The latest is the deafening silence coming from the OTC. This far outweighs anything Chuck or anyone else has to say. These companies are never allowed to trade again, ever. The "No can Do" status list that they have is the regulator's simple way of shutting these companies down. It is amazing the number of people who just don't seem to get that simple truth.

Keep hoping. The reality is that the OTC does not place these fake companies back into trading status. They are put on a "No can do" list. They sit on a bureaucrat's desk literally forever. They ignore all phone calls and inquiries from everyone. So it doesn't matter if the year is 2000 or 2021. The song remains the same.

Copper is expected to hit 10K a ton or 5 dollars a lb with in the next 2 years or lest, Rhodium is at over 16250, Iron is expected to hit 200 a ton shortly

Keep in mind that the "Company" is likely run from someone's basement on a part time basis. 99% of these Fake companies operate this way. It would be safe to assume that this one would be no different. So any visuals of a board room with real meetings and an office full of people are delusions at best.

Your shares are worth zero. Just do the math. Take the total number of shares that you own and multiply them by .00. The result equals the worth. Until the OTC updates and changes the input numbers, that is how you calculate it.

This company looked good for a while, but now I think we are done...hate to say it but doc was right.
When chuck stopped being someone we could talk to on here it became a lost cause. I only dropped 1500 into it but my cousin dropped 15000. His wife died waiting for good news and I think he will too. He could use that money now. Thanks to Lee and chuck not being open and truthful. I think they tried but instead of telling us tomorrow tomorrow, they should have told us what is really going on and that they failed in moving anything forward. Good-by CPRK it was nice knowing you. I'm finished watching this board.

I share your concerns. We need timely updates which are sadly lacking. We need our promised CPRK shares distributed and trading by years (2020) end. I have totally lost faith in Lee and his failed promises. I have ZERO in value to pass on to my grandkids for my substantial investment.

What is the legal obligation of ESF/CPRK to provide updates to its investors? Quarterly? Annually? I'm personally sick and tiered of the haphazard reporting and governance of our investment here. Providing updates only when there management has "positive news" does not meet any kind of legal standard. Anyone else interested in exploring lawyering up or filing complaints with federal agencies to press management to provide legally required documentation to investors? I haven't even received my CPRKQ shares that were promised with an ESF investment 2 years ago. Talk about broken contractual agreements...

You must be not reading some posts. The shares of this "company" are currently in the "No Can Do" status over at the OTC. So any shares you may or may not receive are worthless, except for maybe the value of the paper they are printed on. So, it should not be surprising if all share distribution simply came to an end. Sad but true.

As an ESF investor too, I was hoping by now that my obligated CPRK stock would have been distributed and the stock would be trading. After years of waiting I have major concerns I will ever see this happen. With record high prices for gold and silver and an emphasis on rare earth minerals, the time is now or never. Lee~CAN DO????

From me: not sure we will learn much more than the update that went out around the end of March I think. But we are not dead.
