There are other reasons to merge besides going public, telecom assets, NOL's, etc. You can buy FRTN at $5M valuation or buy CVST at a $290k valuation.

I dont think they will merge. I think he wants 2 separate telecommunications companies. I could be wrong. Maybe he wants the big name recognition. CVST has the most potential now bc it so undervalued and has the unknown rm potential. This will be the driving force.

That is the main indicator. I think CVST is going to be at least that or much more. Now we have a 290k MC. FRTN has 5 mil but sometimes more than that. So if CVST goes at least to 5 mil MC then we have close to 20 bags in the making here. If CVST goes MC of the high MC of FRTN we could have 40 bags.

Updates/Changes keep coming! It's looking more and more like some sort of merger is happening!
Plus almost no one wants to sell below 02. Although I think when some more updates/filings/ or news hits we will see .10-.20 here. Even if they have a 1/4 of the assets we are looking at .15+.

Nice information Shell King! Still holding! I will hold this for 6 months to a year and see what develops. We get filings and uplisted to OTCQB. This could easily be a 20 to 40 cent stock. Holding 75k shares. This is a great bet for a come back from behind company.
