COOP, do you like it?
im up 40 bucks now, should of bought 3k for chits and giggles
in KRY with 2k shares, i see KRY popping big in power hour
wow, too fast should of bought first thing this AM, id like to see a dip for Armani's sake?
this is what im looking for a sudden spike in volume, its getting there, i say in 20 or 30 min or so should see 1.5m in volume, thats when i come in
Pretty strong candle today!
Okay, let's see!!
today is the day KRY runs, lets see more volume first
I hear you and I have a litte left at higher proces but IMO Cramer is a bafoon. I may add a lttle and GRZ too.
I don't know anything about insiders. I PERSONALLY would add here because I think it can only go as low as 11 cents like last time or it can go higher - it is a flip of the coin. But be prepared to loose 100% or 67% if it flops. So I only put in money that I considered 100% lost already. I listened to Jim Cramer on TV and got a lot at $4.60 per shares... so I wish I never heard of KRY or Cramer. Those are only my personl feelings and I hope I don't become another Jim Cramer or Bill Peneta pumping this when it was $4 to $6 and peeps lost all their money. Good luck but Do NOT bet the farm because Chavez is nuts. IF I had to do it all over again then I would load up now or better when it was 11 cents (and i did do that hehehe). I just hope it pops finally and I can sell and get out forever.
Thus far ALL my predictions of money makers have LOST money so BEWARE! But maybe I am due for a winner at some point in time hehehe
good luck
imho
I was ooking again and thougt we might se some activity here based on the other golds and silver. Would you add here? Do you know if any insiders have?
Time for a WILD prediction - do NOT invest money based on this THEORY - I think this will get resolved soon because of the math:
Rusaro = permit
KRY = bankrupt without permit or try to win in international court where Chavez may win if he tells them that KRY was offered the permit THROUGH A RUSARO DEAL.
KRY = GOLD
GOLD = MONEY
MONEY = Increased pps
Put it all together and here is the math
KRY + GRZ + Rusaro = MONEY
KRY = gold without permit = 0
GRZ = gold without permit = 0
Rusaro = permit without gold = 0
Time = running out
So based on that I personally will HOLD as best I can
imho
And so goes the Cursed PPS!!! IMO
Prospectors lured by 'cursed' Las Cristinas
Local legend suggests Las Cristinas may be cursed by Amalfi Grossi when the government consolidated the area's mining operations and forced him and thousands of miners working for him out of the town he built there.
Frank Jack Daniel
Friday , 27 Mar 2009
LAS CRISTINAS, Venezuela (Reuters) -
Four centuries after the lure of Venezuelan gold brought ruin to English explorer Sir Walter Raleigh, the riches at one giant mine some say is cursed still haunt treasure hunters from across the globe.
Located south of the Orinoco river and near a town bearing the name of the mythical golden city of El Dorado, the Las Cristinas deposit captivates miners and prospectors even though no ore has been legally dug there in two decades.
Studies show it may be Latin America's top gold deposit.
But the Las Cristinas saga, involving a ghost town, environmental devastation and fist-sized nuggets, underlines the risks of business in Venezuela, where the draw of natural wealth has been dulled by rule changes and economic turmoil.
A web of legal cases and red tape has so far stopped any big company from extracting the estimated 20 million ounces of gold that lie in Las Cristinas and its sister property Brisas -- together known as Kilometro 88.
Latin America is a major source of minerals but while countries such as Peru push mining with clear rules for investors, the potential is undertapped in Venezuela and Ecuador due to tension between governments and foreign firms.
The view that Venezuela, South America's top oil exporter, offers an unstable business climate has grown under socialist President Hugo Chavez, who has nationalized large chunks of the economy.
Game investors and poor local miners at Las Cristinas hope their luck will change after Chavez, with an eye on record gold prices and falling oil income, vowed to open the mine this year with the help of Russian tycoon Vladimir Agapov.
That promise will be hard to keep, but it has caught the eyes of locals who hope the project will bring order to chaotic camps and villages of wildcat miners where drunken machete fights take lives and mercury run-off pollutes water supplies.
"Some people were born here and 20 years on are still waiting for the mine," said Cristina Perez, who has panned gold in the area for a generation and lives in a tidy tin-roofed shack with no running water in the village of Las Claritas.
"It has to start this year," said Perez, who feels unsafe in the lawless village after a gang stole her $12,000 metal detector. "We need sewage disposal, housing and security."
Even Agapov's Vancouver-based company, Rusoro, which Chavez wants to develop Las Cristinas, says the timeline is too short. Chavez has not further explained his plans for the mine, the rights to which are now held by Canada's Crystallex.
