DD, I will position on PWIN soon. ATEX, another stock to watch.
I'm chasing here, found this one out a bit late...
ATEX operates through 2 wholly owned subsidiaries;
HBS Billings Services & Primal Solutions. ATEX provides
billing services to telephone companies & other billers, &
provides Web-based integrated customer management services.
For the 6 months ended 6/00, revenues rose 83% to $17.8M.
Net income applic. to Common from cont. ops. totalled $1.3M
vs. a loss of $476K. Results reflect increased billing
service revenues & higher gross profits in customer service.
It's going to spin off the Primal Solutions unit because of tax cut purpose for the share holders, that means Primal has a good revenue contributed to ATEX.
Oct 2nd is the date of record, 1.4M float, 1.3M net income. 8.75M O/S... I love it, though the timing to entry and exit can be quite tricky.

Info obtained from the 2 inch thick investors package received from the company:
--The fuel additive is the big deal here, the rest are just icing on the cake.
This is the numbers for savings and for emissions on the additive product.
Report dated Feb 28th, 2000
the remarks were:
5.4 percent decreased fuel consumption
34.3 percent decreased in smoke level
16.6 percent increase in power output.
This product has been shipped to costa rica, was received several weeks ago. Payment if not received already will be shortly. They had 30 day payment terms on it. The shipment total was $1,850,000. This product allow engines to burn cleaner, thus in production facilities where they clean and maintain the engines regularly, it leaves 95 percent less buildup, therefore making the turnaround faster on maintenance. A large Japanese firm, paid ATEG to test it in their plants, results were very good, and they are making a trip here to the US for further discussions with ATEG officials. A US firm tested the product, and came back with very favorable results.
--ATEG has 2 infomercials in the works.
Car care product line, and a water distiller unit. Which outside the US could be very well received. US I would be skeptical about it. Info on the car care product infomercial should be first part of Sept.
--SKIN care line, currently a deal has been reached with a Japan company, for a private label deal, 3,000 stores to carry the complete line of products.
--ATEG has other products that they are seeking government funds to proceed with production, one product is

DD, NYRR, an interesting stock to look at IMHO... but please don't chase now.
The bottomline of this company... it's an existing company and most new yorkers can verify it. LOL
Here is some basic info I've come accross...
About the company:
NEW YORK REGIONAL RAIL is a transportation holding company. Its two principal
subsidiaries are New York Cross Harbor Railroad ("NYCH") and JS Transportation ("JST").
NYCH owns the ONLY rail floatbarge operation that crosses New York Harbor, by virtue of its
ICC certificate of necessity and convenience. NYCH's operation enables New York City,
Long Island and Southern New England to connect to the national rail freight system.
JST is a rapidly growing short haul regional trucking company, whose clients include many
Fortune 1,000 companies and other established companies. JST currently serves a six state
region including NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD and VA.
About the management:
President:
During Ronald W. Bridges' tenure as VP at Conrail, he turned his group around from one that was losing $.02 per
revenue dollar to one that was earning $.25 per revenue dollar. Ron grew his division to approximately $400 million
in revenues and $100 million in profit. Efficiency and growth were Ron's credo at his group where he achieved
growth while streamlining the personnel in his division from between 130-150 to 30-50. I would also like to point out
that Ron received the highest customer service rating in the industry.
Chairman of the Board:
Under Sal Catucci's guidance, this company grew from approximately $1 million in revenues to approximately $10
million.
By reading the 10Q, this company is turning around very quickly... and the recent stock movement is hinting to me
that news is coming...

ChrisJP,
Agree with ya. While the tech stocks wained, some of the monies rotated to the other sectors. There always seem to be bargains when this scenario happens. Just got to find which ones they are.

Hi DD,
Actually, I was refering to the mood of the NASDAQ market -- before INTC warned.
IMO, Although the NASDAQ and OTCBB are loosely coupled, the mood of the NASDAQ does tend to spill over to the OTCBB.
Could be interesting today if no one wants to stick around holding stocks .... waiting to see if there might be a "black Monday".
Maybe there will be a free-fall in the last 30 minutes. That might be an interesting bargain hunting time.
We shall see.

Corporate Overview
__________________________________________________________________
Symphony Telecom International Inc. is more than simply a new telecommunications and Internet systems and services provider. It is a service innovator.
The ongoing mission of Symphony Telecom is to make optimum use of the new, global, high speed Internet being built by major international carriers. The company will do this by strategic installation of state-of-the art telecom application servers.
The Company's business plan also includes an aggressive rollout of its DSL services and IP Centrex servers and International IP Telephony Gateways to permit, in conjunction with its service partners, delivery of the broadest range of IP voice services and data applications.
In addition to the significant financial savings to the business and residential consumer on local, long distance, and internet services, IP Centrex will compete very effectively with traditional PBX and business Key Telephone Systems while offering an extended range of desktop integration and convenience features. Customers Expect Complete Functionality!
All of the commonly required telephone features, such as call forward, transfer, hold/park, and three-way conference, plus any new developments, will be performed on the Symphony Telecom International switch and delivered seamlessly to the end user. Symphony Telecom is also discussing strategic alliances with hardware manufacturers to supply the end user IP Centrex telephones. The current Symphony Telecom position in the interconnect market selling PBX, Key Systems and integrated voice platforms, provides us with a "street-level" view of this opportunity.
To serve areas outside of the company´s current network, Symphony Telecom will deploy wireless broadband rooftop connections, thus expanding into areas not currently able to receive high speed Internet access, and in some cases not even ISDN. And, the Symphony Telecom high speed
wireless internet will allow
users to download 30MByte files in 3-minutes instead of 17-hours. Principal Operating Arms
The Company's principal operating arms are Symphony Telecom Inc., (Canada) offering flat rate, toll free and equal access local and long distance services as
well as internet access via xDSL and ISDN; and Communication Solutions Group Ltd. (Canada) an interconnect company offering sales, installation and maintenance of business telecommunications systems, voice processing systems, CTI and IVR systems and a variety of LAN and WAN solutions.

