I could find this news in 2017:
Lifestyle Delivery Systems Submits Plans for a 202,500 Square Foot Permitted Cultivation Facility in Adelanto, California
Thus, with an assumption of 200,000 square foot, there must be an additional basic revenue of at least 1 million US$ a month and thus 12 million a year.
For a company who's value is at about 30 million it's fantastic.
Assume a PER of about 20 the value o LDS should be at least 8 times as high at about 2.20 US$
As far as I understand that it seems that the business of LDS was not profitable any more - until the tax reductions happened.
So now it could be easy to calculate the minimum profit right now. Let's ignore the reduction from 5 to 1 percent, respectively 5 to 3 percent. Probably the important thing is the reduction of about 4.5 US$ per square food.
Now we just need to know how many square food are used in this tax-related-way from LDS...
Does somebody know it?
Low taxes for cannabis products confirmed " ("LDS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the City of Adelanto, where the Company's state-of-the-art facilities are located, informed the Company that the city ordinance to reduce the cannabis tax has gone into effect as of June 6, 2019.
Last week the City of Adelanto announced the ordinance to reduce the tax on Transportation, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Cannabis Testing Lab Services from 5% down to 1% voted 4 to 1 in favor of the reduction has become effective. The City council also had voted 4 to1 to reduce the cultivation tax from $5 per month per square foot to $0.42 cents per month, per square foot, this tax reduction and the dispensaries tax which was reduced from 5% down to 3%, both went into effect on June 6, 2019. The reduction in city taxes will be a positive incentive for cannabis businesses to operate in Adelanto.
The Company's CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, stated, "This tax reduction was essential to our future and the future of our subsidiaries in Adelanto. Without this restructuring of the taxes in Adelanto the Company would have had to move its licensing jurisdiction in order to compete in the current California cannabis market. We were not alone in this assumption, most of the operators in Adelanto were making similar plans, some have already moved portions of their operations. We were forced to reduce our production based on the onerous tax burden, which would have cost far more money to operate than to not operate. That is now behind us, and we are preparing to ramp up our production once more, understanding that this was an obstacle that has been overcome and we can resume full operations." The LDS subsidiaries are excited to get back to a full work schedule and applaud the actions of the city council and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial future together."
IF YOU CAN TIE MONEY UP FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS YOU WILL BE RICHLY REWARDED.
No serious competitors. Building a pesticide free strain for their CannaStrips. Melt in your mouth controlled dosages.
You have plenty of time to get in but a sure 10 bagger.
Positive news, but I wonder why the structure has so many individual companies, I would think combining would lower costs
The Company will continue to update the market on all events as they become relevant.

latest development by management
" ("LDS" or the "Company"), announces signing of a letter of intent ("LOI") with National Green Biomed Ltd. ("NGB") to manufacture CannaStripsTM in Mission, British Columbia, Canada. The LOI replaces and supersedes the Memorandum of Understanding the Company announced on February 27, 2019, and solidifies the intentions of both parties to continue to work towards the entry into a definitive agreement for joint venture ("JV") to build a manufacturing facility in British Columbia to produce CannaStripsTM.
Under the terms outlined in the LOI, the JV will build a manufacturing facility in Mission, British Columbia, Canada to produce CannaStripsTM. NGB will provide an extension of its Rosebud Health Canada License to the JV and land for the new facility to manufacture CannaStripsTM; the Company will invest a total of CAD$255,000 in a private placement for shares of common stock of NGB at $0.30 per share. The private placement will be completed in three tranches as follows:
The first payment of $75,000 will be made upon signing a definitive agreement;
The second payment of $75,000 will be made 90 days after the definitive agreement becomes effective; and
The third obligation of $105,000 will be satisfied with the exercising of a $0.30 warrant per share upon issuance of a license from Health Canada.
