Same people are back non-comp if RECENT HISTORY teaches us anything here it is worth a sharp watch at this level. Off memory on Day 1 it made a late day move last 1-1.5hrs if I recall. Day 2 made substantial move for anyone who got in Day 1. Day 1 before was Thursday, Day 2 Friday and Day 3 Monday.
I just grabbed a few and will get a few more here in a bit.
yes the same exact people are on it - NONCOMPENSATED - would reckon a good shot at some action Monday.
I just saw it here this morning and was looking back from a month ago. Going to grab a few. Hit .60 I believe on day 2 with 5400% and 1100% intra day moves each of the two days.
Garyst you remember the STRAIGHT EPIC 2 DAY MOVE CSTU made last month??? What DO YOU THINK happens today/Monday???!!!$$$$$
True thus the reason some of these are down on the Pinks.
Common on plain pink. OTCQX demands more.

It's common for these companies to be late. Not a huge Red Flag with that.
10Q is now 5 days past the late date. I presume delay is the result of new CPA. Will 10Q prompt some action here? In the promo a few weeks back was there anticipation of news?

It's gotten very quiet BUT, Level 2 is still insanely thin to 60 cents.
It was a promo'ed stock last Thursday. The website link is a few posts back. Ran 5400% at the peak Thursday, 1100% to the peak Friday to .60, down some 70% Monday, hit 260% at the peak Tuesday AM and now up 74% again today. Over 100k bidding all day today at 08-09 with under 11k total on L2 to 60 cents. Hope this helps.
they must be spending all the promo money running this up as no volume to sell into CSTU
By whom?
At 4000% does anyone care the reason?
Anyone know what's up with this stock? Which way is it headed.. sub penny or back up??
I hope they align with something, share price about to fall to single digits.
The Street light contract looks very good. If they can land a couple thousand miles of lighting contracts this stock won't be in the pennies very long.
I heard that $CSTU is aligned with other Taiwan based pink sheet companies, like $WMHI.
$WMHI entering field of eCig and Medical Marijuana.
$WMHI has made deals with Greenhouse manufacturers and lighting systems, as well as eCig designers and manufactures.

LED news recap- Yesterday, China announced a new LED industry plan. For all intent and purposes, the plan will accelerate the adoption of LED lighting.
By 2015 production of filament lamps over 60W will be eliminated completely. The government will promote the transition to LED lighting products, stating China can save 60 billion KWH of energy annually, the equivalent of 21 million tons of coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 60 million tons.
$2.50 first trade, I guess my prediction was wrong, they finally traded. Glad to see this finally come to fruition since I found it.
Well at least they keep their filings up to date. I am willing to bet this won't go public this year. Oh well good luck to all, I will check back in next year.
I wonder if this will ever trade? They have alot of great products and won that Red dot award. This has potential, but not sure what the problem is here?
BIG NEWS ! ColorStars Group (CSTU: FINRA BB) | Reactivated Symbol
April 27, 2012 4:03 pmPSN
Fri, Apr 27, 2012 12:00 – ColorStars Group (CSTU: FINRA BB) – Reactivated Symbol – The symbol, CSTU, has been reactivated and now trades on FINRA BB. You may find a complete list of reactivated symbols at otcmarkets.com.
ColorStars' R5-PAR38-WHT LED lamp awarded important design prize--great success at the "red dot award: product design 2012".
March 21, 2012 - Color Stars, Inc. convinced the international
expert jury of the “red dot award: product design 2012”. After an evaluation process
lasting several days, it received one of the coveted awards, assigned by a 30-
member expert jury. Creative heads and manufacturers from all over the world had
submitted 4,515 designs altogether to the renowned product competition. With its
high design quality, the R5-PAR38-WHT inspired the experts. It received the globally
sought-after red dot for its fine design language in Lighting and Light Design.
On July 2, 2012, the presentation of the internationally renowned quality seal will take
place in the course of the red dot gala in Essen, Germany. More than 1,000
international guests from the design world, industry, society and the media will gather
that evening in the Aalto-Theater, the opera house in Essen, in order to celebrate the
highlight of this year’s competition. Afterwards, the R5-PAR38-WHT LED lamp will be
on display at a four-week special exhibition in the red dot design museum.
The R5-PAR38-WHT LED lamp is designed for commercial lighting. The idea of the
design came from the shape of a blooming flower. It has a low profile and a
luxurious dark gray color.
The aluminum fin heat sink allows for 35% less weight than standard PAR38 lamps.
The new heat sink technology provides improved heat dissipation, which can
maximize the performance of the LED light source, thus extending the lifetime of the
LED lamp and saving a significant amount of energy.
The low surface thermal temperature eliminates any danger from touching the lamp.
Since the new design discards a traditional design and is pleasing to the eye, the use
of lamp fixtures is unnecessary.
The new R5-PAR38-WHT lamp is an energy saving device that exhibits the best
characteristics of a LED lighting source.
Professor Dr. Peter Zec, initiator and CEO of the red dot design award, pointed to the
high quality level of the competition: “The most distinguished products of the
respective branch of industry faced up not only to the tough competition this year
again, but also to the critical eye of the jury. The experts thoroughly examined, tested
and evaluated each individual entry applying the highest standards. With their
performances, the laureates did not only demonstrate an extraordinary design quality
but they also showed that design is an integral part of innovative product solutions. At this high level, the winners are able to increase their potential for success on the
market considerably by purposefully using our design prize.”
12/19 - Color Stars, Inc. has launched the dimmable R5-MR16-WHT-15 lamp with CREE chips and a narrow beam angle of 15 degrees.
According to the filing Colorstars owns 20% of the common of fin-Core , I hope I read that right. Fin-core site

I give up on this one, will check back in a few years.
I wrote to Ihub about it and they just said "the mod was doing nothing wrong" Its obvious he is controlling what is being said on the board. Pure manipulation, I guess they have not looked that deep into it. It is a shame what is happening on that board.
I just got banned also, I've NEVER been banned from ANY board-- something very wrong is going on w/ HP*N's mod & this site. I bet you someone here @ ihub lost $ & he's allowing this exception-to-the-rule to happen. No big deal though, still gonna make $ on it : )
I see the ColorstarGroup.com site is finally up. Looks good. I wonder what their plans are next.
OT - HPNN - Watch what you say to the MOD at HPNN... he induced my banning there for questioning his motives. He's clearly against the stock so... what's he doing there? wasting time...? don't think so....
maybe a new website coming? http://colorstarsgroup.com/ or still find info here http://www.colorstars.com
CREE starting to heat up again. LED lighting is the future imo
