Volume alarm 1/2 day. MFI & OBV pciking up.
SD
We need volume.
SD
Our baby is currently holding on with limited volume. We saw it bouncing back from the upper Bollie yesterday and saw the recovery today. Through derivation & lessons learned from the past, it tells us that the tightened bollies are signals of prominent upcoming action. During this period it will move in a sideways manner. The brief contact with the upper bollie indicates to me that a break to to the upper side is eminent.
SD
I thought so too... Been preaching that stuff all month (bollies etc). Only weekly still needs to close in and tham *BAM* action! I'm adding at this level.
SD
Daily Chart Momo Indicators Look Good From Here....
... and Bollies are tightening. Someone got in on a forced low the other day... prolly Ed himself.
fringe
Some depressing action lately since everyting is going so slow We will get there.
Waiting for strong MACD / MA20 crossover.

Nice. Some very extensive info on EDGAR about what CZQ is currently doing. I think the problem with most people is to see the real deal with this company when all we currently get are the same estimation/validation PR's over and over again.
Once the validation steps have been completed (phase I & II) we will see the true value of this baby.

Friday June 22 2007 - News Release
Mr. Ed Godin reports
NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT BEING FILED TODAY
Further to the news in Stockwatch on May 10, 2007, May 18, 2007 and May 25, 2007, issued by Continental Precious Minerals Inc. respecting the company's multimetal sediment (MMS) Viken licence in Sweden, Gerald A. Harron, of G.A. Harron & Associates Inc., a "qualified person" within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101, has completed his technical report on the MMS Viken licence and the report is being filed on SEDAR today and will be available under the company's profile at SEDAR.
The technical report contains the following estimates of inferred resources, which are nearly identical to what was published in the company's press releases for uranium oxide, slightly lower for nickel and vanadium, and slightly higher for molybdenum due to rounding errors.
Metal/oxide Grade (lb/ton) Tons Quantity (lb)
U3O8 0.37 pound per ton 207,000,000 76,500,000
Ni 0.71 pound per ton 207,000,000 147,440,000
V2O5 6.06 pounds per ton 207,000,000 1,253,891,000
MoO3 0.81 pound per ton 207,000,000 168,554,000
The drill information used for the inferred resource estimate
pertains to a small area (approximately 6 percent) of the MMS
Viken licence.
The methodology used to estimate the inferred resource involved generating plans and sections to verify both geological and grade continuity between drill holes. Lower assay cut-offs were 0.23 pound per ton for U3O8 0.3 pound per ton for MoO3, 2.0 pounds per ton for V2O5 and 0.4 pound per ton for nickel, which represents natural breaks in the spectra of assay values. In a few cases assay values less than those listed above were included in composite samples in order to maintain geological and assay continuity between drill holes. The resource estimation using Gemcom software considered polygons with a 300-metre search radius confined by geological considerations and "nearest neighbour" considerations. The diamond drill spacings vary from 25 metres to 300 metres. Assays were performed by ALS Chemex in Ojebyn and ALS Analytica in Lulea, Sweden.
The company expects to have three diamond drills operating on the MMS Viken licence and surrounding licences throughout this summer and, together with assay results from drill holes already completed but not yet received by the company, expects to be able to substantially increase the resource estimate for all four metals.
Gerald Harron, of G.A. Harron & Associates Inc., a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, is responsible for the technical disclosure contained in this news release.
Additional news on the results will work miracles for this stock. Several TA signs are indicating reversal in the near future (Are we 3 weeks yet?;)
SD
They are waiting more results from the lab, 3 drills running.
I'm pretty sure we've seen the bottom on this one.
SD
The Charts Look More Resolved Now,
...ready for the turn which is scribed on TRIX etc.
fringe
Strong reversal is around the corner in 1-3 weeks from now. for now, current pps levels will be maintained with a small increase over this period. current pps levels can be seen as a good entry point.
Watch for MACD(12,26) crossing signal(9) on daily chart.
Also, although I'm not quite sure how it works (yet) in relation to other indicators, MACD tends to compare/react to them in an elapsed way. currently, all other indicators have bottomed out on the daily and are recovering. MACD will soon undergo the same process.

