Just simply the fact that they are a chinese company means they are not held to the same standards accounting wise for a publicly traded american company. Probably why they hired an american accounting firm to do the real books, lol...

Alive and glad now that I sold at .92 a few months ago. Intially upset that it went up to like $1.40 after I sold, but now I'm really just shaking my head. It was the P/E ratio that got me, evidently its as crooked as thier accounting.

Annual Report

Annual report is due out end of September. This should be fully audited by the new auditor. Hopefully we will see accumulation until then.

Although the price did seem to creep up after you sold from a liquidity perspective it seems your timing was good. If you had to sell now it appears it may be difficult as this has gone back to thinly traded.

yeah unfortunately I had to cash out for whatever i could get, it wasnt much but it was alot to me, this was actually the first time I was issued a check by my broker, I had to pay my mortgage, no real choice in the matter...Oh well I hope you guys find your riches...

I still think this is undervalued. I am hoping that after the annual report is done and audited in end of September that this will move up to closer to a fair value. If they do good this quarter and have a successful audit with the US firm and the balance sheet is verified and the auditor has no issues we could see this at $4-$5 by end of year. Still time to get back in. I got filled at $1.25.

No shares today. Unfortunately I was on the bid at .51 for a while but the bid has ticked up over me. When I get more funding in my accounts I will be able to up my bid to get more.

Looks like most of the trading occured at the end of the day. Was the report released before market close?

Why did they need to change accounting firms huh? This is starting to make sense why the quarterly reports look so good, but the PPS does not reflect these record profits. I never knew until just last night when I was telling a friend about this stock. He made about 25% profit last year on his portfolio, so I trust his knowledge, he said that you cannot trust the accounting that come from these Chinese companies. They are not held up to the same standards as american publicly traded companies. Well you live and you learn I guess. I just hope I can get my money back on this one some day. GLTA

On March 23, 2011, the board of directors of China Health Industries Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”) dismissed E-Fang Accountancy Corp. & CPA (“E-Fang”) as our independent registered public accounting firm and appointed Windes & McClaughry Accountancy Corporation (“Windes”) as our new independent registered public accounting firm. The decision to appoint Windes as our new independent registered public accounting firm was approved by our board of directors on March 23, 2011.


The reports of E-Fang on our financial statements for each of the past two fiscal years contained no adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion and were not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles.


During our two most recent fiscal years and through the date of this report, we have had no disagreements with E-Fang on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, which disagreements, if not resolved to the satisfaction of E-Fang, would have caused it to make reference to the subject matter of such disagreements in its report on our financial statements for such periods.

During our two most recent fiscal years and through the date of this report, there have been no reportable events as defined under Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K adopted by the SEC.


We provided E-Fang with a copy of this disclosure before its filing with the SEC. We requested that E-Fang provide us with a letter addressed to the SEC stating whether or not it agrees with the above statements, and we received a letter from E-Fang stating that it agrees with the above statements. Our board of directors appointed Windes as our new independent registered public accounting firm effective as of March 23, 2011. I did notice that there is another market maker on the OTCBB web board. Perhaps we will see some trading soon that will at least improve liquidity.

Damn man what the heck is going on with this stock? Has anyone on this board ever try to contact their corporate office? I would like to ask them what they plan to do to protect their shareholders. Obviously they are making enough money without shareholder support, the quarterly reports have proven that. Maybe thats why they havent attempted to put out a pr campaign, not even one in over a year. I would like to ask them why they feel I should not cut my losses now and sell off my stocks. I should buy more at this low price to bring my avg. per share cost down from $1.18 but i'm afraid to do so. I've tried that with other penny stocks and only lost more money. But this company is 10x better then any of the other penny stock companies in my portfolio.

I would like to see more people on this messege board try to drum up support for this stock. Especially now while its still cheap. I would also like to see some more input on this messege board from some of the other stock holders on here.