Pessimism about the property has reached stock investors, who typically assign big discounts to shares of companies associated with Kilometro 88.
"This quagmire, and the perception of risk that comes with it, continues to be a bit of a drag on our share valuation," said Rusoro's president, George Salamisoro.
Rusoro has had success turning round two troubled gold mines in the same region but a hostile bid to take over Gold Reserve, the U.S. company that owns Brisas, was shot down by a Canadian court last month.
GROSSI'S CURSE
Thick forest around Las Cristinas has been torn by wildcat miners who stand waist deep in yellow water gathering ore from the cratered landscape with mercury droplets and strong hoses, part of a 30-year rush that ebbs and flows with gold prices.
Guards on horseback patrol a high fence around the property, trying to keep out locals who a decade ago found a gold nugget weighing one kilogram lying in the mud there.
Investors from Europe, North America and now Russia have all set their sights on the mine but no company has extracted its ore since the government expelled an Italian adventurer called Amalfi Grossi who operated the mine in the 1980s.
Old-timers such as Jorge Cordoba who use pans to squeeze grains of gold from the reddish earth say Las Cristinas was cursed by Grossi 20 years ago when the government consolidated the area's mining operations and forced him and thousands of miners working for him out of the town he built there.
Grossi died a broken man soon after and the ghost town rotted into the jungle.
"That's Grossi's curse, any company that goes in there leaves with it's tail between its legs," said Cordoba, who according to local legend once tossed wads of cash from a helicopter after hitting a rich gold vein.
A short drive from the flat-top mountains that inspired Arthur Conan Doyle's novel "The Lost World," the malaria-plagued jungle region has a history of dramatic ventures.
In 1616, Sir Walter Raleigh led his second expedition up the Orinoco river in search of the mythical El Dorado. His son died in a battle and Raleigh was beheaded on his return to England for inciting war with Spain.
Raleigh was on the right track. In the 19th century, the region briefly became the world's biggest gold producer thanks to a rich vein found near an Orinoco tributary.
Canada's defunct Placer Dome came the closest to opening Las Cristinas as a world class mine but after investing millions it sold its stake for $50 when gold prices dropped.
Frustrated with the lack of progress, Chavez kicked out Placer Dome's successor in 2002 and handed the rights to Canadian firm Crystallex, but has never given it an environmental permit to develop the property in the Belgium-sized Imateca forest reserve.
Crystallex did not respond to requests for comment, but has said it still expects the government to issue the permit.
First concessioned in 1963, Las Cristinas ore grade is low and experts say it will cost about $500 an ounce to extract. Gold now sells for close to $1,000 an ounce.
"Now is the time to develop these deposits, certainly so with oil revenues hurting Venezuela," said Salamis, who hopes Rusoro can succeed where so many have failed. (Editing by Kieran Murray and Doina Chiacu)

I was just watching Stalin's executionor giving a speech explaining how murdering 7 million people between 1935 and 1940 and sending 7 million more to Siberia slave labor camps "saved lives" because it saved the Satanic Atheist USSR from subversives, and conspirators, and plots -----sounds just like the GIBBERISH of that FAT commie PIG ----> Chavez.
I guess that Chavez never heard of the huge economic failures in the USSR, Eastern Europe, and China under communism. In China all the peasants were put to work to make steel in home made furnaces - they tossed in all thier woks (no joke). In the end they had lots of steel but they forgot to make anything with the steel - AND NO CROPS WERE PLANTED AND MILLIONS LATER DIED OF STARVATION. Chavez is just as DUMB!
imho
Well i'm just going to keep watchin' the action. If it falls some more I look at it as getting cheap shares at the moment. After the lawsuite is settled and I hope it does things will start lookin' brighter for KRY!!! IMO
I do not know and these scum lawyers do NOT represent me.... who do they think they are to say that they represent all KRY investors.... it only serves shorters to try to bankrupt KRY before they can mine gold or before we get billions $$$'s for breech of contract and breech of the treaty between Canada and Venezuela.
in my humble personl opinion
Kry, Kry, Kry...If you want but don't leave me....IMO
Does anyone know whats going on with the class action lawsuit?
I hope you got your 0.11's for KRY because they are 0.30 now
Look at GRZ's chart and I think that is what KRY will do now since we are worth more than them (imho). Let's get this to $1 - $2 by Friday for starters (imho)
Weeeeeeeeeeeee
I think we are following GRZ back up (imho)...Weeeeeee
This thing is a monster right now...
