I know we have all spoken with Roger and as stated before something is not right, because when I spoke to him on the phone he stated we would here about the R/S this week and yet there has been no mention of anything let alone a R/S split. This is getting quite redundant with PPII that there will be a PR for the last four months and yet oddly enough nothing. Does anyone have any way of getting direct contact from the company without the usual BS from Roger. As stated earlier in my conversations on here I am in complete agreement that there is something fishy going on especially when an IR man doesn't even know the current PPS but yet can till you the exact number of a R/S. GLTA

littlerichie Hummmm is right - Ever since my contact with Roger last December (I think I was the first on this board)- the script seems to have undergone several rewrites. I do recall locating another name and address which turned out to be another fancy home 1.3 miles from the primary location. I have always wondered if the group assembled with their golfcarts around one of the swimming pools for their board meetings.

Seems kinda fishy that someone representing the company would be so up front and give early notice about a r/s. Usually companies aren't that kind.

Morning, the truth is: The Roger Coleman got calls from many investors, Roger stated that a R/S is in the worx, BUT, still has not shown up on the daily list, very risky gamble currently bro , I did sell and am waiting to see what does happen here, I will be buying after a possible R/S.

I have been trying to tell everyone what is going to happen.This will plummet before reverse split then the company will add an d at the end of the stock once they recapture all the shares and then when it starts trading again i hate to say it but it will drop 30-70 percent until the big dogs like me get back in.Im going to hammer this after the carnage

Yes it was Roger I spoke with See Post 658 & 661 on 12/8 - 12/9 at that time I did not know his position as he indicated he held shares in the $.20 range and did not sound distressed. His message then was "one was going to take over the other" I did not push but was left with the impression he was an attorney.
Interesting on 12/9 I raised my concern about a R/S

I forgot to mention that Coenzyme’s web page is now offering “free shipping for December” sort of implying that they are still selling product (a good sign). Also they can still afford the same receptionist to answer the phone. (two months since my last call) a good sign also, maybe.

When I said one was to take over the other, remember, this could go in either direction. I do suspect PP is trying to raise capital to remain top dog.
In any event I have split and layered my new sell orders “GTC” so I don’t get caught sleeping if the launch can’t find tie up space at the dock.

My concern now is that the stock doesn’t go thru a 100 or 1000 to 1 reverse split Merry Christmas to All

I said the same thing when I spoke to Roger, about I have been holding shares since August I have not received one bit of shareholder information and I am on TDAmeritrad and they are very good about emailing any shareholder meetings. Something is not and as I said before Roger seemed way to nonchalant about the whole thing. I also believe it has been the last 3 months of Roger saying there would be a update and yet none has appeared and all of sudden there is a R/S and he ready and willing to give the split numbers and he even is quick to point the finger that he did report yet obviously none of us were included. We need a direct link to the company to find out the truth. I agree with you wrbphotos Roger is definitely singing a different tune that previous chats.

Can only tell you the truth from my call with Roger today, you would need to call the company and ask them why you did not get the SH's letter, but normal business practice in ANY stock, OTC or big board, a letter always goes out.

Not so sure of that notification. If .5 mil shares held 9 months qualifies as a stock holder of record They forgot my notification???? And Roger is talking a lot different than when I spoke to him late 2010 and early 2011. GLTA I see a tax write off

I called him, your post is correct, just talked to Roger Coleman about 1/2 hour ago myself, was hoping it was not true, it was explained that the S/S got too big and they want to bring it to a more managable number.

They had the board meeting and did vote to do a R/S the vote did go thru, the R/S should take place very soon. No specific date, but as soon as they can get it done.