In addition to the funds invested as part of the private placement, LDS will be responsible for paying for the permits, design, and build-out of the facility, and will share the consulting expenses associated with the Health Canada licensing. NGB will receive a royalty on all sales from the Mission facility, specifically, a 5% royalty for sales in Canada and a 3% royalty on all sales outside of Canada. The Mission facility will be required to purchase raw material from NGB and provide custom processing for future products or business opportunities presented by NGB.
NGB also agrees to sell a 50% stake in one of its' 25-acre parcels to LDS for $375,000. LDS will be able to build its facility on up to two acres of this parcel. NGB will retain the right to choose uses for the balance of the 23 acres but will work closely with LDS to find uses suitable and profitable for both parties. These uses may include, but will not be limited to, the growing of cannabis for use as feedstock for the LDS facility which will be then sold to LDS at a discounted price to what the general market bears.
The Company's CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, commented, "The establishment of a Canadian CannaStripsTM manufacturing and distribution facility has been a goal of the Company for some time. Our agreement with NGB has put the Company on a path to accomplish this goal in 2019. Hopefully, with this agreement and favorable legislation in the near future CannaStripsTM can be shipped around the globe. I don't believe there is another delivery system better suited to overcoming the challenges of the social perception associated with traditional cannabis consumption and the concerns of unintended sharing of cannabinoids with others nearby. The discreet and inoffensive nature of CannaStripsTM is an alternative for a new market of customers looking for a stealth experience. It is also the most affordable cannabis product available."
The Company will keep its shareholders apprised of the Company's progress on this project.

The Company's CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, stated, "Although it took most of the year to achieve revenue, the fourth quarter numbers are very encouraging. We believe that our numbers in 2019 will be significantly better due in part to anticipated tax reductions by both the City of Adelanto and the State of California. Very favourable tax relief for LDS shows support for management
("LDS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the City of Adelanto, where the Company's state-of-the-art facilities are located, in the second and final reading voted to reduce its cannabis tax.
Last night the City of Adelanto in the second reading of the ordinance to reduce the tax on Transportation, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Cannabis Testing Lab Services from 5% down to 1% voted 4 to 1 in favor of the reduction. The City council voted 4 to1 to reduce the cultivation tax from $5 per month per square foot to $0.42 cents per month, per square foot. The dispensaries tax was likewise reduced from 5% down to 3%. This decision comes in line with California voting to reduce the cannabis cultivation tax statewide. The reduction in city taxes will be a positive incentive for cannabis businesses to operate in Adelanto.
The Company's CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, stated, "We understand that this was a difficult decision for the city, but without the tax reduction the cannabis industry in Adelanto would have been diminished to a couple of small manufacturers. The green zone would be abandoned and property values would have evaporated to a fraction of today's values. The increased property taxes the city receives is directly associated with the recent property value increases, which without tax reform would return to the dismal years prior to the recent 500% increase caused by cannabis business speculation and property inflation. The Adelanto city council took the necessary steps to secure a strong and sustainable Cannabis business community here in Adelanto. The State of California is also lowering taxes to reduce the illegal, unregulated, contaminated, and pesticide-ridden grey/black market products, which have had price advantages partially due to the higher taxes." The LDS subsidiaries applaud the actions of the city council and look forward to a long a mutually beneficial future together.
The Company will continue to update the market on all events as they become relevant.

Increased Demand for High-End CBD Products
CBD has been created one of the biggest growth stories of 2019.
Even consumers are clamoring for CBD.
Neiman Marcus is pushing ahead with CBD sales at some of its stores and online. Simon Property Group is partnering with Green Growth Brands to open 108 stores in its malls just in 2019. Barney's will launch "The High End."
CVS will carry a line of CBD products in eight states, including California, Illinois, Colorado, and Alabama. Walgreen's will sell CBD products, including creams, patches, and sprays.
Even the Vitamin Shoppe just announced it's selling CBD soft gels, and will soon begin selling CBD drops. According to CNBC, Vitamin Shoppe hopes that selling CBD products will help further distinguish itself as it fends off competition from Amazon and other online retailers who make it easy for consumers to order vitamins and protein powders online.
