Hey ketch222!!! I'm doing great. We have been selling a lot of large ranches the last few years so it has been pretty nice and I haven't been trading much. I did have 3 stents put in last month which was a complete surprise. I unloaded a couple of tons of feed for my dad and it liked to have killed me! lol! I had to sit down for 5 minutes and then it went away. So I went to the doc and they gave me nitro and said come back Monday morning. Of course I worked all weekend and popped the nitro when I needed it. LOL!! I thought my wife was going to kill me before a heart attack. Anyway that Monday morning they fixed me up and I was going again in a couple of days. I was thinking about you,KP and EC the other day. EC was a character. I wished I would have went and seen him before he passed. You still trading?

Probably 80% still working on or vacant here. Wally world got 8 ft and they just opened the last of March...been a real pain in the ass. Just checkin to see how you been...check u later
