"After performing an extensive, world-wide review of available combustion and environmental controls technology, we are pleased that this Refinery selected our Duplex Plug & Play over competing technologies. Their selection of ClearSign (CLIR) for multiple burners is a vote of confidence in ClearSign. Additionally, they have expressed their intention of buying additional Duplex Plug & Play burner systems in 2018 as they expand their effort to lower emissions while improving operational efficiency. This purchase is further evidence of commercial adoption of the Duplex Plug & Play and follows Delek's installation of the systems in the Delek Tyler, Texas facility," said Stephen Pirnat, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ClearSign.

good reading of charts!
Either Exxon test was non-consequential, and/or they are going to need to do a secondary raise at $1.50?? This is a high, high risk situation, to say the very least.
Agree stock not performing well.
Agree Heyward overly optimistic messages as story slowly develops = investor impatience and fatigue = weak hands selling.
Disagree selling now as expect significant positive events in September.
Good luck to you John
DK
Derk, the charts say this is headed for 2 bucks, how long before you cut your losses? The last we chatted, it was at 4 bucks, now 3, Jan 1st, probably 2 bucks. This company has nothing going on except management collecting fat paychecks.
No. Trump can't touch Western Canada and California. Two of ClearSign's most active customer areas.
That said, investors may still well be spooked by Trump EPA threats.
Do everywhere citizens want clean air and clean water?
With president Trump vowing to eliminate or else greatly reduce the impact of the EPA, will this have a negative effect on the potential market for this company?
Does this company have any revenue producing contracts?
Great news today with super major oil company.
It's beginning.
Good luck all longs
DK
More on Pudzer.
Rust Belt factory workers second. Robots first. This is the type of Labor Secretary "leadership" that would have brought back American jobs??
Oh. And he allegedly physically abused his wife. Class act. Good choice Donald. Glad you consider your nominees carefully.
Or do you?
"CEO of Carl’s Jr./Hardee’s fast food chains, Puzder’s embattled nomination had suffered from revelations that he employed an undocumented worker, numerous wage and hour violations at his company’s franchise locations, and allegations he physically abused his ex-wife.
Puzder had received criticism from the left for his opposition to raising the federal minimum wage and an Obama-era rule raising the overtime threshold. He has spoken in favor of automation, saying robots “always upsell, they never take a vacation, they never show up late, there’s never a slip-and-fall, or an age, sex, or race discrimination case,” and has spoken disdainfully of his chain’s workers, calling them “the best of the worst.”"
Clearsign will overcome this Administration as it focuses on what it does best. Something GOOD for the environment GOOD for the health of the Public and GOOD for the businesses using Clearsign tech that reduces operating energy costs while adding to the bottom line.
Win. Win. Win.
Good luck all CLIR longs.
We already answered this. Trump and EPA cant touch California Clean Air initiatives and certainly cant touch Canadian Clean Air legislation. As a resident of SoCal and recent voter in election all measures on ballot FOR a cleaner environment passed. Period. Californias won't let their oil rich shores and lands pollute neighboring citizens. We've already lived through terrible pollution of the 70s and aren't going back. These two areas are where CLIR primarily focused. TX is crap shoot only if EPA somehow decides clean air and water for other states not important. Is it for you?
Are Trump and his EPA appointee Scott Pruitt that stupid? Yes, but will the general public allow it?
When disenfranchised Rust Belt voters realize Trumps' cabinet and he himself put the rich and corporate interests first and not the welfare of all Americans (especially "left behind" Rust Belt factory workers) through simply things like clean air and water, then they'll realize the grave mistake they've made.
Look at who he's appointed thus far. All support this hypothesis. Middle and low class lose.
Why do you think stock market exploding? They know this is a rich get richer future ... the Market is smarter than you or me.
Now Trump in talks with Andrew Pudzer as Labor Secretary? He's outspoken critic of raising minimum wage. Again, middle and low class lose.
With president elect Trump vowing to eliminate or else greatly reduce the impact of the EPA, will this have a negative effect on the potential market for this company?
Does this company have any revenue producing projects in the works?
Overhang got resolved with this morning's announcement of a rights offering. 2.5M units (stock and warrant) to raise about $10M. Hopefully, that'll last them 'til the cash starts rolling in.
Once finance overhang removed we move north. Until then, we're stuck.
Much much more upside potential.
Huge news announcement today. The first of many installations.
Out. Not riding it down. Will wait for news, if it ever comes.
Testing the 200-day MA. Probably looking at $4 if we don't get something.
Stock is nearing an inflexion point:
Put up or shut up.
If we take out $5.40, technically, it will be a beautiful, beautiful thing.
The battle for $5 continues. Someone bombed the tape for a close at $5.06 today. Bully finish on a weird day (Brexit).
Short-Term Catalysts
Pulled this from SA (GrowthGeek):
1st - Revenue check from the Bakersfield refinery and likely order for more installations from them (the check is past due right now if you look at the CEO's statement from the last call)
2nd - Revenue check from Tesoro and third party confirmation from their engineering firm (FLUOR) that Duplex works as well or better than promised. Also, many more orders from Tesoro.
3rd - Revenue and orders coming from Aera Energy.
Back above $5!
Losing $5 again.
Bid = $4.97 / Ask = $5.45 at opening today. Quite a spread. Need to whole $5 to form new base.
Lost some momo today but held above the $5 mark. Found this article which may have precipitated the recent rally.
http://seekingalpha.com/article/3981759-math-clearsign-combustion-will-taken
Still moving upward after yesterday's strong day. I'm thinking they must have gotten validation on the efficacy of their Dual tech or they signed a larger deal. Either way, the stock price action is suggesting something is in the works.
Finally broke the $5 barrier, let's see if we can hold it.
Broke through the 200-day moving average.

Anyone hearing any buzz on this stock?
Good stuff from CEO Pirnat
"What’s really good for us is that the operators in western Canada are significant, well-funded, sophisticated companies, and we see a relationship with one of those companies as an opportunity to convert a large number of once-through steam generators in western Canada. We think the number of additional once-through steam generators in western Canada is several hundred, and that would give us an opportunity to really impact that entire market.”

The 10Q and most recent Press Release should have this stock on fire...but nothing.
But good.
I need time to accumulate here.
If the testing works over the next 3-4 months this company will enter 2015 with contracts in hand that will give you stunning growth. Only 9.6 million shares!
They could very easily make $2-3.00/share next year.
That's only 20-30 million dollars. Their Breakeven is only about $5 million
Or nothing...but I don't believe that...there partner in this testing is the real deal.
fin
Most people play penny stocks in this forum.. I have 200 of this
Bullish as well. The steady climb has been nice.
This is being promoted by the Wall Street Daily. Anyone out there buy the validation report?
A good candidate for a merger/and or / buyout! IMHO
Scientific American article from December 17 (3 days ago).
Bullish on this stock, but wondering if all the activity of late is perhaps due to MMs? Or is word just finally beginning to get out about the potential of this technology?
