I don't buy stocks on feelings. Was in it briefly because it appeared to have promise. They continue to issue cheap shares, burn cash, and lose money.
GL. You'll need it.
No I don't even know them and you don't need buy a stock if you feel that is not good. Just say that for me this will jump . Good income. Steady trade. Shorts can't even pull down. New growth ETR over 67%. Etc etc. so.
LOL. Sounds like you work for them. But I'm not buying the stock based on anything you say or a PR.
This will go back at $ 1.50 soon amazing revenue on the way
Or continue to implode....
You chart guys are always predicting an uptick if something is "oversold". This one is a dog. Woof.
I don't buy speculative penny stocks based on hope. I started a very small position and got stopped out. Putting in stops is the only way to protect yourself with stocks/companies like this.
Wow, quiet around here. Did everyone else finally lose hope too?
Seems like Brandon is the only one trying anymore. Go Brandon!
More like sucker punch.

Stock is being manipulated. They did a PR saying "a positive 2017 business outlook for its core products".
Eh? That's worth a 50% uptick in PPS? LOL. I'm staying on the sidelines.
COYN up 33% in pre-mkt
I beleave they have over 600 departments availible to start off, They would only get a small company like "DIRV" This would be a great relationship,
Let alone the R&D or acquisition cost on body cams. You can't just throw parts together an call it goo. They need to work in super hostile environment and have zero failures. Companies like Taser have the resources to do that. Copsync does not. It would take forever to get that cost back.
Maybe...maybe if they came out with a decent camera. Their track record with the vidtac camera has a terrible history. Body cameras won't bring any big sales. They would probably run (on the high end) a 50% margin on a $500 camera.
I don't see it happening and they have much bigger issues to work on, like the FBI fraud investigation and making payroll.
This stock would skyrocket if they added body cameras,
And they blow thru cash like nobody's business.
Body cameras? Better figure out how to profitability expand COPsync first.
If that is true, they still have tons of issues.
They can barely expand outside of Texas.
Their Vidtac camera doesn't have a great rep in Texas
They can't even make payroll. They have no money to invest in body cam R&D or acquisition
Still 70% police deptment have no body cameras plenty of room to expand
CS missed the boat entirely on body cams. Nearly every agency has body cams now, even the small ones. They would have to come out with a decent product to compete with big companies like Taser. Too bad their Vidtac is already a a failing product. With their financials looking the way they do, body cams are out of the question. They can't even get the Vidtac bugs fixed and its been years.
I have a feeling that the only body cameras they will be seeing are the ones that put them in jail for fraud.
I"ve heard they are still looking to go into police body cameras
this would double volume
Likewise, I heard about some things stirring about the company and I got rid of my position.
Im glad I pulled out of copsync. FBI involved in fraud case now. Be very wary.

Somebody buying hundreds of millions shares of dirv
They are primarily focused on closing deals and raising money at the present time.
Copsyne, inc. should buy "direct view" dirv makes alot of sence
No, I think you got this one right. When you invest in a company you cast a "For" vote for management.
This one is headed for more dilution, more cheap shares being sold. And that does not bode well for securing new business when the company is NOT financially stable.
If you were a law enforcement agency considering this service, and reviewing the company financials alone, would you sign a long-term agreement?
Disclosure: Not long or short COYN. Not compensated in any way to share opinions on this company.
The float needs to turn over in this area to put a floor in. Thankfully there are no toxic instruments in place that would be triggered and cause a landslide.
One thing is for certain...Maxim was very irresponsible in their pricing of the last financing. If a company is having a listing requirement issue the last thing you do is price a deal 35 pct below market. Tsk Tsk
If I were in a management position here I would be looking for an acquisition. They have a very small capital structure and they could use stock to acquire a company that compliments their service and solve the shareholder equity problem in one shot.
Most small companies struggle with financing. Unfortunately the vultures come out in droves when they see an opportunity. The technology is good, i am not in love with the CEO compensation either but I believe if they get past this hurdle that this company would take off.

Didn't even realize that there compensated pumpers on here. OUCH
My thoughts are that the concept is correct, "the idea", but when you hear of Nasdaq companies not being able to pay their bills, especially when they are stiffing people, and ceo's with 500k+ salaries it is best to trust your guy.. JMHO
Just bad leadership, I'm sure the rest of the company is good but at the end of the day everyone bets on the jockey
QD, there is some weird shit going on with this one.
I did quite a bit of research and thought it's best to stay away (I invested a small amount and got stopped out). I like the service, and the reasons for it, but read the 10K and 10Qs before investing.
And technically, it is a penny stock no matter where it's listed.
BUYER BEWARE - I personally know someone that this company just burned for 11k
They can't pay until they are able to get in funding. Not a good sign for a Nasdaq company, operating more like a penny stock
