two, released pivotal H1N1 data from Mexican trial last week and has submitted data to Mexican authorities.
three, released seasonal trivalent data today.
next up should be data from seasonal head to head trial in elderly. this trial designed to show the advantage of the vlp technology in that the proteins are more native. neuraminidase is a sensitive protein and it is thought that the treatment needed in making an egg vaccine disrupts this protein, such that egg vaccines induce a very weak immune response to the neuraminidase component of the flu virus. on the virus surface, neuraminidase is responsible for cell to cell spread of the virus, so NVAX's strategy, it is thought, should produce a much more efficacious vaccine.

Since the announcement in August 2009 of Alloy Steel's successful commissioning, the increased level of interest in the new production mill shown in Arcoplate has been outstanding, according to Mr. Kostecki. Most of the major iron ore miners in Western Australia have enquired about booking production time for their own expansion programs and maintenance programs and are expected to order the full range of Arcoplate thicknesses.
Since commissioning the new Arcoplate mill, it has been working at full capacity satisfying the demand for the new 3/4 inch or 20mm material whilst the other Arcoplate mill has been fully utilized with the ongoing demand for the thinner overlay materials.

Carmelized garlic ice cream.
Garlic transitions from roasted to carmelized to crystalized when heated.
1-2 heads of garlic
1.5 cups heavy cream
1.5 cups whole milk
.5 tsp vanilla
.5 cup sugar
.25 cup dark brown sugar
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
Separate cloves of one or two heads, don't have to peel them completely but cracking or peeling the leaves lets oil get in and lets you see the color of the flesh as it cooks. It is easier to peel the cloves after cooking thgouh. Stir with about 2 tbsp roasted sesame oil in a small caserole dish or ramican.
Carmelize garlic at 350 for about 45 minutes or more, stirring a few times to make sure they cook evenly, test a few cloves after about 40 minutes. You will be able to taste a difference between roasted and carmelized. Crystalized is crunchy like candy. Let it cool and peel the leaves away. Take about 10 cloves, cut off the stem part and mash them with a fork. Save the other cloves for a salad, bread, or pasta topping.
Warm 1.5cups heavy cream and 1.5cups whole milk in a large saucepan or dutch oven slowly until almost boiling, add garlic mash and vanilla. (I didn't add vanilla because I wanted to see what it would taste like this first time, next time I will add about a teaspoon). Gradually bring it to a boil near the time that the egg mixture is ready.
In a mixing bowl mix 3 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks with .5cups sugar and .25cup of brown sugar on med until eggs are fluffy and turn a little bit lighter yellow.
Ladle .25 cups of the hot mixture into the eggs while the mixer is on, again and again until about half is in, then pour everything back into the hot pan. Stir continuously and gradually bring it back to a boil. The mixture will thicken and may get clumpy after about 5 minutes boiling.
Pour the mixture into a large glass bowl and cover with saran wrap, push out the air and make a tight seal to the bowl. Put about 10 ice cubes in a large ziplock bag and float it on top of the saran wrap and chill in the refrigerator, replace the ice cubes when they melt.
When the mixture is cold add it to the ice cream maker and follow manufactures instructions.