Even the CEO of Whole Foods has indicated he's keeping a close eye on cannabis regulation, suggesting that it could show up on shelves. "If cannabis is ever passed in Texas," he said, as quoted by Leafly, "chances are good that grocery stores will be selling that, too."
In addition, according to the Brightfield Group, worldwide CBD sales are expected to soar from $591 million in 2018 to as high as $22 billion by 2022 - a compound growth rate of 147%.
Lifestyle Delivery Systems is Expanding Rapidly
The company just announced that its flagship product CannaStrips was just delivered to multiple new stores. Aside from self-distribution of the product, the company is working with Rise Distribution to roll out to 200+ stores and Hometown Heart delivery services this week.
Some of the stores that have already received the product include All About Wellness, Horizon Collective, Relief CCR, Smartweed, (BARC) Beverly Hills Collective, 515 Broadway, The Kana Co., Showgrow, One Love Beach Club, The Lift, and Leaf & Lion. Other companies, such as BARE Dispensary, Cathedral City Care Collective, and Palm Royal Collective will take delivery between April 9, 2019 and April 10, 2019.
In addition, Lifestyle Delivery announced that the Bureau of Cannabis Control just approved its licensee, CSPA Group Inc. for a Provisional Transportation and Distribution License. This provisional license is the last step before a permanent annual license is issued.
"The issuance of this provisional transportation and distribution license is just one more brick in the vertical integrated foundation of the LDS family of licensees and their operations. The provisional license is the precursor to the permanent annual transportation and distribution license The corporate compliance team continues to work on all aspects of SOPs and regulatory compliance, including implementation of operational best practices in all of our licensed activities. The Company will continue to update the market on all relevant events and accomplishments related the LDS companies," noted Brad Eckenweiler CEO of LDS.

A significant reduction in tax for LDS
("LDS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the City of Adelanto, where the Company's state-of-the-art facility is located, voted to reduce its cannabis tax down to 1%.
Last night the City of Adelanto voted to reduce the tax on Transportation, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Cannabis Testing Lab Services from 5% down to 1%. The Company's CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, stated, "We believe the steps that the Adelanto city council took last night were evidence of the City's commitment to a strong and sustainable Cannabis business community here in Adelanto. The City isn't alone in its proactive moves to protect the legal cannabis market and its customers. The State of California is also lowering taxes to reduce the illegal, unregulated, contaminated, and pesticide-ridden grey market products, which have had price advantages due to the higher taxes."
The Company will continue to update the market on all events as they become relevant.
"
Every day now we are updated
"("LDS" or the "Company") is proud to announce that the Highway 395 Dispensary project has received approval for its construction plans from the San Bernardino County Fire Department. The City of Adelanto approved the addition of a Conditional Adult use permit to complement Highway 395 Dispensary's existing Medical Use permit for the dispensary, as well as delivery operations. The Conditional Adult Use permit is subject to the planning commission's approval of the construction plans. The property is owned by LDS Development Corporation and the construction will be the responsibility of Highway 395 Dispensary. Ownership of the completed project will remain an asset of LDS Development Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
The Company's CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, commented, "The addition of Adult Use to the 395 Dispensary permit will allow for both medical and recreational cannabis products to be sold at the dispensary and delivered direct to the customer. This additional permit will allow a significantly larger product line and increased revenue potential. With the ability to retail both medical and recreational products and the vertical integration of all aspects of the supply chain being controlled by LDS affiliates, Highway 395 Dispensary will be able to deliver a full spectrum of products direct to the consumer and reduce the cost of those products with the efficiencies created from a complete vertical integration from genetics to final product. That translates into significant savings to the customer and a competitive advantage in the marketplace for the LDS affiliates". The Highway 395 Dispensary project is easily visible from California Highway 395 with its daily traffic flow of over 120,000 vehicles. The intersection has a traffic light and turn lane for easy access to the proposed dispensary on Rancho Road. The plans for this project have been submitted and are awaiting approval from the planning department of the City of Adelanto.