DD
CCAA wholly owned subsidiary had news today and later news with details on the land purchase and financing with a
grant of $3.8 mil. from the Italian government already approved and $8.2 from a Swiss Pension Fund. Don't know
many that have had this kind of real world support in the OTC arena. This also comes on the heels of a agreement of
a import/export agreement for U.S.A., Canada, Japan distribution with A.P.O.L which represents 3,600 oil producers.
Seems that the CEO, Cala is a deal maker and understands the "art of a deal". Nothing like using OPM(other
peoples money) instead of diluting the shares. I guess the key to all this, is that the stock has not moved already. So
many people, nowadays, are interested in the flavor of the day, week and can not visulize or understand a company
in the making. Obviously, a couple of countries do and a pension fund, so far. Good management is always the key
to a successful company. Have seen a few in my day that have taken some time, but eventually moved dramatically
and solidly. This may not happen here, but the foundation is being laid. On the agenda is Costanzo Industries with
$250 million in pending government contracts scheduled to close by Oct 1, the Turkey 5 star hotel $150 mil. J/V
agreement with AGS srl.(cathedrals) with the Bank of Rome providing financing the project, the $247 mil. water
distribution system J/V agreement with AGS srl. and Turkish government funding the project throught municipal
bonds, the 23 story office complex with a purchase price of $16.5 and a 99% occupany which generates $2 mil. in
gross revenue. Worth watching, just in case some if not all come to fuition.

F.G.,
Agree about S.W. Fine poster, respected, and would really like to see him here on IH.
Kind Regards,

DD, I just reciprocated by subscribing to your e-mails...
I hope you'll have a good time here and help me DRAG our good friend SW from SI... This is the Board of Gentlemen and Gentleladies, most of the time...

** Extremely Off Topic ** Hi Bruceski,
Anyway, this post will futher the cause to get the number of post here into the triple digits <g>.
I don't know if you've seen the more recent models, but they are much improved since the early 1990s, which were pretty nice to start with !
Yeah a 27 footer would be sweeeeeeeeet, but this is a casual recreational vehicle for us, and my 14 year old son just learned how to water ski this summer, and we needed to make sure our "cruiser boat" was still small and agile enough to do that.
Regards,
Chris
Thanks DD, Chris <eom>
Just for grins....................

Hi Chris,
Might chk BGII posts on the R/B and SI threads for dd purposes. Both have been quiet, so easy to scan thru. Did speak to them last week. Been watching for some time, too. They seems very positive about the launch, just a few more "touches to complete...... The outstanding and float are small.

Chris,
I had a 1991 270 Sundancer for several years and everything looks better from the water. Unfortunately I moved and there is little water to play on.
Hi Susie,
I hope the next one you get is made of steel instead of paper !
At least you know where you can buy one in mint condition ... the least I could so for you.
Here's another piece of paper for you to look at:
http://www.searay.com/2001_Products/Model.asp?p=2001&Category=1&Model=240DA
You can have the paper one, I just bought one made of fiberglass. Something we've been wanting for a loooooong time.
You've haven't seen Washington DC ... its memorials and parks .. until you've seen it from the Potomac.
And 4th of July .... the BEST way to see the fireworks over the Washington Monument !!!!
Hope you're having a great weekend,
Chris
Hi DD, regarding BGII ---
There's the old saying "volume precedes price"
.... I guess in BGII's case maybe its "a little volume precedes greater volume -- which precedes price" <g>
I saw BGII mentioned on SI's Golden List thread ...
... maybe something's up.
I was thinking about checking out NSTG. Haven't read through their filings yet, but I went to the NSTG thread on RB ...
.... it kind of made me nervous, lol
Regards,
Chris
Thanks FM,,,,
nice to see so many people that I already know here : )

BGII finally trading, again. Launch coming..............
Hi Matt,
I saw it mentioned, but I didn't check it out. Seems to have made a nice rebound off of .03 though.
I made one purchase today --- COVD when it appeared to be holding support above 19 1/2 ..... lolol, I marvel at my timing !
Strangely, I'm the same guy who on Monday called last Friday on the NASDAQ as the short term top. I even cashed in a bunch of mutual fund money. Not sure why I don't follow my own advice more closely, lol.
Chris
Chris,
ANy thoughts on SHPE??
Was nominated to THe List of at TGL
FM
FWIW, SSCP looks like it is being accumulated at the $1.50 level ....
a little pricey for me, but I hope it's a sign.
Chris

Hi Bernard,
Yep ... that DNAP 10 bagger sure was amazing. It just goes to show that you never know how much "force" some of these stocks will get.

Chris
