First they reversed split and wiped out the investors who believed they were going into a real business expansion. Question, where is all the revenue from their parlor in SLC and the the parlors in Japan?

So they wiped out the investor little guys who supported them, but did not affect their protected shares. Next they forward split which benefited only them, then they make a bogus deal with Guana Bat. So what ever happened to the gaming guru they hired last year to lead them to open (pachuko LOL) parlors across the USA????

Scammers, avoid at all costs!! And cost you it will.

GUANHUASOFT CO., LTD (“GuanHua”) a Taiwanese developer and manufacturer of casual casino games and 3D Animation products distributed worldwide, was acquired by (CMKI) CMK Gaming International, Inc. a publicly traded company listed on the OTC-BB-PK and traded under the symbol (CMKI).

Pursuant to the terms of the acquisition agreement, GuanHua now owns and controls a total of 90 % of all of (CMKI)’s issued and outstanding shares upon the completion of this tax free transaction. In connection with this transaction, CMKI recently effected a 100 for 1 forward stock split.

GuanHua is a successful developer and manufacturer of casual casino games with revenue in excess of US$ 6,000,000 for its last fiscal year. It had developed approximately 30 proprietary new games by 2014 and creates at least 4 additional games per year, many of which are distributed worldwide.

GuanHua also has a presence in the Mobile Gaming market, with casual casino game titles on the App Store. GuanHua is working in conjunction with IAH Games in Singapore to publish a major title in the fourth quarter of 2016.

GuanHua is negotiating a loan commitment of US $5,000,000 from Worldwide Capital Group, Ltd., Hong Kong, which would then be available for use to further expand into the casual casino gaming industry, including worldwide lottery, horse racing, soccer and similar casino mobile apps related products and to acquire other attractive online gaming operating companies.

GuanHua is also in the process of securing additional financing commitments which when finalized, will further enhance its ability for internal and external growth.

I had called Thursday and a lady by the name of Elaine picked up the phone. She said everyone was gone by the time I called (5:30ish) but they would call me back yesterday. They never called me back but she said on Thursday they were working on the filing at this time. Will be interesting to see if they do, and what the financials look like.

Good to see you here Axel! I have to disagree though. Revs of $3.5mill for the 9 months is impressive (considering most of these stocks trading over .01 don't have that)...and believe the expenses portion could easily decrease. They have almost $500k listed as other which could decrease, depreciation listed as $786k , and a few other items that could decrease. They also were planning on moving some parlors into the U.S which although would be expensive could help the bottom line moving forward. The fact that they turned a net profit and are sitting at .005 is impressive IMO!

You never know why those pinkies file. Could be a new guy who thinks it is his task to prepare the filings. Then he moves on or is assigned something else. Worst case the company needs to print paper.
I'll taking the chance of the best case and will be looking for a decent entry on Monday

Yes, company filed last week Q3 2014, showing 140k net profit. I think we will see more filings soon and problably news. If profit continues, coul be a nice runner. Float is unknown, but the way it trades is is very low.

So many stocks are trading in pennies that have larger floats, and no revenues. This one is an easy buy...$3.5mill revs...roughly 1-15mill float. Profitable and with possible news coming. Insane opportunity id be surprised to see this under .01 by end of next week.
