HumWare Media Signs Joint Venture Agreement With TextaSport, LLC to Capitalize On Exploding Premium Text Messaging Market
GOLDEN, Colo., Jul 25, 2007 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) announced today that the Company has signed a joint venture and national sponsorship agreement with TextaSport, LLC that could potentially generate millions of dollars in revenue from $.99 text message entries into sporting event contests.
TextaSport is a new premium text messaging company that plans to run over 50 major sporting event contests with HumWare Media Corp. as the Title Sponsor over the next 6 months starting with the NASCAR Sharpie 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway on August 25 and concluding with the Super Bowl on Feb 3, 2008. TextaSport has contracted with Air2web to deliver the contests through TextaSport's short code 94926. TextaSport is planning a multi-million dollar media buying campaign across television, cable, and radio networks to promote the contests.
Contests will vary from answering trivia questions such as "Who holds the record for touchdowns on Monday Night?" in conjunction with a Monday Night Football game, "What will Dale Earnhardt Jr's new number be next year?" for NASCAR races, to voting on "Who will be the Super Bowl MVP?" Nighthawk Systems Provides Guidance on Second Quarter 2007 Results

Boosted by strong sales to electric utility customers, the Company expects to report its highest quarterly revenue results in four years, with revenues increasing more than 50% over the first quarter of 2007 and approximately 35% over the same quarter in 2006.
These improved results were largely driven by increased sales and shipments of Nighthawk's CEO700 whole house disconnect units to electric utility customers, which reached an all-time high for a fiscal quarter. More than 75% of revenues for the quarter were generated by sales to electric utility customers.