Continental Precious infers 76 million lb U at Viken
2007-05-25 10:55 ET - News Release
Mr. Ed Godin reports
CONTINENTAL PRECIOUS MINERALS INC.: INFERRED RESOURCE ESTIMATE FOR METALS CONTAINED IN MMS VIKEN LICENCE IN SWEDEN
Respecting Continental Precious Minerals Inc.'s multimetal sediment Viken licence in Sweden, Gerald A. Harron, of G.A. Harron & Associates Inc., a qualified person within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101, has provided the following update and estimates for potentially economic metals contained in the MMS Viken licence.
Contained metal and metal oxide quantities have been calculated for the inferred resource delineated by seven diamond drill holes recently completed on the MMS Viken licence. The drill information used for the inferred resource estimate pertains to a small area (less than 5 per cent) of the MMS Viken licence. Mr. Harron has further refined the earlier inferred resource estimate of 75 million pounds of uranium oxide contained in 210 million tons grading 0.36 pound per ton U3O8 to 76.6 million pounds of uranium oxide contained in 207 million tons grading 0.37 pound per ton U3O8. The estimates of vanadium pentoxide (V2O5), molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) and nickel, accompanying the uranium mineralization, are given in the table. These results are substantially superior to the results expected by the company.
Metal/oxide Grade (lb/ton) Tons Quantity (lb)
U3O8 0.37 pounds per ton 207,000,000 76,590,000
Ni 0.72 pounds per ton 207,000,000 149,040,000
V2O5 6.11 pounds per ton 207,000,000 1,264,770,000
MoO3 0.80 pounds per ton 207,000,000 165,600,000
The methodology used to estimate the inferred resource involved generating plans and sections to verify both geological and grade continuity between drill holes. Lower assay cut-offs of 150 parts per million for uranium and molybdenum, 2,000 parts per million for vanadium and 250 parts per million for nickel, which represents natural breaks in the spectra of assay values. In a few cases assay values less than those listed above were included in composite samples in order to maintain geological and assay continuity between drill holes. The resource estimation using Gemcom software considered polygons with a 300-metre search radius confined by geological considerations and nearest neighbour considerations. The diamond drill spacings vary from 25 metres to 300 metres.
The company expects to have three diamond drills operating on the MMS Viken licence and surrounding licences throughout this summer and, together with assay results from drill holes already completed but not yet received by the company, expects to be able to substantially increase the resource estimate for all four metals.
A technical report supporting the resource estimates will be filed by June 22, 2007, on SEDAR.
Mr. Harron, of G.A. Harron & Associates, a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, is responsible for the technical disclosure contained in this news release.

Yes volume picking up but people taking today's profit I must say. Currently @ 2.98 with Bid 2.95 and ask 2.98. Not bad but coming from 3.29 it's a shame.
Anyway it's a start and lot's of money is to be made. But hey, who am I convincing
Nice...volume picked up here.
Bring it on

CZQ / CTPMF--Continental Precious awaits Viken resource estimate
2007-05-18 11:32 ET - News Release
Mr. Ed Godin reports
CONTINENTAL PRECIOUS MINERALS INC.: UPDATE ON INFERRED RESOURCE ESTIMATE ON MMS VIKEN LICENCE
Continental Precious Minerals Inc., further to news in Stockwatch May 10, 2007, of an inferred resources estimate of 75 million pounds of uranium oxide for the company's multi-metal sediment Viken licence in Sweden (contained in 210 million tons grading 0.36 pounds per ton U3O8), is awaiting an inferred resource estimate for minerals including molybdenum, vanadium and nickel, which accompany uranium. The estimate is being made by Gerald A. Harron, of G.A. Harron & Associates Inc., a "qualified person" within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators. The drill information used for the inferred resource estimate pertains to a small area of the MMS Viken licence.
Publicly-available analytical work done by the Geological Survey of Sweden (SGU) in the late 1970s and early 1980s indicates that the alum shale on the MMS Viken licence and surrounding area contains four metals of potential economic interest. Results from the seven drill holes drilled by the company and used for the 75-million-pound uranium oxide inferred resource estimate are consistent with the SGU's historical results. The company's drill hole Myr 06-002 "twinned" SGU hole Myrviken 78-005 and validates this relationship.
Metal/oxide Concentration
U3O8 0.34 pounds per ton
Molybdenum 0.10 pounds per ton
Vanadium 0.43 pounds per ton
Nickel 0.55 pounds per ton
These average concentrations were calculated using data from 28 diamond drill cores within a 250-square-kilometre area. The SGU research results, published in 1985, also indicate that approximately 89 per cent to 93 per cent of the uranium, 15 per cent to 17 per cent of the molybdenum, 60 per cent to 70 per cent of the vanadium and approximately 66 per cent of the nickel could then be recovered using conventional leaching techniques. In the 1965-69 period, AB Atomenergi recovered uranium from alum shale by a leaching process at its research facility in nearby Ranstad, Sweden. According to the same 1985 report, the company's MMS (Narke) licences further south are also uraniferous and kerogen-rich and warrant drill testing. The company has a total of 64 mineral exploration licences in Sweden, of which 53 are MMS mineral exploration licences.
The quantity and concentration of kerogen (a source of petroleum by retorting) present in the MMS Viken licence has not been determined by the company, and requires detailed analyses to determine its economic potential.
The company expects to have three diamond drills operating on the MMS Viken licence throughout the summer and, together with assay results from drill holes already completed but not yet received by the company, expects to be able to substantially increase the estimate of uranium oxide, molybdenum, vanadium and nickel. The company also plans to carry out diamond drilling on the MMS (Narke) Licences this summer, as management believes that they are the company's best MMS targets at present, next to the MMS Viken licence.

Best Time To Buy tuna...
especially a U308 play with as much gong for it as this one. Two years from now 10K invested here should look pretty damn good.
I've been palying this since it was $0.63, and the CEO was trying to get me to buy it when it was 0.12. And that wasn't that long ago either.

Good entry point here on CZQ.
I'm sure there will be news from both Godin and Dines...especially after CZQ roared to a high of $5.85
Hmmm... Continental is nowhere mentioned in the conference brochure except for: "Continental breakfast served at 6.45"
Just kidding. That's good news. We can expect some positive developments from the Guru Dines himself. The U3O8 stocks he picked almost a year ago all performed quite well.
And for CZQ. Now with the result of the analysis and with the further licenses they are holding I suspect interest from competitors in the next 12 months.

Ed Godin is in NY attending and displaying Continental's (CZQ/CTPMF)Booth at "New York Hard Asset" conference". Here's the link to the conference. Jim Dines as you will see on the link is also there. Godin was there last year at this time giving a speech.
