Latest info email 2/15:

The auditors received all requested material thus far for the 2022 full year audit. They already completed 1stQ and review of 3rd Q last year. In a recent conversation with them I asked for completion by end of this month but they can’t of course guarantee any time and if we push they ask for more docs so we need to tread gently…

Once it’s done we are ready to file
