Hope springs eternal. The flush out after a reverse split is obvious. Now, if MDFI is EVER going to become a real company, they need to have proof of sales and revenues.

You are also assuming that the shares were purchased at the bottom. If they were purchased in the .001 or .002 range - there is no mathimatical way to get back to even.

I just read the msg from liverpool8, first off, dont do drugs. The meaning of my post was to vent my loss of share and $$, it would be easier to gain money back if it stayed rather than RS and hope it climbs to $100. a share.. I remember the climbs from .0003 to .02

First off, you are correct, but only technically. When the RS hit, the value of the stock was .0003, so the price immediately went to $1.50. For about a second. At that point there was parity, but it was fleeting.

HOWEVER, the well deserved lack of respect, and the expectation of further dilution fostered by Kevin continues to erode confidence and stock value. That is the problem any investor in MDFI must face - this is obviously not a company interested in building value, at least not for anyone outside their own family.

You dont have to be new to the rodeo to see that it is fixed. Even forgetting the fact that for months beforehand, they insisted there would never be a RS (despite dismal financials quarter over quarter) I am not sure that the Hausers broke the law here. However, the facts remain that, unless you're a shorter, or a Hauser, you will lose money here. Kevin and Lyle voted themselves protection (anti-dilution provisions) but left the rest of us out in the cold. They will likely do it again and again as long as we let them, or there are other, newer suckers out there willing to take them only at face value.

Some more investers have came forward to the Florida Attorney General's office. Mayby be some serious prisson time for Medefile and Elite.

I spoke with the Florida assist DA and the Florida Financial Services division for about 2 hours today in person at the capital.

They looked into all the paper work and YES they stated they will look into medefile and Elite from every angle and we the investors may have a good case

They are going to try and look at every pattern and stock Elite has been involved with and they are also going to try look into every one's back ground from Kevin to Lyle to Dodi.

Its the Florida Financial Services Dept located at 200 E Gains Street in Tallahassee, next to the capital on Monroe Street.

Any concerns please call or email them in regard to Medefile and Elite. Its the banking and securities div to talk with.

We have a good case, IMO

Elite and Medefile have just met the kiss of dealth. I live in Florida and I went to several newspapers and tv stations and gave them all of the information on Dodi and even went to a few LAW FIRMS to present information to see iF there may be an interest for a class action suit.

I've got my facts together and every one is listening. I pray they have to pay back what they owe the shareholders and hope prison is for a while.
