$ICOA popped on several of my scans fwiw

Tbh I don't scan for 'new lows', or 50/100/200 day lows or whatever, but $ICOA popped on price/volume breakout scans similar to your FACTOR, and I notice it popped again on my 30-day breakout scan Fri.

(Many of my scans are for futures/options trades).

I NEVER recommend ANY trade, but I always encourage folks to RUN SCANS! & go w/ price/volume, follow the money, etc.

There's good money to be made by those who do the work.