I have purchased last week to 0.14 do not know what happens great volume
Anybody have any news/ideas on the recent upward price movement over the last few days? The only news i have seen is http://news.moneycentral.msn.com/provider/providerarticle.aspx?feed=AP&date=20081227&id=9476178 which doesnt seem positive or anything new?
I think that the people behind the lawsuits should be investigated and that the judge understands that they DO NOT represent real shareholders like me.
imho
GRZ to Rusaro -----> DROP DEAD
That should be the headline in the newspaper (imho)
GRZ recommends that shareholders REJECT the hostile takeover bid by this small fry Vancouver exchange outfit that cannot tie its shoelaces.
In less than one month OBAMA takes control and I think that may help GRZ and KRY in Chavez's (insane) mind.
If Chavez wants GOLD now he NEEEEDS a competent company to get it for him safely. Not RML.V loosers. Chavez needs GRZ and KRY or a REAL buyout by a MAJOR (I think $8 pre-permit is OK and $16 post-permit is OK). That is just me.... and I know nothing.
KRY RM said that the fair value of KRY should be $5 so I simply added a 35% premimum to that to get $8. I am only dreaming.
imho
Thanks for the chart. I was able to buy back a lot of shares, at 13 cents, that I was forced to sell to pay bills. So I hope this is the bottom.
imho
I do NOT know. But this Rusoro thing is looking more like it was orchastrated by Chavez in that Chavez drove down the prices of GRZ and KRY so that a 4th rate tiny company like RML.V could try to take them over.
So if this is the way VZ wants it then this is how it will play out I suppose. So I am only hoping that VZ surprises us with a permit or if RML.V takes over KRY and GRZ then I can only hope that the RML.V shares will go up high when the permits are granted.
I do NOT know! I am only thinking out loud about my investment and wondering.
imho
rusoro gave GRZ another stingy take-over bid... GRZ was halted earlier pending news. That is why the mini-spikes in GRZ and KRY today.
imho
Canada has advised Venezuela that it intends to sue them in International Tribunal over the KRY case if no settlement is reached within 6 months. One poster thought it could open the door to some re-negotiation of the deal between KRY and VZ and that would be a good solution in my opinion. If not then .... who knows what INSANITY lurks down there in the Chavez collapse of Veneszuela. 6 month remain officially for a "amiable" settlement (like granting the permit or whatever).
So this made the price go up on Friday???
Maybe it is the "start" of the final "negotiation" in their minds???
I say that KRY should give MORE to the locals.... so far they have done the minimum which is cheesey. They will get multiple BILLIONS and they build a few huts in return. Being penny wise and dollar stupid and greedy is not the way KRY should be playing this (but typical of big business).
This is just a non-informed update on what others post on other boards.
imho
My personal opinion NOW is that the mines were "rescued" (whatever that means in VZ POLITICS) and now we wait for the election coming SOON and maybe then we will get good news. My boat is loaded. The one thing to always remember is that 17 million plus onces of gold in ground PROVEN and we shareholders own a legitimate piece of that pie - hoping we don't get the pie taken from us but I think we got a good chance now.
Newbies are predicting $1 or $2 which is rediculus - even with a gigantic Hugo-Nut-House discount this is worth $10+. It was worth $15-$20 a couple years ago when gold was only $600.
But it is a pure gamble in a crooked casino - either GREEN or RED so do NOT bet the farm!
DO NOT INVEST BASED UPON MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION - I KNOW NOTHING!
imho
Good luck! One Bear Raid and you'll get ur 11's. The only dependable thing on KRY is the bear raids.
Will all the volume today I took the chance that the bottom was tested today at 13 ..... we'll see.
imho
I have a stink bid in for .11 for 20,000 hope it takes and we produce GOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I hope this is the bottom at 13 cents....imho
Things look bad again. But maybe it is all election talk. I just think we will get compensated somehow. We shall see
imho
Seems they signed a CLAY mining agreement with a different Russian company than the Canadian Rusaro... a different Rusaro Aguro or whatever? (spelling?)
The mood is now much better for investors in KRY from reading message boards here and there - it seems. I think that if the Rueters story was NOT true then they should close the "news" office down.
Well it is still a high risk stock due to Chavez... but it SHOULD be low risk because it is a no-brainer having billions of dollars of gold guaranteed in the earth ... but we got the political factor.
As usual I have NO money to take advantage of the low price shares.... but honestly I thought it was going to 0.0001 a few days ago. Remember to only invest what you can afford to loose in any stock.
