Funny all his bios omit all his corporate bankruptcies and his personal bankruptcy. Maybe someone should ask him which of the companies he founded or was the head of ended up being successful or even exist today. LOL

fidder05, Having confidence is a Very Good Thing!
But if I were you I would continually revisit the premise that you base it on. Otherwise, you may get blind sided at some point. Just be cautious and don't let your enthusiasm run amuck.
With an A/S of 100 million and an O/S of only 7 million, it seems to me that the ratio is a little unsafe for outside investors at this moment.
A low float is generally good, but TOO LOW may not be. There needs to be enough shares to get the Institutional Investors interested. Otherwise, this may remain just a curiosity for individual investors to occasionally flip. I am sure you don't want that.
I also like this company very much. I've said so many times. I have been involved with this company, one way or the other, since about 2005.
In fact, THIS is the stock that I thought I was buying, when I mistakenly bought that other POS, which I won't mention here.
Anyway, I just want to see this develop a little further before I commit in a serious way.
Good Luck.
VV
VV - I am very confident this company and stock will be very successful over the next few years. Note only 1.6M shares in float and about 7M total - very low and controlled by insiders. All of this, in my view, is extremely attractive for any investor with a target of 12-36 months to hold it. I am buying more now.
fidder05, Really great to finally see that chart.
Many Thanks to you and others for your help.
I kept sending requests on each of my six email accounts, over many months, but apparently it wasn't enough to get it done.
I invest mainly from charts, so up until now, I was flying blind here.
Good Luck to All Longs.
VV
VV - not too worry so BUY all u can <.75. only 1.6M s in float now.
Also, we got our chart approved for CMCJ.

News: ComCam International Quoted on OTCBB

WEST CHESTER, Pa., March 22, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ComCam International Inc. (CMCJ) announced today that it has commenced trading on the OTC Bulletin Board. The stock was approved for quotation effective March 16th under the trading symbol "CMCJ."

Moving forward ComCam expects revenue to be divided between the provision of services (70%) and the sale of products (30%). Go to StockCharts and click on the [SUPPORT] link at the top.
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for "Symbol Request".
VV
VV - gotcha. I could not see below where to request it for CMCJ - exactly hwere is that request link?
As for Pinnacle and more shares, I think that is done now and a cash payment is only final outstanding comp remaining. i will review it again.
Honestly, CMCJ has so much upside potential from here if it connects to some of the mentioned customers so I want to hold it for much longer. Awaiting the 2009 financial report and then it might become more actively traded. CMCA is now more cloudy to me.
fidder05, Thanks for the suggestion, but...
...I don't currently own any shares here, so making the call to Gilbreath is just not on my agenda at this time. But the LAST time I called him I found out about the R/M involving CMCA, so it is definitely worthwhile for a shareholder to call him. He is very open and friendly with interested shareholders.
I plan to eventually buy in here, as that was what I thought I was doing when I purchased CMCA. But with only 6+ million shares O/S here I want to see how many shares are going to be issued to complete the acquisition of Pinnacle Integrated Systems. From my viewpoint, there is still some time left before this starts to move. But I could be wrong about that.
There is one important thing that YOU and other CMCJ shareholders could do, short term. Make a suggestion to StockCharts.com that they add CMCJ to their database. Currently, we can't get a descent chart. It took me a full 6 months to accomplish that for CMCA. And I'm currently trying to get it done for CMCJ. It would be a BIG HELP if others would make the same request. Look for the symbol request link at the bottom of their [SUPPORT] page.
Good Luck.
VV
VV - good to see u here and great question. I suggest that u call CMCJ Prez Don Gilbreath to intreo and ask. He has always been cooperative to my questions. I still expect more detailed info to be in PR soon along with 2009 financial report after buy-out of Pinnacle. I think CMCJ-Glibreath still owns 10M shares of CMCA - another reason CMCJ could be a huge sleeper stock BUY today..
I wonder if the company knows about this, or would be interested.
DHS heads-up initiative to develop revolutionary homeland security technologies
By John Keller
WASHINGTON—The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Washington is asking industry for revolutionary technologies to improve homeland security missions and operations.
The DHS Science & Technology Directorate is issuing a long-range broad agency announcement (DHS BAA 10-01) to develop and demonstrate homeland security technology for border and maritime security; chemical and biological division; command, control, and interoperability; explosives countermeasures; as well as human factors and behavioral sciences.
This solicitation will be open for one year, and closes on 31 Dec. 2010. Those interested may submit proposals and white papers any time during this period. Those selected will be asked to demonstrate prototype technologies in the field.
The border, maritime, and cargo security part of this solicitation involves new surveillance, monitoring, and response capabilities for covering vast expanses of remote border territories, as well as new security devices and inspection methods for securing large volumes of cargo entering U.S. ports.
This component involves new low-power surveillance technologies, as well as handheld devices that help inspect hidden or closed compartments; non-lethal weapons to disable vehicles, ships, and aircraft; sensors to detect the origin of gunfire; decision-support technology; wide-area coastal surveillance to beyond the horizon; improved sensor technology that overcomes coastal clutter; data fusion for command center operations; non-intrusive cargo screening; and automatic target recognition and response capability.
The chemical and biological division component involves technologies to characterize and rank chemical and biological weapons, surveillance and early attack warning, decontamination, and defending agriculture and food supplies.
Areas of interest include improved biological and chemical analysis; instruments to detect chemical and biological threats in aerosol sprays, and liquids; sharing of chemical and biological threat sensor data among state, local, and federal authorities; bioforensics for criminal investigations; and countermeasures for foreign animal disease pathogens affecting food animals.
The command, control, and interoperability component of this solicitation involves standards, frameworks, tools, and other information technologies to enhance communications among homeland security authorities. This includes voice communications, cyber security, criminal forensics, and advanced reconnaissance and surveillance technologies.
The explosives countermeasures component involves detecting and neutralizing explosives threats to aviation, shipping, public transportation, highways, railroads, utilities, and pipelines. This involves standoff detection of explosives, cargo security, counter improvised explosive device (IED) technologies, data fusion, and materials to mitigate the effects of explosives.
Human factors and behavioral sciences aims to improve detection and understanding of threatening individuals, groups, and radical movements to prepare for, respond to, and recover from catastrophic events.
For questions and concerns, contact W. Adrian Groth, the long-range broad agency announcement coordinator at DHS, by e-mail at adrian.groth@dhs.gov, or DHS contracting officer Susan Eicher at susan.eicher@dhs.gov.

all aboard as this CMCJ train is leaving the station NOW. Might be among biggest % gainers in 2010 come this December 31. Awaiting 2009 report after merger with Pinnacle. Soon.
load up on this one is my advice as the future looks interesting for the hi-tech security products being deverloped by CMCJ partners. Pinnacle purchase news and annual earnings integration would be likely in February so watch for it.
That's right! I think that this will move big, too. Gilbreath the leader of this company seems to have something cooking here also, with that recent purchase of Pinnacle. Could easily go over a dollar tomorrow, or surely by the weekend
Wow, this company CMCJ was spun-off from CMCA on Dec 2007 and it is just beginning a new security hi-tech move into global markets. CMCA price action in past few days is incredible but the real upside potential exists in this company....and that becomes clear in next few months. Good day it was in CMCJ stock value.
Does this stock ever trade in any volume?
Anybody following this stock lately?
Seems to be very quiet.
