?"
"There's the door."
" ." (Stunned silence)
Very good! That wasn't even on the list.
Ooohhhh - "Common Stock Purchase Agreement"
I'll see if anyone elsewhere deigns to enlighten me.
Ya got me.
None seem to fit.

No, a R/S effects all the outstanding shares of the company. I see what you did to get the 140.5:1 ratio. You took the end of year O/S numbers, right? You can't do that because there were a whole lot of shares issued to the insiders right after the R/S on 8/31/15 to make them whole. See page 5 of the annual to show who got how many before the end of the 2015 year.

I had never tried to calculate the 2500:1 split before. Now, I'm thinking, WoW! And FINRA lets them get away with this?
I, like most investors I imagine, think a stock split is applied to all shares or at least to all outstanding shares, but apparently AHIX's 2015 RS of 2500:1 was applied to just the float.
That seems ... wrong?
You never really know what shenanigans are being pulled in the OTC.
Makes sense that it's just account balancing between MMs...
Still funny that it's .0001 above the day's trading - like, suuuuuure, we'll sell you 4999 shares, but it's gonna cost you!
No one says there's no shorting. Only that there's no shorting on trip zero OTC tickers. Too expensive with too much downside risk.
Why do people post that there is no such thing. As shorting a penny stock. It happens all the time and market makers get caught doing it all the time. Ignoring that is happening does not make it go away. Google is a very interesting tool to research what has happened and still happens with market makers and the people they use to post negativity commonly known as bashers. There must be a logical explanation why out of nowhere knew posters appear in a stock posting with an agenda.
No problem, Nomad. From my reading the Q and A board, it happens more often than you'd think.
Sometimes, I'm just at a loss for words.

Have you put yourself on ignore? (-:
I don't see any posts that I've made. I put several in SWET and I'm pretty sure I tried ATHX. I also dropped one in Dead Stock Trading.
I can't see any of my own posts but apparently you saw one. I tried using the app and the web interface.
LOL No, you're not banned. I checked. You're not one of the four that are. Besides, you just posted to the board!
Wait... banned from where, exactly?
I guess I must have been banned. Probably because I popped off with a side bet of $100 when I read a post saying that someone had contacted the company.
The messed up part is that I had misread the comment. They claimed to have gotten a response saying that they were working on getting the funds to catch up on the financials but didn't have all the money.
So I guess the game is over for SWET. I guess Ron is getting too old to want to bother with it and Jr couldn't get any excitement going.
You can only cry wolf so many times before nobody believes you.
LOLOL! Dewey was a genius, though, wasn't he?
Here's an equally interesting story about the early markets.

Amazing what the rabbit hole delivers to curious, isn't it? To think I used to get my kicks perusing the card catalogue at the library...
That was interesting. The link to the video was at the bottom of the narrative, btw. It was done in a farcical manner which was amusing. It got me to read up on Isaac Le Maire at Wikipedia.

This is amusing if you have a historical interest in shorting stocks:

Yeah, that one was a king-sized doozy.
