I have gotten a little frustrated with him, but you are right and I too have the time to wait as I posted earlier. I didn't realize I guess that he had to do an amended filing, so we should have amended, attorney letter and May 15th filing all stacked up together. Who knows what else, but I know things can turn around quickly in OTC. GL

But he has been doing a good job, changing name, filings on time(with a few mistakes lol) deferred cashing in insider shares for later, IS mining BITCOIN 24/7/365 and bringing in Revenue. I’ve cut him some slack. I wait. I can afford to, others can’t or whatever. Do what you gotta do right. It sucks but I think our bounce and not a “dead cat” one is near, 🔜, upcoming, in the future or just around the bloody corner. lol

I think Crypto has opened the eyes of many... My coinbase account is the only thing putting a smile on my face lately, Schwab is sad face as of late. I have a lot more money in crypto, so I win either way in the end. Say what you like, but this could turn around at anytime and post some super gains with one single PR. I thought about selling at 12 when I was up almost 300%, maybe I should have...but here I am and I have all the time in the world! Still betting I make money here!!

It's where the otc is and you have to understand that traders are too afraid the rug will get pulled out from under them so they flip to keep the risk to a minimum.

Now you are absolutely right, Ceo's release news in hopes of raising cash and the flippers sell into it diminishing the value of the PR, Fluffy or not. Then if they PR too much, they get a CE f in designation, see TXTM. It's totally fucked living in the otc wasteland.

We don't know. However, Logan did change the website, linkedin, and media to reflect A.R.T. Digital. Also changed name in Nevada and used contact info under Code Green Corp as A.R.T Digital in the Annual. All we can do is wait and keep checking FINRA. It's ridiculous that Logan has left shareholders hanging for so long.

A buy out is certainly possible. CGAC can have success on their own or with partners, but they need to act fast. IMO The longer they trail, the more likely a buyout happens. Can only be unstainable for so long.