The Company will keep shareholders apprised of its progress regarding this project"
Further news this morning- starting to see a good pattern
""LDS" or the "Company") announces its wholly-owned subsidiary, CSPA Group, Inc., participated in the High Times 4/20 event at the Cal Expo in Sacramento, California, and Kushstock 4/20 event at the Adelanto Stadium in Adelanto, California.
CSPA Group had promotion booths set up at both events. Retailers who partnered with CSPA for these events sold out of the full inventory of CannaStrips™ before the conclusion of both.
Casey Fenwick, President of LDS, stated, "CannaStrips™ popularity continues to grow. I was personally present at the High Times 4/20 Sacramento event and the interest and acceptance of the CannaStrips™ product line was amazing, everyone wanted to know more about CannaStrips™ and details of the product line. There wasn't a moment that the booth didn't have multiple visitors. It was a great event for CSPA Group, CannaStrips™, and the Company in general."
LDS CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, stated, "Kushstock 4/20 event in Adelanto was very successful and the local retailer at the Saturday event sold out twice. CannaStrips™ continue to increase in popularity as more people have the opportunity to experience the discreet and effective delivery of cannabinoids in the CannaStrips™ product line."
The Company will continue to inform the market of corporate developments as they become available.

Major addition of ability to produce product for sale
("LDS" or the "Company") announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Core Isogenics Inc. ("Core Isogenics") has contracted a licensed California cannabis farm consisting of over two acres of outdoor cultivation and three-quarters of an acre of covered canopy cultivation land in Sacramento, CA.
Core Isogenics will supply expertise, seedlings and nutrients to the farm. The farm has two years of successful contaminant-free growth and all the necessary infrastructure to immediately begin cultivation of cannabis for Core Isogenics. The planting of seedlings is anticipated in early May 2019, upon completion of soil preparation and drip line irrigation installation scheduled for next week. The farm has already started cleaning and preparing the property in order to put cannabis plants in the ground as soon as possible. The farm is estimated to produce over 12,000 kilos of flower and trim for CannaStrips™ and for Highway 395 Dispensary. After the first harvest the Company plans on applying for additional cultivation licenses in order to maximize the footprint of the land, another half an acre of covered canopy.
The benefits of contracting with the farm are many. The harvest from the farm will generate significant revenue from the crop, as well as clean biomass for CannaStrips™ and additional products for Highway 395 Dispensary. These products will be acquired well below current market price and without any middlemen. As an additional benefit, Core Isogenics will have access to large-scale outdoor and covered grows in order to prove out the seed genetics in multiple environments, while attracting other growers and farms to Core Isogenics' products and supplying CSPA Group, Inc. with biomass at extremely attractive prices.
Casey Fenwick, President of LDS, stated, "We are fortunate to have established a relationship with this farm to contract this cultivation on their property. The contract cultivation on this farm will enable us to compete against black market pricing and still remain profitable. It's becoming apparent that to be competitive in the current cannabis market, companies will need to produce their own biomass on a large scale. With this farm, we have been fast-tracked to be able to accomplish this in a short amount of time because it is already an operating contaminant-free farm."
The Company's CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, stated, "This accomplishment is just another milestone in the vertical integration that will support our company and our subsidiaries well into the cannabis future. The most amazing element of our vertical structure is that at every level of operation, each element of the vertical structure is capable of supporting its own operations while adding value to the entire operation. This should result in increased overall profitability for LDS."
The Company will continue to update the market on all events as they become relevant.

Nice revenue start for LDS"
("LDS" or the "Company") announces its flagship product, CannaStripsTM, has been delivered to multiple new stores.
Rise Logistics received the order last week and successfully delivered the entire stock of CannaStripsTM THC to four stores listed below. The Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, CSPA Group, Inc., recently filled a purchase order to deliver CannaStripsTM THC to Rise Logistics to sell into their roster of 200+ stores.
