That number was: if a RS took place at .09. IMO that’s not even a possibility. Logan will need big $$. At this PPS there is not enough remaining shares (AS), to make his 10,000 miners happen.

I believe Logan's reason might be related SP doesn't matter for now is that nobody has skin in the game that's financing CGAC. The few that got common shares were for consideration for some kind of service. All else is Converts, They went far out to give Logan time to build out hopefully by selling stock over next tree years to achieve Miner count. He probably believes he can grow Miner count and salary on backs of new shareholders. Stock price doesn't affect him for the moment. When this gets to ART D we will know by whether he can pump without dumping to build a SP that can be a "Shark Tank Moment" or just another "Looking for a Sucker Fish" to keep making a paycheck, until then I wait