Gold was mentioned in this new agreement but I am not sure what it is.... it was MOSTLY about a CLAY mine. I think we got a better mineral than CLAY in KRY hahahahaha
imho
I retract my BIHC guess for a big PR monday.... if it comes it may not be the big deal we waiting for.... looks like they just getting web site up .... maybe more..... but if a big pr comes i will take it LOL
imho
Some postings on other boards are indicating that Rusaro is not a threat to "take" our mines. RM seems to have indicated to a poster what I thought - it is NOT Russian company but a CANADIAN company with a shareholder 3% with Russian heritige. That is what I always thought so the Rueter report did not make sense. Well we still wait for clarifications from the VZ government.
Seems to me from reading that - that Rusaro does not have the ability to "take-over" KRY. Don't guess that they can afford the money to do that. With Obama in white house then maybe Hugo will allow Barrick to buy out KRY or some other big company - I hope.
With such aweful news lately the price did not really TANK... it shows that we are die-hard LONGS who have been in these battles before here with everything they could throw at us. The weak are long gone I suppose.
I honestly thought that I had lost it all - but there is still hope - but a huge risk of course - don't bet the farm - only invest what you can loose 100% and you will still be OK.
Wishing EVERYINE here the best!
Got BIHC.... I am not pumping... I think something may be up Monday ... just a guess.... I hope it is too late by Monday morning 8 AM... I NEED a winner ASAP! Buyer beware but I got my 10,000 shares and wish I had more.
imho
Hugo has compensated people generously in the past but the generosity has dropped as he grabs more.
I was thinking that MAYBE Sanz and Hugo are setting things up for the Russians to be the guaranteed buy-out company for both GRZ and KRY. So there will be no buy-out bidding war. Hugo does not want Barrick Gold company or Gringos in VZ. GRZ is USA gringo so I expect them to be pushed out (imho).
One poster mentioned that Sanz may be playing (like poker) to force KRY to give in to higher taxes like a 40-40-20 split.
40% for KRY
40% tax for Hugo
20% Social project tax
But I am not sure if the 20% comes out of Hugo's 40% cut? So KRY would get 60%.
I would take a 40-40-20 deal
It is good for VZ, good for the local people, and good for KRY
Not GREAT but GOOD for us.
Since they used drill bores that were too small to pick up large gold chunks there is a possibility there may be much more gold than expected so 40% could be a LOT.
I just hope they don't come out with more crazy news stories or memo to the Russians or play hard ball poker tomorrow. I think I will stop looking at this until it pays off big or goes to bankrupsty or whatever happens. Following this is maddening.
imho
p.s. please nobody buy or sell based on my personal thoughts and ramblings... I am a big looser and nothing more.
The reports made by the press is definitely driving me up the wall.
I hope everything is going to be fine... The profits I made from this stock in the past probably won't cover my losses if this thing dies. I hope Hugo and his gov't will compensate us? I've never had this happen... so I'm pretty much clueless as to what might happen next.
I hope for the best. =(
These VZ and the press and KRY will drive us nuts. Remember a little time ago they said there would NEVER be gold mined in the Forest. Now we have this new soap opera. I just hope that YOU and others here and myself get some money.
My wild guess is that if the Rueters story were true that it was really a VZ forced buy-out pre-permit to the chosen Russians for a LOW price (I suppose 25 cents up to maybe 1/4 the value so I would guess $5).
We have seen so much press manipulation especilly from Reuters.
Well the price is going up after the Dow Story.
Hopefull this is just more non-sense and someday we will get at least $10 and I would be happy. But it is a super gamble now that they act so reakless (the VZ government and the press)
It is just NUTs!
Wishing you the best!

Venezuela Mining Min Denies Las Cristinas Offer To Rusoro
Last update: 11/6/2008 2:55:48 PM
CARACAS (Dow Jones)--Venezuelan Mining Minister Rodolfo Sanz denied Thursday that the government was planning to offer the Las Cristinas gold mine, one of the largest in Latin America, to Rusoro Mining Ltd. (RML.V) after taking back the mine from Crystallex (KRY).
Asked by Dow Jones Newswires if the government was planning to offer Las Cristinas to Rusoro, Sanz replied: "We haven't defined anything on that," adding that "it's something that we haven't thought about."
Sanz met Thursday with a high-level Russian delegation. Rusoro is owned by the Agapovs, a well-connected Russian family that has been buying mining projects in Venezuela.
The Mining Ministry announced on Wednesday that the government would take back Las Cristinas from Crystallex (KRY), a Canadian company that struggled since 2002 to obtain the necessary permits to operate the mine.

copied from another board - cannot prove this is true - but I hope so. They said it was a DOW news story so the source should be there.
