Erica does the financials while the audits are done separately so there is an independent check on the figures submitted. Financials are completed now the auditors will determine the time for investors to read the content. I don't expect any surprises since there has not been much "business" so far-my guess of course.

Last year (2022) CCAJ announced a.......

.....RS on December 9th and the PPS tanked. This year (2023) will CCAJ announce a reversal of the RS announcement on December 9th so the PPS can go back up?

It has been almost a year and no updates on this or any acquisitions or home-building!

The trading value of these sales is not a barometer of the future. Company auditor says she is getting everything completed and company suggested to me that a lot of good news will come after the final audits. Remember that the MM's can manipulate the trades till they are certain company is going to produce. I like these drops in PPS because it allows me to fill my million share buys.

Good move in my opinion. FINRA has no problem with status of the current ownership, as some have suggested, they just want some more information on the financial figures. News will be out in a short time and depending on the content, back to 2 cents will be no problem.

I believe the reverse will be rescinded in the near future. Not because of any issues with FINRA, just how reality on a PPS drop affected the stock.

Spoke with Tony and lawyer for CCAJ. Jeff is a crook, owes Tony $200k, Tony said if this con, Jeff, had a case then why no lawsuit. Because then Tony would sue the scum and he'd be in jail. Jeff & his 3 con friends took approx. $1.5M out of company and avoided 10yrs in jail on a plea bargain. That is the real story not the BS Jeff posts.

The company applied to Finra to do a reverse which I hope they get done and got turned down when they did not supply Finra with certain information. What could that information be that the company couldn't supply that would give them the corporate action they so desired?
