hi december, good afternoon. any news would help us.
Did some DD on DNY.V.....Big Big palyers in this deal. Ties to Mitch Garber ...........$$$$$$$$$$$$$....I might buy some :)
I have a broker in Florida who will let u buy Canadian stocks.
Needs news here to get over the hump...........
true, it has been kind of trading vehicle for some.
OT: TDAmeritrade won't allow me to trade that exchange - ask fringe_remnant - He plays it.
Hey man you can PM me if you want, but i got a stock tip on DNY.V i know nothing about canadian stocks but hows the TSX exchange in Canada?
CEAT annotated chart:
This is fairly interesting. We all know that an S-8 for 5M shares was done back in mid-Feb. - This has been the most orderly S-8 I have ever seen, as the pps has basically went sideways ever since.
What's interesting here is that, in light of the fact that we know 5M shares were (are being) pumped into the market, the pps has NOT fallen. In fact the chart below shows that they were systematically accumulated by buyers at the .15 - .21 level -
NO distribution is occuring! Which means that previous holders basically held pat, while the dilution was being assimilated. Possibly by new investors, possibly by some older ones.
Bottom line - imo, no one is selling! The action of the last few months has been ALL buying of the 5M shares offered in the S-8.
Translation - if/when the S-8 is done, CEAT is gonna rock and roll, because hungry buyers will no longer have a steady supply of shares and must then begin getting their fix from current shareholders. Viola' - the pps goes up, probably big-time!
me again million.

$$ for all of us I hope..........
Well... I rarely [and I mean RARELY!!] hold a stock - I'm a swing trader by nature - but I tucked this one away, because I think they have a good idea, and a couple of fairly smart cookies in the box of officers.
I ma ready to jump in with a group of friends. We were last in VPRO. I feel pretty good about CEAT.
dec - Here's a chart I've been keeping since the Feb 9th S-8 -
Not sure what you'll see (stockharts has been extremely unreliable lately) but the pps bars show that they have held it steady since the S-8 - imo, after it's done, we rock-n-roll -
A decent S8

They have offered all the S8 @ .25 ??
Actually - this was one of the smartest I've seen - they offered 5M shares at .21 - straight forward -
Because of the low share structure it really hasn't done that much damage - you can see by the chart that it has basically traded sideways and from .15 -.22 since Feb - very ordered imo -
Here's a link to the filing -
