Besides the Greek financial negotiations, it surely seems as though there is an active effort to drive the share price down here. Does anyone other than myself think it is connected with the "bid" offer for going private?

Sure appears that the price is being manipulated when watching Level II and the charts.

I find it interesting that todays "fundamental" news on the company's business focus,
and the fact that they are narrowing their offering to "Cloud" has had abslulutely "no"
effect whatsoever on the price action. CNIT appears to be trading on the chart and
technicals alone.

Pure technical. Price has very clear price support levels at $4.00 and $3.50 and $3.00. If it breaks below $3.00 then $2.50 is next. Also if you pull up the 2 year chart and draw a line at the very bottom tips; this points to $2.50. Anything under $3.00 this month is probably a buy and will surge to $4.00 before August.

The warrants are exercisable at $7.73 and $7.09. Net proceeds to CNIT will be $12.7 mill - not just a drop in the bucket.
