Just a note. You mentioned Dan G. and his millions of shares, and referenced his motives of what might make him do one thing, or another.

I like Dan holds millions of shares, and I don't have insight into the company, and I don't want to dump affecting everyone else. So you see my quandary, I would like to see a third hand here to prevent my decision not to lose anymore money. I don't play day to day in, and outs.

So if there is any sway you, or any of the others that were so integral just months ago bolstering CCAJ, and pretty much took a pretty stern stand when questions arose concerning how things were preceding now would be a good time to exert that sway.

I am hoping to add this to my success list not the others.

Excellent point-I too have never seen a R/S work for the good of the public investor. I don't see a R/S till after 2 or more deals have been struck.

Taking into consideration the choices. On one hand we get a reverse split due to a perceived success avenue. On the other this fall into a dismal decent because they can't make it work. What I would like to hear is the possibility of growing a third hand which negates the other two.

I have non performing stocks.
I have stocks with reverse splits.
The ones that a have with success rates have non of the above attributes connected to them.

I will have to confer with previous statements, I have never seen a reverse split working out for common stock holders.

I am looking for the third hand avenue.

The next level comes with a large reverse split.The new company filed an audited 10k,they're looking to be fully reporting so they can protect their capital with some sort of value.Of course the former CEO having 200 million to sell if he was able to free them up is a great reason to do nothing until after a reverse split.

I was told that Dinarcia did not pay for the shares and ownership then he defaulted on a $100,000 note which cemented the ownership problems .Dinarcia sold 100 million shares to the group knowing and not saying he didn't pay for them The group sent those shares to Switzerland to clear but found out that they cannot remove the restrictions because of the default by Dinarcia.Dinarcia pocketed $300,000 for the shell and shares and now neither party can utilize them.

I have had emails and calls in to the company,it's CEO and investor relations no reply for weeks.But they do somewhat dribble on Twitter.I had a call into the creator of this shell ezto companies interesting person from what I read no reply.I did get a call back and speak with the former CEO who raised two hundred fifty thousand to pay debt to a hedge fund that he didn't create ,that was a very interesting chat.Sounds like the new company got a screwdriver from the last CEO who won't answer the phone or call back.I wouldn't hold my breathe here,this new group got screwed in the take over and the same with the other deal this CEO did on the pink sheets late in 2021

Also exhibits of facts are in the fact that the finacials are audited. I did see the Auditor as well in Nigeria but did you also notice that it is a PCOAB that is located in Nigeria but also in Texas, Canada and UK. Why would Nigeria be an issue? Still regulated the same right?? I would say that this company is moving in the right direction, removing shell, out the gate audited financials, now fully reporting... this to me spells M-O-N-E-Y to me as a shareholder!! I think that Is a great story that should be on Lifetime lol. But again, facts is what matters. I have not seen anything signs or information involving veterans with ccaj. Please enlighten us if you've found information involving veterans with ccaj to support this and I think all of us would congratulate you on breaking the mystery here. Agreed that time will tell but it would seem to be everyone's goal to become fully reporting as this would be great for the company us as shareholders. There has been many CEO's that have held multiple offices so I don't really see this as an issue, but as an opportunity to have a person of experience lead.