Purple Star - SF
Redstone Delivery - Oakland
Elevated - SF
Fire Farms - Sacramento
To keep up with the rapidly increasing demand, the Company is preparing a shipment in anticipation of the next order coming in shortly.
Casey Fenwick, President of LDS, stated, "We know Rise Logistics can move a large amount of product and this is really the beginning. The Rise Logistics sales team has solid relationships with retailers and, combined with the affordable price of CannaStripsTM, will make this roll out beneficial for both parties."
In addition to the distribution by Rise Logistics, the Company has also self-distributed its CannaStripsTM THC to two additional stores:
Highway 33- Crows Landing
The Jet Room- Adelanto
The Jet Room is a retail partner the Company teamed up with for the most recent High Times Dope Cup Event in the desert (the "Event") in order to legally sell CannaStripsTM at the Event. The Event went extremely well; the demand for CannaStripsTM resulted in the retailer selling the entire inventory of CannaStripsTM THC prior to the conclusion of the Event having the Company to make an urgent delivery of extra CannaStripsTM on the second day.
The Company's CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, stated, "I started this journey to make CannaStripsTM available to everyone. This product helps so many people in a number of different ways, which is why I wanted to remove the choice at the register."
And the beat goes on as management rolls out distribution
("LDS" or the "Company") announces that its flagship product, CannaStrips™, will be featured at two separate cannabis events over the 4/20 Cannabis holiday weekend.
Every year April 20th is considered an unofficial cannabis holiday. High Times will be holding an event at the Cal Expo in Sacramento, CA and Kushtock will be holding a separate event at the Adelanto Stadium in Adelanto, CA. The Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, CSPA Group, Inc., has reserved 10x20 booths at both events and has entered its THC and CBD CannaStrips™ into the High Times competition. CSPA Group will be partnering with a retailer for both events, which will allow CSPA Group to sell its products at the shows.
Casey Fenwick, President of LDS, stated, "CannaStrips™ will have a store presence in both geographical locations which will be great for building the brand. Events surrounding the cannabis industry's biggest holiday (4/20) normally draw large crowds. The previous month's High Times Dope Cup Event was a great success, and the upcoming High Times and Kushtock events are expected to be the largest in the state. There should be a great turn out."
The Company's CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, stated, "CannaStrips™ have generated significant momentum, and we feel that having a presence at both Northern and Southern California events will keep that momentum going. It is noteworthy that at the High Times Dope Cup Event last month the CannaStrips™ inventory sold out completely during both days."
The Company will continue to update the market as relevant developments occur.

AND THE BEAT GOES ON
"LDS" or the "Company") announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CSPA Group, Inc., has entered into a five-year lease agreement for 20,000 square feet of warehouse space at $2 per sq. ft. per month. The new facility will be used to expand the Company's transportation and distribution operations in Adelanto, California.
The requirement to increase the square footage for CSPA Group, Inc.'s transportation and distribution operations is dictated by the expected start of operations of Highway 395 Dispensary and 420 Prime Delivery Service, which are currently scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2019. The new facility is conveniently located on the lot adjacent to the current Adelanto manufacturing facility, removing the need to engage third-party transportation services as well as allowing the Company to use its current armed security services at both locations significantly reducing the cost that would be required at any other location. The Company estimates its initial transportation and distribution space requirements to be approximately 10,000 square feet, which will allow the Company to sublease an unused portion of the building until increased space is required.
Brad Eckenweiler, CEO of LDS, stated, "This additional facility will allow for significant market growth in all CSPA Group's product lines as well as the products from Core Isogenetics, Inc. The warehouse will hold inventory of both, raw material and finished products, and will include an environmentally-controlled storage space for seeds and seedlings. The availability of this facility is certainly timely for our operations; not only is it located in the green zone, but the proximity to our manufacturing space will allow us to easily coordinate transportation and distribution of our products saving us time and tens of thousands of dollars in transportation and security costs." The Company anticipates only limited construction cost to prepare the building for transportation and distribution operations. The Company will continue to update the market on all operational developments as they become relevant.
